• Candace (7/5): would totally stay here again! highly recommend. - the location was great, there was ample parking, close proximaty to several useful businesses (groceries, take away, drug store). i really liked how spacious the property was. the island was a great place to hang around when we were at the property. great for eating, visiting, playing games. would recommend bringing slippers. the parking wasn't well defined, were we supposed to park in front or behind the owners car? the property was clean-ish. you could tell the most of the space was swept and wiped but there was hair behind the bathroom door, i had to clean the mirror before i could see in it. there was toothpaste spatters on the bathroom taps. there were bits of fluff and debris on the rug in the space, there was no dish cloth but an old sponge. and i had to buy toilet paper while we were there as we were left with about a half roll for 2 guests during a 2 day stay.

• Martin (5/5): It’s a good apartment in a good location and just need the noise above the apartment sorting out to be great - A good spacious and modern apartment with big fridge and cooking facilities The noise from upstairs was constant,Day and night pounding on the ceiling.I think this is an unacceptable amount of noise.
• Robb & Angel (3/5): - Was easy to find very clean and spacious The NOISE of kids jumping around right above us at like 8am!! I found it not professional that the owners made no attempt to try n be respectful that they had guests trying to sleep. Also FIX THE TOILET SEAT. We'd be happy to use it again otherwise.

• Neil (7/5): Large basement apartment in the suburbs, near major shopping area - Very large apartment with kitchen, bathroom, lounge and laundry. We knew about the stairs to this basement apartment, but lugging our big bags was difficult. Despite this the apartment has the potential to be excellent, need: instructions for the a/c, coffee supplies, face washers, dish cloth & tea towel, usb ports.
• Micheal (8/5): Spacious cosy home! - This place is so comfortable and inviting! It's conveniently located right by the bus stop, making transportation a breeze. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. There's even a pull-out sofa and extra linens, making it perfect for a small group. Lack of soundproofing in the walls compromised privacy. Finding dirty dishes was unpleasant. Shower curtain in the bathroom was alittle moldy. To make matters worse, one of the beds was extremely firm, leading to a very uncomfortable night's sleep.
• Stefan (6/5): Good on outside bad on inside - 12 min to downtown On arrival the place looked cleaned but was not, black hairs in the sink and shower, the bathroom counter was dirty and the mirror had droplets all over. One of the queen beds was very comfortable, the other one smelled like sweat, was brutally hard to the point I'm not even sure if there was a mattress on it or was just a box spring. It squeaked and would wake me up with every move in my sleep. They advertise a washing machine but on arrival it didn't work and when we tried to use were told the owners cleaning lady told him today it was broken. Upon reading reviews we saw that another guest reported it broken 4 weeks before our arrival, the owner replied it was fixed the next day but then another review 2 weeks later also said it was broken so it feels like we were lied to and it's been broken much longer than our arrival. The kitchen utensils were all dirty and the knives all chipped and broken. You also cannot lock your door if you have any valuable when you leave to go to town the owner doesn't provide a key.

• Catharine (9/5): If you're looking for a nice, self-contained place to stay, this is it. - Comfortable, clean, in a good location, and good value for money. Host responded quickly to booking and any questions. A good experience all around.

• Syed (5/5): An average stay ! - Location was Good . This property is in the basement and its not mentioned anywhere in the details. If you bringing full size bag of weight 30 kg in this basement, good luck with that !! The owners live upstairs and it gets noisy time by time due to people walking upstairs .
