• martine (8/5): Lux appartement, wel gehorig. - Locatie, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Modern ingericht. Veel kastruimte, ruim opgezet. Een waarschuwing dat bovenburen fors aan het verbouwen waren, was netjes geweest. Nu begon er vroeg in de ochtend flink kluswerk. Verder behoorlijk gehorig, ook in de nacht worden de flessen in de staaf opgeruimd, net als het vuilnis, doorvoer smalle straatje galmt dat flink. Een keukenhanddoekje/theedoek zou fijn zijn geweest, net als 1 of 2 vaatwastabletten. Een extra kussen/deken zou ook fijn zijn.
• Katie (7/5): Great stay at a great location! - Very clean, close to duomo cathedral and had complimentary coffee and toiletries. Bathrooms were well done out and was handy having two. Bed was quite hard and thin pillows. Steps down to 2nd bedroom were quite a challenge.

There wasn’t any extra blanket or towels. No information was provided regarding the basement floor and stairs. The apartment, which is listed as accessible, has extremely steep stairs that are not suitable for everyone.
• Dawn (8/5): Lovely apartment in great location - Beautifully decorated apartment in a great location.. so close to duomo and shops and restaurants. nice and secure. Sofa was very hard and not comfy Spiral staircase could do with a handrail. Not suitable for elderly or children
• Maya (9/5): - The location was amazing. Ground floor apartment. Good facilities. We didn't mind, but one room and bathroom were in the basement down a spiral stairs. Not so comfortable. The building was under construction, so from 9am, there was noice. The room was ready after the check-in time, so we needed to wait to get I.

• Francoise (8/5): - L’emplacement proche du Duomo, les deux salles de bain car nous étions deux couples, le confort des lits, assez calme. Vue sur le parking, une chambre en sous-sol pas très accessible, le manque de vaisselle ( peu de verres, 4 assiettes, très peu de couverts…), canapé pas confortable.

Im probably old enough to be his mother - Amenities Offered nice place more so for more people Manager treated me like a child instead of just answering my questions. He would say you should have or you need to read info given to you Everything from finding the place to assisting with when i needed help He had no empathy. Practically scolded me. Said i picked it i should have known its not a hotel. Was my 1st time at an Airbnb. This was my dream vacation that i wanted after my divorce. All he had to do was explain to me. I understand instructions.

• Xaris (6/5): Yes but… - Perfect location ,near all the central spots and metro Very clean Cozy apartment made with taste The towels smelt of humidity Also lacked a hand towel Last day we woke up with a terrible sound of black and decker obviously they renovated the apartment next door without any warning and when I complained about it nobody cared to at least apologize
