These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Sharon (8/5): We throughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back! - I loved the location, views, and the comfortable spacious living area. The bathrooms and a few things were a bit outdated and the main living area needed curtains or blinds.
Anittab (9/5): Very homely and well stocked. - Felt very homely and it had lots of parking. Loved the fact it had a pool, sauna, gym and kids play room. Didn't use all of them but loved it was there if we wanted to. Right across from beach was great too. Has games and beach equipment too and plenty of supplies. Very well thought of when supplying items for guests. Very comfy to stay in, wouldn't mind something like that as a holiday home. Needed some more blinds in the living area to keep out sun/heat. Some of the sliding doors (glass) were dirty, possible from salt and same as the sliding door locks were a bit worn from salty air. Down side all the things we went to do like movie world etc was a 30mim drive or more but not a big deal.
