- Codi (10/5): Great place for a girl’s weekend! - This place was great! I was a little worried about the location close to the road but it wasn’t loud and it’s close to everything. The rooms are large and it was great for 4 adult women. Everything was really good. A few extra blankets to use outside on the deck would have nice, we didn’t want to use the nice ones on the bed. But honestly that’s just nitpicking.

- Elsa (10/5): Grateful to have Mr. Marc as the nice, considerate, helpful & polite Property Manager!!! - 1406 2nd Ave Unit 1’s Property Manager, Mr. Marc, is a kind compatriot🫡. Without hesitation, he immediately agreed to check on my Nay (Mother in Tagalog), who is 92 and not feeling well, as soon as he read my text.
We find him reasonable when he accepted a $US300 damage deposit instead of $C400 as required. He checked if we found the Unit in order by text and in person when we got home the 2nd evening. Furthermore, he also connected the hose and sent me a picture when we inquired if he happened to have one. Hence, my husband was able to clean our muddy car.
This rental is conveniently located northeast of the town center. It has beautiful mountain views with traces of snow from the porch where there are flowering pink and white crab-trees that enhance the lovely scenery. I like the flag🇨🇦in the front.
It is within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket and shops on the other side of the railroad tracks.
Unit 1 was clean, with comfy beds and beddings, comfy sofa and a Murphy bed. Appliances are all of very good quality. So are the pots and pans. Each bedroom has a TV aside from the one in the LR.
The open space kitchen, LR, DR is spacious. It is a comfortable place to stay with a nice, considerate Property Manager in Mr. Marc! None
