• McMahon (8/5): Modern, very well presented apartment with a great view in a very central location. - The communication with the owners was exceptional and very clear. The apartment was immaculate and had an amazing view. The location is very central and it was very easy to get to all areas of Melbourne using public transport or by walking. The gym and pool facilities were great - our teenage son's made use of the gym everyday. The living area was smaller than we expected from the photos (but the bedroom and bathrooms were generous sizes for a city apartment). The living area was a little cozy for a family of 4 (including two teenage sons), however, as we were hardly there - due to the apartments great location - it really wasn't a problem.
• Olivia (10/5): Amazing location and views. Hosts were responsive and helpful - Location especially if you have an event at Marvel stadium you are looking at it. The views are amazing just to sit and outlook at both in the day and night. Pool and saunas were amazing . The furniture in the lounge room should be facing the view and the TV if possible could go on the wall under the aircon for another couch.

• Kayla (10/5): Wonderful location and easy to communicate with hosts. Will book again - Location was fantastic and all facilities lovely. Sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable, I wouldn’t recommend using it for more than one night.

• kate (9/5): - We loved the view and location of the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for a week's stay. Great communication before, during and after the stay. We stayed when it was particularly hot but the air conditioning could have done with being cooler.

Lydia & Peter were always in communication and made sure to keep us up to date with everything. They were very accomodating for our delay in flights. I would definitely recommend to everyone Nothing! Everything was as described and looked like the photos

Kitchen is well appointed and set up well to make your own food but given how your surrounded by restaurants and food outlets you properly won't want to cook Bathroom is excellent and the shower is very good Great location plenty of cafes and food options and you're across the road from the outlet shops. Transport no problems with Tram stops close and the railway station just across the road If your visiting Melbourne for an event at Marvel stadium you can't go wrong with this property Hosts were excellent with instructions on the check in . Would absolutely stay again . Our bed was a touch hard that's about it

We enjoyed our stay it provided all the home comforts that you would not get from a hotel. Not much really if I am possible provide bath mats buts that’s very minor.

• Marc (9/5): Perfect location, great room. - Excellent communication from the hosts. The location was perfect for our needs. Directly across from Southern Cross Station, on Bourke Street and Spencer Street tram lines. Two bathrooms super convenient. The pool is the nicest pool we have experienced in Australia. Only very minor things were the room being super hot by the time we arrived at sundown & aircon struggling to lower the room temp. We found the fan on our last night. Pillows were either super thin or very hard. A couple of medium pillows would be great. But really these were minor things.
