• Svetlana (1/5): disappointing to the point that we spent as little time as we possibly could in the accomodation. - the location was good, it was in a quiet area and the block had a lift, the public areas were clean, the shower delivered a reasonable amount of water. we arrived on Sat 2nd May late evening, the keys werent in the box, we rang and were kept waiting outside on a cold and wet evening for 1.5 hrs, we eventually got in and the kettle didnt work so we couldnt make a hot drink, again we rang and were told a kettle would be delivered and in the meantime we could use the hob, the buttons on the hob are invisible due to it's age and wear and tear so we struggled with that, sometimes we got it to work other times we gave up (the new kettle eventually arrived on Wed 6th) The shower rail and curtain kept falling to the floor and the shower drain is partally blocked leading to you standing in 2 -4 cm of dirty water. The sofa is absolutely filthy, heavily stained and worn to the point that when you sit on it you can feel the frame within, it needs to go back in whatever skip they dragged it out of. It is a nice building with nicely tiled floors and is not badly decorated but the furniture is very, very tired, we will not be booking with this company again.
• MiłoszW (5/5): - Lokalizacja Zepsuty czajnik, braki w naczyniach kuchennych i sztućcach, brudny piekarnik, zarwana kanapa w salonie. Najbardziej pokonała nas śmierdząca lodówka którą było czuć w całym mieszkaniu ( jak by ktoś zwymiotiwał). Wypadało by wymienić niektóre elementy wyposażenia i poprawić czystość bo właśnie to zaważyło na ocenie.
• Pet Studio Vita (10/5): - Великолепное местоположение, тихо. 300 м до остановок автобуса трамвая, большого супермаркета и заправки. Номер чистенький новый . Кондиционер балкон лифт . Кабельная ТВ, бесплатный wi-fi,Возможность связаться с хозяином. Вид на горы. Всё замечательно вроде бы, Но.... #Диван в гостиной продавленный, старый . Сидеть приходится между досками каркаса.# Наличие только одного комплекта белья. #Одно одеяло. Чтобы поспать на диване в гостиной, нужен ещё один комплект белья. Нам пришлось купить и соответственно постирать самим, благо стиральная машина в номере имеется и работает. ) #одна розетка на кухне возле плиты не работает. Но понижать рейтинг за это хозяину не буду. Так как у нас не было времени, всё это сообщить ему лично. Как хозяин бизнеса знаю , как тяжело поднять рейтинг. Тем более что это устранимо . Так что ставлю 10 из 10 в надежде ,что все эти мелочи он исправит ,)
• Ashleigh (7/5): Overall great stay - great location, was clean and good value for money! - We liked the location as was walking distance of approximate 20 minutes to the landmarks of the city. The sofa was not very comfortable and was not very stable to sit on.
