• YASUMI (9/5): 快適で楽しかった！ - とにかく立地の良さがいいのと、建物の一階というのもいい。駅を出たらすぐだし表の道路と玄関でほぼ段差が無いのでキャリーケースや大きな荷物の搬入もスムーズ！疲れて帰った時には特にその良さを実感！また、周りにはコンビニや美味しいピザ屋さん、スーパー、駐車場など徒歩圏内に全てあり何も困ることがなかったです。 お部屋も綺麗にされていて快適でした。 ホストの方の対応もとても良く、こちらの入力ミスで子どもの人数を間違えてお伝えしてまいましたが、変更にも快く応じてくださり、またチェックイン時間も柔軟に対応していただきとても素晴らしかったです。 ただ一つ残念なのはウォシュレットが使えないことですが、その他がとてもよかったのでまたこの辺りを旅行する時は是非お願いしたいです。 ありがとうございました！ ウォシュレットが使えない

• Sheila (9/5): Great, except for dropping the ball with check in. Also- I only received one message from owner - Location, cleanliness, amenities, and space. Check in! I was under the impression that I would be emailed the combination to the key lock box when we checked in after 3:00. But, i did not receive an email or message. The only way we were able ti access the key was thru to photo of the lockbox. We enlarged the photo and my son tried picking the lock based on the blurry numbers visible in the photo. Very unsettling and anxiety provoking!
