• ML (4/5): Uncomfortable, distant from city center, no elevator, it was difficult to carry the carry on suitcas - Smell a cigarette, apparently from one of the owners, even though the property appears as smoke free! Far from the city center. Difficult area to get public transportation. Very tinny shower place to bath. I'm small frame but this shower was very difficult to get aroung and shower.

• Nathalia Bermudez (10/5): Muy bien! - Muy amables, dispuestos a ayudarnos y ajustar horarios de check in y check out, desayuno variable. Instalaciones limpias. El baño externo, aunque era privado, estaba limpio, si quieres mas privacidad hay una habitacion con baño privado dentro.
• Marit (7/5): - Trevlig manlig värd som tog emot oss. Rent och snyggt skön säng. I köket står det lappar att man inte får öppna diskmaskinen eller öppna skåp med porslin i. Man känner sig inte riktigt välkommen då. Annars ren och snyggt samt god information om Firenze😊
• Aleksandr (7/5): Please provide a real breakfast with food and normal coffee - The hotel (apartment) and the room are very clean with the nice interior and quite new furniture. The host was nice too. But there was no breakfast at all. All we got was an instant coffee, store-bought toasts (bread pieces), butter, jams, and a cheap yogurt from a Coop. I believe these cannot be called "breakfast" especially when a night in the hotel costs more than 150 eur.

• M (5/5): Passable - The propery doesn't have any parking. There is free public parking on side of the street about a 10 minute walk away. That's not what I expect when the description of the accommodation says that it has parking.

• James (8/5): Very good - Luigi is very friendly and welcoming. Shops and restaurants nearby although a 30min walk from the main town centre. Our bathroom was external to our room in the communal hallway.
• Marcel (9/5): Great stay - We had a great stay in this B&B, room was airconditioned and had a private bath room (there are also rooms with a shared bathroom). Parking in the street is payed (16 euro for two days), small refrigerator in the room and a central kitchen. Owner makes (small) Italian breakfast at request. Won't put it in as negative but be aware the owner does not speak english. Was no problem for us as we managed through google translate.
