• Sofia (10/5): Comfortable and clean place for short trips - The apartment was small but perfect for a few days. Fully equipped for two people, perfectly clean and very kind staff. Self check in/out. Easy to get to on public transport, close to shops and pubs. N/A, everything was perfect
• Samantha (10/5): Lovely stay for our weekend in London. - Great accommodation, had everything we required. Very safe building for checking in late at night. Location was about a 15 minute walk from the underground. Would definitely stay again.
• Mike (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good ( about 10 minutes from tube and trains) bus stop right outside, room neat and tidy. Access easy. The room is quite small, the bathroom smelled quite bad.
• Rodnaska (3/5): Simply horrible. - Okay location. The springs in the mattress are horrible. The refrigarator is noisy( and you cant turn it off, because it has a freezer compartment, so the room would be a lake at morning). Chinese shampoo and soap. They say, the room is soundproof and ofc, it is a lie. Horrible. The flat( it is just a room with a small "bathroom) is located at the ground floor near the main gate and you can clearly hear everything and everyone that is happening there. People come in and out from 4 am to 1 am. So, if you want a good night sleep, just avoid this place.
• Joshua (8/5): Very good - Great location especially for transportation links to west end. Clean with good facilities. Heater and air con both available Situated on the ground floor of the building close to the front door, so noisy with people coming in and out.

• Ainara (8/5): A nice place to arrive after a busy day. - The apartment looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and just what we needed. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The shower leaked.

Good security with codes for front door & studio Ground floor is perfect as I am disabled plus easy for partner carrying bags Quiet room though noisy neighbour woke us up both mornings Great aircon unit in room which was essential Well equipped - only comment would be to provide large plastic or disposable bowls for breakfast Overall excellent & would definitely stay there again Strong smell of ammonia in hall so on arrival, is off-putting
• Chioma (10/5): An amazing accommodation that made my stay in London very enjoyable - I stayed at Urban Nest during a heatwave so the fact that it was equipped with an air conditioner was very convenient. I also liked how close it was to the underground (max an 10 min walk) and the general safety of the area. I was given only two rolls of toilet tissues which just about lasted me the duration of my stay. Preferably I would have liked there to have been more toilet rolls but other than that I enjoyed my stay here.
• Latif (7/5): i really enjoyed my stay there and i will book again anytime am in london - the location was perfect. easy and close to all kinds of transportation. the electrical appliances provided in the room. toiletries provision and towels. The Wi-Fi was too slow, and the paper cups and plates could easily be destroyed. May the host provide better

• Noa (8/5): We had a lovely stay. - It's in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, never felt unsafe. It was a really lovely room. And public transport was really close, the tube, overground, bus, train, everything. There were some small little things that weren't super clean, and we ckuld have had more plates and cups, but besides that, it was really nice.
• Victoria (8/5): Good place for a short stay, I would gladly stay there in another ocasion. - The location was very good, close to the overground, underground and a bus stop right in front of the accommodation. The room was very clean. All the facilities were very comfortable. The walls seem to be thin enough to listen to the noises from the hall. Luckily the neighbors weren't loud at all.
