Due to the exceptional emergency situation of extraordinary DROUGHT that our community is going through, the Junta de Andalucía has prohibited the maintenance of the pools, so they have had to be closed. The measures will be reviewed periodically, so you can not ensure that you can enjoy the pool during the stay. Among the measures taken by the City Council also the closure of showers on the beach and the fountains of the promenade. This is a situation beyond our control, totally beyond our control and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
A security deposit of 250.00 Euros is required for each stay. This is paid about a week prior to the arrival. Deposit will only be refundable after check-out if the apartment has not been damaged.
We will contact you prior to your arrival to do the check in online and give you the keys.
Late check in costs:
From 16:00 21:00pm free of charge.
From 21:01 pm to 22:00 am 30.00 euros.
From 22:01 pm to 23:00 am 40.00 euros.
From 23:01 pm to 00:00 am 50.00 euros.

- Henry (5/5): für Kurzaufenthalt zum Erkunden der Umgebung war es gut - Die Lage mit schneller Erreichbarkeit nach Malaga und zum Flughafen ist gut. Auch zum Strand (der ist durchschnittlich) ist es nicht weit. Kommunikation/Service mit Verwaltung und Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen und war leider teilweise verschmutzt. Teils sehr laute Bauarbeiten aus Nachbarwohnung. Der Außenpool war bereits geschlossen. Schaden an Warmwasseraufberetung während Aufenthalt, dadurch nur Kaltwasser > wurde am Folgetag behoben. Aufwändiges Anmeldeverfahren und zusätzliche Kaution erforderlich.

- Penny (7/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely comfortable apartment with great pools. Good shop and restaurants very close by and the beach only 5 mins away. Easy to get to Málaga and aqualand by taxi Shame there were builders in the next door apartment which made it very noisy.

- AAGE (7/5): Svarte ikke til annonsen, uklart hvem vi egentlig leida av og hvem som sendte oss uklare beskjeder. Hvor var booking her - Beliggenheten, romslig,god innredning Verten, sterilt uteområde uten gode uteområder, ikke noe utemøblement, lukket versnda

Pablo was great, very friendly and very helpful and spoke English of course which always helps. If anything the only thing we didn't like was the stairs, they didn't suit some of us.
- Nearlyinteresting (9/5): Great place and would highly recommend it - We chose this location because it was convenient for the airport and the sports stadium - and for this it was perfect. The hosting agency were easy to communicate with and very flexible to our needs (arrival time and key handover). The neighbourhood is very pleasant and tranquil with a couple of restaurants, cafés and a mini-market very close by. The apartment was very clean and homely. The swimming pool is a bonus. Everything is as advertised but it would have been nice to have sun-loungers for the pool.
The beach is not the prettiest.
- Xenia (10/5): Excellent mix of upmarket and local, sea 3 min walk, 2 pools, lovely neighbourhood, all facilities! - All you need for a holiday. The location is great, with all the amenities, including a washing machine. Compact but practical kitchen, no oven but microwave with a grill for those who like to cook, however the local area (if you are walking) has local and upmarket restaurants and 3 mins drive to Plaza Mayor provide a variety of food and entertainment to suit all ages and tastes No lift - but this is for the review only. It didn't hinder us
