• Ines (9/5): - Smještaj je čist i uredan. Lako je za snaći se prilikom ulaska. Vlasnik je susretljiv i dostupan za sva pitanja. Čišćenje je dostupno svaki dan. Zvučna izolacija je slaba pa se sve čuje iz susjednih stanova Možda dodati još malo pribora za jelo, a pritisak u tušu je slab pa kupanje traje duže :(

The water pressure was very low, so showering took a long time. The curtains were completely see through and don’t stop the morning light at all.

• Pawel (9/5): Nocleg zdecydowanie warty polecenia :) - Profesjonalna obsługa, codzienny serwis, lokalizacja oraz przede wszystkim czyste i wygodne łóżka :) Pokój który otrzymaliśmy miał kiepski dostęp do światła, okno było skierowane na wewnętrzną część budynków, przez co często wymagane było używanie światła sztucznego, nawet w dzień.

Camera mare, spatioasa, curata, la aproximativ 20minute de mers pe jos pana la Colosseum. Procesul de check-in se face usor, toate indicatiile primite de la gazda. Lipsa unei plase de tantari la geam.

• Giovanna (7/5): Il mio NO è per i dintorni - La struttura, l' accoglienza, il personale delle pulizie e la gestione in generale del nostro soggiorno La posizione! In centro e vicino alla metro indubbiamente ma tutta la piazza era piena di barboni, ubriachi e faceva sinceramente un po' paura girare nei dintorni, soprattutto la sera. Ovviamente la struttura non ne ha colpa ma ci tengo a menzionare in contesto circostante perché va comunque a mio avviso segnalato in modo da poter scegliere in piena coscienza. Personalmente non la consiglio come zona

• Klaudia Gog (10/5): Great stay! - The location is great, a few steps away from subway, very short distance to the main station and a nice walk to colloseum. Next to the accommodation there are places to eat breakfast, have a drink or gelato. The room was very clean and spacious and equipped with towels, a kettle, tea and coffee set. Check-in process was easy. Communication with the host was great. I highly recommend the place! Nothing - all was great!

• Dogru (10/5): MINUNAT! - Aproape de atracțiile turistice, la maxim 20 de minute de mers pe jos până la coloseum și o oră de mers pe jos până la Vatican. Aproape de gara, de stațiile de autobuz, de tramvai și de aeroport! Supermaketurile sunt aproape, găsești orice dorești în jur. Este cald, este curat, check in ul se face foarte ușor și cei care admininisteaza sunt foarte prompți, răspund repede la mesaje și la telefon. A fost totul PERFECT!

Apesar disso, o quarto em si é limpo e um pouco mais agradável do que o exterior. Seria interessante se investissem em algumas melhorias, pois o espaço tem potencial.

Infissi scadenti. Sembrava di avere la finestra aperta anche se era chiusa. Regole di privacy non rispettate. Nelle linee guida dicono di lasciare sulla porta se si vuole avere la pulizia della camera. Noi nn l'abbiamo chiesta ma la persona è sempre entrata.

La atención y la comunicación ha sido buena, teniendo en cuenta además que lo cogimos muy a última hora. El colchón cómodo y diversos tipos de almohadas. En nuestra habitación a la noche hacía algo de frío, quizás porque la ventana no estaba bien sellada, porque en el pasillo se notaba más calor.

There were homeless people sleeping right outside the streets. The lift was also not the best condition. But I agree that I should have researched about the vicinity better before I booked.

• Marie (10/5): Super séjour - Le logement est propre (à l'intérieur) et très confortable. Il est bien situé par rapport aux divers sites touristiques à voir absolument quand on vient à Rome (5 minutes de la station de métro). Nous nous rendions tous les matin à un petit café juste en face dans le parc, si agréable, qui nous faisait des petits déjeuners sucrés ou salés juste divins !!! Les alentours font peur (parc à première vue pas très bien fréquenté et personnes qui dorment en bas de l'immeuble juste devant la porte) mais ce n'est qu'un a priori qui est vite détrompé. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème ni aucune insécurité. Tous les matins la super machine à café est ravitaillée et des bouteilles d'eau sont remises à notre disposition, vraiment top. Les nuits étaient très chaudes et la climatisation avait un problème. Elle faisait un bruit très étrange, comme si elle allait tomber. Nous avons commencé par l'éteindre et avons ouvert la fenêtre, pour avoir de l'air, mais elle donnait sur une cour intérieure qui sentait très mauvais (Rome n'est globalement pas propre comme ville mais rien à voir avec le logement). Bref nous avons été obligé de subir la climatisation. CEPENDANT, nous n'avons pas pris le temps d'en parler aux personnes de l'hôtel, je ne sais pas comment ils auraient géré le problème. Je ne peux donc que faire ce constat, ce sont des choses qui arrivent.

It was a bit of a hassle to check in and locate the room keys with Whatsapp instructions but the host was ready to help. Location was not great, a bit on the rough side although in terms of transport close to the main Rome termini station.

Also was a bit worried as was told was set check in times and latest times to arrive so was bit concerned as our flight slightly delayed not sure why need latest time to check in as its all done by key code and don't meet anyone so can probably go anytime

• Jaco21 (7/5): Very good location. Comfortable bed. Noisy. Overall OK. - Easy to find. It is possible to self check-in so you can come at night. Instructions worked well. Air conditioner is working. Close to metro and train station. Room is equipped with kettle, coffee pod machine, cups, tee, teaspoons, hair dryer. Coffee pods (caps) and cookies were replenished every day. Cups washed every day. Linen changed every 3 days. There is also a small fridge but it is not working when you leave the room. On the common area there are a microwave, plates and forks and kitchen rolls. There are no knives or washing sponge. Poor soundproofing of the window makes the street noise very, very annoying. It is almost impossible to sleep without earplugs. At first glance it looks clean, but if you look at the top shelf you will find a lot of dust. The floor has not been swept/vacuumed/washed. The fridge turns off when you leave the room.
