• HONGYE (7/5): - 8min from the station, equipped with necessary appliances We are informed the wc seat is broken and couldnt be fixed during our stay. it's so inconvenient since the public WC would have seats anyway.

• Jessé (10/5): A really nice B&B highly recommend it ! - Everything was really great about the appartment. You feel like at home ! It was cleaned, nicely decorated and modern. Also there was anything that was needed for the daily usage to cook, and breakfast. Even a Bialetti moka pot to enjoy your morning coffee. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious enough. On top of it, the host is really arranging and accommodating leaving you the privacy you want. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to that place if you would like to stay in Florence!!! Not that I didn't like maybe just some improvement points (like good to have) - a kettle to boil hot water for tea for example. Understand that it's not a thing in Italy so I understand that it's not a common practice - same goes for a microwave - a coffee table in the living room (we took the one from the bedroom sometimes) Aside from that the rest was all there and all good so we'll deserving the 10/10 rating! Just a note for elderlies, the appartment is on 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
• Linh (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, just a few minute walk to SM Novella Train Station. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. The host pays very good attention to details. This is the best place we have stayed in our 12 day trip in Italy. Nothing.

• Eirini (9/5): Superb - The room was better than expected. The location is nice close to teh metro but also walking distance from the city center. The room was big and very confortable. Easy to communicate with the host and easy check in! The room had a smell of eggs, probably from the previous people. My friend couldnt stand the smell even though I couldnt smell it. Also there was someone from the building shhhing us even during the afternoon.

• Simon (9/5): A clean, well appointed apartment in a great location. Would stay again if we return to Florence. - Very convenient location. The apartment looked new and was very well appointed. there were thoughtful touches such as complimentary water,hot beverages and condiments. Notes on the local area were also very handy. Not much at all. I would have preferred a longer bed, it was quite short and the party wall to the neighbours was not soundproofed/thin.
• Camryn (10/5): Exceptional - Great location - short walk to Santa Maria Novella train station, not far at all from all the sights in Florence. Apartment was clean and well stocked for our arrival. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it was also stocked with essentials for cooking. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was larger than most rental apartment showers. Self check-in was super easy, too. Nothing!

• Daisuke (9/5): A great option in Florence - Very comfortable to stay - up to 10 mins from the central station, many kitchen suppliers are equipped in the room, super clean bathroom. Given that a stay in Florence usually costs high, this is a reasonable option to consider. Nothing particular.
