Guest Reviews
- Shane (3/5): A 50% refund would be appreciated as it’s not worth the stay and would never recommend to anyone - Location

Pool The pictures to promote the property were not what we received.
Dirty. Water damaged lifting separating floor boards, a different color even that were so poorly installed resulting in stubbing a toe to bleed from those the gaps in the boards. Beds/pillows were so uncomfortable to go along with the blinds that blocked out zero light. Suns up so are you.
The noise from the school right next door of screaming kids required no alarm to awake but that didn’t matter due to the daylight status of the room.
What was to be a really nice night away and excitement from the pictures was such a disappointment.
Sitting on the couch was even a sore point lol.
In my arse. It went numb it was so hard n uncomfortable.

- Samantha (3/5): Uncomfortable and dirty - won’t stay there again. - The location - it was a close walk into the city. Dirty and uncomfortable (lounges and beds). We had to clean the smudge marks (little kids finger prints) off the tv to be able to see it. Did use the kitchen as it filthy - the cutlery drawer had an unknown substance dripped through it and there were was rodent faeces in the cupboards. The paintings were on the floor when we checked in and the “Reno” poorly done. No bath mats or rubbish bins - expected much better for the price they charge per night.
- Guest (7/5): appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes. Propreté du canapé à revoir (cheveux) -
- Catherine (5/5): Great location, disappointing standard of accommodation. - Great location, easy access to darling harbour, broadway and the light rail. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bedding and towels were old, towels thin and smelt, bedding was pilled, the pillow case on my son’s bed was yellow.
The shower head in the ensuite was blocked and leaked everywhere resulting in very little water leaving the shower head. The toilet was also blocked. It was not possible to flush away usual body excrement.
I had to vacuum the bedroom floor as it didn’t appear clean.
The Wi-Fi code and password provided by booking.com was incorrect. Although we did manage to locate the correct one.
The drain on the balcony was blocked, which had been noted in previous reviews. The days we were there saw very heavy rain and the balcony didn’t drain. We didn’t go outside.
The dishwasher had the detergent dispenser closed with a piece of metal, so it didn’t open.
There was very little in the way of tea, coffee and sugar.
- Kylie (8/5): Very good -
- Diane (8/5): Very good - Good walking distance to city.
- Eng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Camilla (7/5): Not ideal for older generation.Great for young people and would accomodate 6-7 if you use the futons in lounge area. - Location and parking available.
Clean. Kitchen. 1. Only one aircon remote worked. (Needed to be taken into each room to activate or turn off aircon).
2. Too expensive for what was provided for one night for two people. My mistake, thought I’d booked two nights, but had only booked for one.
- Ariella (3/5): Overpriced old apartment that was the same priced as a more modern hotel - Could walk to shops and dinners spots Couldn’t sleep all weekend as the lift was making a very loud banging noise anytime it was used. The apartment was directly outside the lift so that is all we could hear all night. Beds were hard & uncomfortable & the blinds were broken. Lamp in longe room didn’t even have a bulb. No water pressure in the shower. Very tired and in need of a refresh.

- Katy (8/5): Very good -
- Ely (5/5): Good space for what it was used for, a rest stop! - The location was great. Within easy walking distance of public transport. Close to shops and takeaway.
The pool was a lovely bonus once we found it, with a little sauna and gym. Washer and dryer facilities are always good when you are travelling so it doesn't all amount up for when you get home. Nice artwork on the walls in the lounge and dining area. We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 4) - it was a good sized space for us. We didn't spend huge amounts of time there, it was a more of a rest and restore :) On entry to the apartment, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. More noticeable toward the sliding doors. The property had candles though so we just lit them every day to help with the smell.
One of the first things we noticed was the sliding balcony doors. The glass was all smudged and dirty - not great for first impressions.
Blocked drain on the balcony. On the day of arrival it had been raining and there was collected water on the balcony, my son slipped on his way out causing injury. Thankfully no broken bones and thankfully it wasn't my mother who has had knee replacements.
No proper bedding for the sofa beds in the lounge - we found quilts in the cupboards (which could be how this property is managed to be fair but the host knew there was going to be six guests).
12 coat hangers for 6 people! the grown ups all had 3 each.
The fire alarm went off during our stay on 15.10.24. There was no instructions in the apartment that we could see about evacuation, assembly points etc.
Hot water was very hit and miss. The showers and bath it worked most of the time but no hot water in the kitchen. We had to boil the kettle 3 times for the sink sop we could wash up. We did raise this to the host and they did offer to come and have a look but we had busy days planned and didn't want anyone entering the apartment whilst we were out.
- Agnes (10/5): Exceptional - it was neat and tidy and parking was important 👌
- Louise (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, parking very helpful the TV didn't work at all which was very frustrating, not even free to air. Good attempt to fix but a working TV is just a given for $600+ per night stay.
Please give better instructions on how to access & find the car space.
