- Lee (9/5): Very nice apartment in great location for trams - Lovely apartment with access to pool and gym in a great location that was handy for the tram. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only one key was a pain, especially as you need the fob to get into the pool and operate the lift.
One dishwasher tablet for 8 days is a bit tight too!
Poor check in communication too.

- Ellie (5/5): - The accommodation was not cleaned appropriately and there was no tv controller, I called the host and he was lovely cleaners came did t reflect anything just removed the rubbish that shouldn’t have been there to begin with and still no tv controller
- Brooke (10/5): Beautiful apartment, close to public transport and local shops, nice and clean, beaufiful views. - The location was perfect, close to public transport and very clean. Not a lot of parking nearby.

- Jashika (8/5): Very good - The apartment is pretty new and walking distance to Southbank restaurant. It was clean but located in a quiet st which at first looked bit rowdy. Only 1 key provided which was bit hectic between 4 of us. There was not enough Toilet paper/ Shower Gel/ no tissues. This is not services apartment but atleast there should have enough to last 5 days. We purchased everything in day 3
- Junliang (9/5): It was great overall - easy arrival and easy drop off for the keys, great location and very good contact The bathroom door hinge was a little broken and the door kept falling inwards during shower, causing a lot of spillage and slippery floors - a bit of a danger if the spillage couldn’t be fully absorbed which it wasn’t a few times
- Marcus (7/5): Short trip. - The place was nice for a small, cheap hotel, despite being beside the highway, we didn't actually have much issues with the noise, as if you were to leave the loungeroom windows closed, you wouldn't be able to hear the cars at all.
The view was surprisingly nice, the location is close to supermarkets like aldi and woolworths, as well as a maccas and a bp.
The pool was a little too cold for us to use, but aside from that it actually looked very nice.
One thing that kind of caught our eye was the lack of replacement garbage bags, a small amount of dishwashing tablets, plus no liquid for the dishwasher, and one of the pipes beneath our kitchen sink seemed to be leaking, we cleaned this obviously, had to assume this leak was also from the washing machine.
