Guest Reviews
- Tim (6/5): Pleasant - Location No TV channels.
Couldn't find the place. Directions were poor.
- Champion (1/5): Total disgrace - Nothing, the place was trashed and we couldn't stay there. We were stranded and had to find new accommodation at 6pm Everything. It's was a disgrace..... uncleaned, evidence of smoking everywhere, food and rubbish everywhere, plus broken glass all over the carpet, a stolen ebike on the balcony...... just revolting. The host was useless and tried tell us to come back in a couple of hours when it was clean then hung up on us and didn't reply until the next day. It was uninhabitable and we had to find somewhere else to say. A traumatic experience.
- Jillian (8/5): Good accomodation, conveniently located, close to public transport, marvel stadium & Coles. - Location is fantastic/perfect.
Loved the view. Very convenient to Coles, Skybus arrival/departure and southern cross station. Bought a few things that we required - tea towels, dish sponge, batteries for remote control. No tongs amongst cutlery. Otherwise perfect.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Daria (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (8/5): Very good - Clean and Enjoyable Having our accommodation moved to a different location due to a double booking without being informed about it until the day of travel. Luckily new location was close by.
- Carlie (10/5): Highly recommended - Mum n I absolutely loved this apartment, it was perfect. Awesome spot in the city. We will definitely be back!
- Melinda (2/5): Very underwhelming - The view is great I don't usually write these - but sometimes you open a door (if you can!) and it's just not what you were expecting. This was one of those times. Firstly, there were problems getting the key. I got a garbled message about where to get the key from, referring to photographs I never received. Even if I could find the lockbox, I never got the passcode. After calling the numbers provided several times, a guy did come to meet me with a key. I went up to my room, finally opened the door....and was very underwhelmed, A Christmas wreath was on the wall (at the end of February). A saggy blue couch tucked up against a spare mattress. A dining table set located right between the couch and the TV. There was an old toothbrush sitting with all the other toiletries in the shower. There was supposed to be free wifi throughout, but no information about that. When I contacted the owner to ask, I was told to look under the modem. There was no password there. The bed was squeaky and the pillows flat as a pancake. The unit might be suitable if you love trains, because the sound of their horns blasting was constant. To sum up - no, I did not like my stay here.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Great view.
- Pauline (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (7/5): Overall it was a good experience.friendly staff attentive and respond to our request when we needed. They were accomodat - Good location, has good facilities such as sauna, gym and swimming pool.
It is located opposite southern cross station , supermarkets and cafe are around the corner. The carpet is very dirty. I suggested changing to tiles or required a carpet clean. The sofa bed and bed in bedroom was very soft and not comfortable.
The toilet door has squeaky sound, requires WD40 to fix the door noise.
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Roelf (7/5): Good - Good overall. The lock box location was confusing due to the picture on the instructions being the wrong one.
- Chloe (7/5): Good -
- Bryan (8/5): This place was clean, had good facilities, and the staff friendly and helpful. - Arrived very early and the management were very helpful and obliging. Had a couple of other requests and staff were great!
Location: across the road from Southern Cross, which was excellent. Excellent view. Glass windows and sliding door blocked out the noise.
Great value for money! Getting the key was a bit quirky and It could do with a better sofa, but these are minor points!
- Melanie (8/5): Very good -
- Daniell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (7/5): Good - Location Excellent. Couch uncomfortable to sit, needs a board under cushions to stop sagging.
- Jane (8/5): Excellent location next to the train station, perfect for what I needed. - Very clean
- Andrew (7/5): Good - close to where we needed to be nothing all was good
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (6/5): Well appointed and very clean. - Carper very tired and so was the couch.
Very noisy. Lousy view.
- Jess (8/5): Happy with stay after checking in - The location was awesome. Check-in was confusing, and I had requested a parking spot with booking, had been overlooked, corrected in the end, but added to the confusing and and drawn out check-in process.
- Beau (2/5): Very disappointed - Location Could smell that people had been smoking.. no floor towel for shower, furniture very uncomfortable
- Annabelle (6/5): Pleasant - The view was amazing. Black hair left in shower from previous guests.
I received a phone call in the afternoon after my check asking for the key to clean. I replied that I followed instructions and left it in the lock box. She said oh maybe the next Tennant has picked it up. That would would mean the place didn't get cleaned.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little apartment with a spectacular view, it was only a short stay but instructions were clear and parking was available (for fee).
- Melisa (4/5): Very disappointing. - The location was good Very disorganised. Check in was at 3, we arrived at 4 but the keys weren’t in lockbox where we were told they would be. The cleaner met us at the front of building and said he wasn’t done cleaning, we didn’t get into the apartment until 5:30 and were then late for our event. The apartment didn’t look thoroughly cleaned when we finally did get in, and there was hair left behind on one of the pillows which makes me question if sheets were even changed.
- Melissa (10/5): Fabulous - Across the road from the station. Provided photos with descriptions on how to access however was also available nearby if needed
Quick to respond all basic necessities were covered Maybe a sharp knife and scissors available to use would be handy
Basic welcome info like how to find where to take out the rubbish
- Georgia (10/5): It’s a nice area, the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay again - The location was convenient as it’s close to the train station and all the other places we needed to go The cleaner was still cleaning an hour after we were able to check in so we had to wait a few mins longer and the pillows were a little to soft
- David (8/5): Good for a stop over. - Close to Railway Station. Clean and well appointed. Access the is in a key lock that is attached to a bike stand out on the street. Difficult to access if bikes liked to stand. Also out in the weather.
- Aydar (10/5): Great location and apartments. Highly recommend) - I liked the location as well as the view out of the 29th Floor! The rooms were very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. It was my first time dealing with key lockboxes, so I found it a bit confusing. The host was very helpful and informative though.
- Maria (9/5): Good value for money - Location The extra mattress for my child was so hard
- Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - Hosts helpful with parking difficulties. Instructions for parking were difficult to follow and not clear. I was told to driveway was on Spencer Street. Access to parking was from Little Bourke. This added 45 minutes to my arrival.
- Kate (8/5): Super handy, excellent communication and a smashing view from the balcony. The owners were kind - Super handy, lovely building, excellent communication and support and a smashing view from the balcony. The owners were kind
- Jane (8/5): Perfect location to most places in Melbourne - Very central location. Consider quiet given how close it is to train station.
Good internet and kitchen amenities.
We had a little incident prior to our stay, weilian tried her best in resolving the issue and made our stay more pleasant for the 2 days. She is a very helpful and responsive host. Mine. Good for short stay
- Raymon (9/5): Superb -
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eunice (9/5): Good location, excellent view - - Opposite Southern Cross Main Station, within free tram zone
- Near Coles, Spencer Outlet Centre, car rental companies
- Spacious unit with an excellent view, basic cooking equipment provided for simple meals
- Heated pool and gym at Level 8 which we didn't get to use - Bed was a little too soft, sofa bed was slightly better
- Main door handle was loose
- Perpetual kebab smell at Ground floor entrance walkway 🤣
- Duncan (10/5): Good host, available to contact if required. Clean apartment close -
- Jeannie (7/5): Great value accommodation self-contained close to Southern Cross Station and South bank - Excellent location close to Southern Cross Station and within easy walking distance to Southbank
A little self-contained apartment allowing you to self cater and have a bit of space for resting. The sofa bed in the lounge room is a great additional sleeping space The carpet probably needs an upgrade, but he is great value considering its location and other amenities
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (10/5): Perfect stay - Location close to everything. Tidy, owners friendly and helpful. Sofa in a weird spot to watch TV at night but could tell furniture had recently been moved around due to indents on the plush carpet anyway and couldnt find a teatowel to dry dishes. Otherwise nothing to note. Very happy with accom.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Christian (3/5): Poor -
- Denver (5/5): Passable - View, pool, sauna, and location. Room had a bad odour and block main drain in the bathroom.
