- Monika (9/5): Will come back to this place by my next trip to Rome - This apartment is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. It is located in front of the bus/tram stop in one of the most beautiful districts of Rome, only 10min walking from the old part of Trastevere.
Alessandro is super nice and helpful.
I highly recommend this place :) Nothing to mention

- Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo udany wyjazd. Rzym jak zawsze zachwyca - Super apartament i lokalizacja. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Blisko kawiarenek i restauracji. Bardzo czysty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam ☺️
- Tim (9/5): Excellent Apartment - The apartment was great, arranging to meet to gain acess on our arrival was really easy. The location is excellent in Rome with great access to all the places we wanted to visit - we walked into the city a couple of times. Great access to public transport and the city so many wonderful restaurants in the area - we were spoilt for choice. I would not hesitate to stay there again. My only gripe was a lack of a toaster really however that was not uncommon in more than one of the places we stayed
- Alicja (9/5): - Apartament jest przestrzenny, czysty, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. A Właściciel - rewelacja 😁

- Adp007 (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, our host Alessandro was polite and informative, answering all our questions. The flat needs refurbishment to become more comfortable and functional.
- Svetlana (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything needed. The host has provided even a very helpful guidebook with recommended locations for eating, drinking, and sightseeing.
- Felipe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of space, in a very lively part of Rome, with the bus stop right outside the door.
- Michael (5/5): Well located and good service, but too noisy and a renovation needed. - Friendly service and the appartment is well located in Trastevere with everything near by. The appartment needs a renovation and the kitchen is not well equipped, almost everthing old.
Very noisy street with a lot of ambulance and police with heavy noise passing by.
No sleep with open window possible.
- Ronaldo (10/5): Everything is perfect. - Everything is perfect.
Highlight the execelente location, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment and communication of the host.
- Keen (10/5): Great for our family. - Spacious and perfect for our family. Bus stop right outside. Had a good coffee shop and convenience store across the road. Alessandro was amazing and communicated really well with us. N/A
- Natalya (10/5): Great stay - amazing location - brilliant host - Alessandro was very friendly and helpful - thank you for looking after us!
Central location - bus stop few steps away from the apartment. Convenience store just across the road. Coffee shop downstairs where delicious coffee is being made
Spacious apartment where there is everything for the comfortable and pleasant stay Everything was great
- Andreea (10/5): Great Stay in Rome - Worth it - Great location, loved that it was just at the street side. Very easy to reach from to the main attractions. Trastevere is a nice neighborhood to stay in. We found the address easily from the train station. We only used the bus, which was easy to hop on because it drops you literally in front of the building you stay in. Initially we were buying tickets but you can pay with your card/apple pay directly at the machine in the bus.
Overall the apartment felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was very well equipped, we usually cooked breakfast at home and then went about exploring the city at foot.
We felt comfy with a lot of room and safe!
Enjoyed the building as well with it’s old vibe.
Our host was very easy to reach and helped us with any info we needed. Old buildings occasionally have thinner walls, but it was nothing that earbuds couldn’t fix. That would be my tip, to always carry earbuds with you, if you are a light sleeper like me.
This was needed only for one night, because next to the sleeping room it’s a kitchen in the next apartment.
- Beverley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brook (10/5): Great location and larger than expected apartment with excellent AC - The location was great! There was a tram stop and bus stop right outside the building which can take you to the center of Rome. The apartment was much bigger than what the photos looked like. There was enough space to walk around the entire apartment. The kitchen had oil, salt, and sugar suitable for cooking. The air conditioning AC was amazing! There were three machines around the apartment that were fully functional and excellent for reducing the heat in July. Nothing
- Biljana (10/5): Exceptional - A, spacious apartment, well located for day/nightlife and enjoying the authentic, local Rome." Nothing
- Michal (10/5): Fantastic apartment in lovely Trestavere! - This apartment was in Trestavere, which isn’t close to the big tourist attractions but it also means it’s quieter and gives you a better taste of Rome. Trestavere is such a fantastic neighbourbood, and this flat is close to the some cute, beautiful spots to sit for a drink, gelato, &/or dinner - all at 10-20 minutes away by foot. There are several grocery stores and pharmacies close by, and we mainly used the No. 8 tram that stops right in front of the building to get around. The H bus also stops right in front, but with Rome’s traffic, we found catching the tram easier.
The apartment is VERY spacious, clean, and Alessandro even made sure we had a pack & play to sleep on and a high chair for our baby to use. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were SO GOOD. Nice views from the bedroom window!
Our neighbours at the end were a bit noisy (though Alessandro spoke to them for us) but we never heard the ones we had before them, and with the white noise app we had playing on our phone, any outside noise didn’t bother us (there wasn’t much, the windows are very good - and I’m a light sleeper).
There is an elevator that goes to the 4th floor but you have to go up a few steps to get to it from the main floor - just something to consider if you have mobility issues. We were fine with a stroller but if you have a wheelchair or have significant mobility issues, this will not work for you.
Alessandro’s communication before and during our stay was excellent - he was great!
We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!
- Janine (9/5): Lovely appartment in great location for walking into Rome and for enjoying Travestere in the evenings - Excellent location. Nice size property. Very secure. Clean. Good supply of towels. Large kitchen.Bed comfortable. Occasional loss of WiFi. Air conditioning in both bedrooms would be good. No major issues.
- Debra (9/5): A great place to explore Rome and the local area was full of little cafes, bars and restaurants. - The location was fantastic! Bus and tram at doorstep. Alessandro was so helpful and understanding when our arrival was delayed. Also accessible throughout our stay. The views of the street and courtyard were lovely.
- Sharon (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a good location, there were lots of little touches included that were helpful. I would definitely - The bedrooms were very spacious, everything was spotlessly clean and the WiFi was really good. The host had thought of everything that you might need but might not have brought with you e.g. toiletries, cleaning materials in the kitchen and even some condiments and sugar. There were plenty of towels to use and the shower was really good. A tram and bus stop was right outside the property. An information booklet was in the flat which helped us with travelling around and with the facilities that were local to us. Alessandro was an excellent host, he kept in touch before arrival and when we were staying there and even gave us a little gift before we left which was a nice touch. Probably a bit noisy with the trams if you have the windows open in the summer but we didn’t experience that.
- Jonathan (8/5): Amazing location, great view all that we were hoping for, for the very reasonable price - Location was fantastic, walked straight out the main door to the team which took you straight into the centre of Rome. Lots of great restaurants and food shop right by the apartment. Nice little park 5 mins walk which was really helpful at the end of the day for the children to have a climb on.
- Igor (9/5): Superb - Big appartment, perfect location, great host.
- Emre (7/5): Good - Poor sound isolation. We could hear everything from next door.
- Stefan (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect, located in great area Trastevere, near all the caffes and restaurants
Clean rooms, and great host. He helped us with everything
- Aikaterini (10/5): Pleasant -
- Jurgita (6/5): Good to stay for few days - Good location, bus, tram stations, supermarket, all equipments needed in place Very noisy neighbours and noisy street outside
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything. Some facilities were out of date but overall it looks like in the pictures, has everything you need for travelling and ist very spacious.
- Sergiy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is good. Good location, tram and bus stops just in front the doors, very good food shop just 2 blocks ahead, several nice cafe around
- Martina (10/5): The best apartment we ever stayed at when travelling! - The Capital Flat apartment was as just as we expected it to be, and even more! The best location to be in Rome, safe and well connected with public transportation, quiet and comfortable for sleeping, well equipped kitchen, lots of space, perfect bed mattress, close to bakeries and restaurants, as well as supermarkets. In addition to all that, the host, Alessandro is the most welcoming host we have ever had, always there to support with local tips and advices. If you are thinking about renting this apartment, rest for sure you will get the best quality for the price, and think no further. All the recommendations. :) We liked everything.
- María (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful and kind! He was always asking how was our stay and if we needed any help. The apartment was clean and the location was great. It also has a guide for tourists which is very helpful if you have any questions about transportation, restaurants and entertainment.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely apartment for our 3-night stay. It was clean, well-equipped, spacious and quiet. We could get to wherever we needed by catching the bus right in front of the apartment, although many attractions were within walking distance. We loved the old lift!
- Clare (9/5): Great stay in lively Trastevere - Clean & comfortable and well equipped. Location was great & easy to access the city and close to lots of restaurants, cafes etc.
- Bart (9/5): Superb - Alessandro arranged our stay very well, every question we had was looked in to and arranged, taxi's, luggage storage... great service ! No problems
Ok
- Mariano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Location unbearable.Normal prices in the area.lively but relaxing.plenty of choice of restaurants.Nus stop just outside.Regular service.can get anywhere interesting from there Vatican museums tour was a bit rushed.Worth seeing sistine chapel though
- Krista (10/5): Amazing flat !! - Alessandro made our stay welcoming and his flat is perfect. Great location and safe area. easy to walk anywhere. Fully stocked and very clean with a super comfortable bed. We would highly recommend it. No issues.
- Tsira (10/5): Great experience!!! - There was huge space and excellent clearness. The rooms are light and comfy. The location is great. We did not take any train or bus at all and just walked through the city. The buildng is quite safe ( there are lot of doors locked 😃). Nothing at all
- Ravinder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Koenv (10/5): Ideal location for a Rome visit. - Despite we arrived e few hours too early (flight), Alessandro welcomed us at the appartement (4th floor, elevator), letting us leave the luggage, showing the apartment, and giving us the keys, while the cleaning was still going on. The place has all you need (equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and sleeping room); very clean and spacious for a couple. The location (5 min bus from Trastevere station) is perfect for visiting Rome: at the front door there is a bus stop (8 and H) where every 5 / 10 minutes busses bring you in 15 / 20 minutes to Largo Argentino / Piazza Venezia, from where you can swarm out to all places of Rome. We stayed there for 6 days, and bought a 7-day ATAC-ticket (CIS) for €24, perfect for jumping on and off the very good organized public transport. There are several food-shops in the immediate neighborhood of the appt. (within 50 - 150 m), and of course not to forget the warm centre of Trastevere (resto's, pizzerias, ...) to be reached on foot, or 3 bus stops far. This was the 8th time we travelled to Rome in 23 years; a location to remember. Difficult question ...
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Good location lovely clean spacious flat public transport right outside
- Laura (10/5): Comfortable apartment in good location - The size of the apartment is good for 3-4 people. Location is good, you can walk to the other side of the river which takes around 40minutes or can take a bus which stops right outside the apartment. Host Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful! This didnt not disturb our trip but just for information: walls are thin and in the morning you may hear your neighbors. People are generally considerate i felt and in the night it was quiet and we also tried not to make much noise after 10pm. But bear in mind to take ear plugs with you if you are light sleeper.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Pavel (9/5): Superb - Great price-quality value. Good working air conditioner. Boiler is big and works well - you always have hot water. Several good restaurants nearby and 24-hour working pharmacy across the road. Frying pan is a bit old and can be renewed. Classic toaster would look good at the kitchen, not the sandwich maker. Additional pair of bed sheets for the sofa would be good as well)
- Alexander (10/5): The appartment is perfectly suited for a stay in Trastevere. I wish it could have been longer :-) - Communication and organisation were perfect, the apartment is spacious and, in spite of located ad a busy street, quiet. And the owner is most attentive.
- Olga (10/5): Absolutely briliant - We arrived very late (around 0:30) because our fly was cancelled, but we were greeted and given the keys. Nothing
- Victor (8/5): Great place to stay for retreating and refreshing to face another day in Rome. Chill and accessible. - Very great location! Away from the crowds, but walking distance to almost everything! The trolly was under construction, which they provide buses instead, but had it worked then this location would've been perfect! Building is quiet and clean with a cute café underneath for a authentic Rome breakfast. Apartment was clean, standard Ikea everything, but warm and cozy for a small group traveling. Host was very responsive and even provided a itinerary booklet for ideas. Would absolutely book again and recommend. TV on bedroom wall was flimsy. Replace/Refresh small details like slightly broken/outdated fixtures, coffee machine. Shower head was hard to focus. No AC in smaller room. Scrub shower walls.
- Edith (9/5): This well-maintained apartment is comfortable, roomy and good value for money. - The property was roomy, clean and the location in Trastevere was great for sightseeing the typical tourist sights (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.); plus it was within a few blocks of two grocery stores. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and clothes rack for laundry (plus laundry soap), a roomy fridge, a coffee maker with coffee pods, a microwave and a multiple-burner induction stove top if one was inclined to cook. Alessandro, the host, was most accommodating and very attentive to any requests or needs that arose during our stay. He also provided a binder full of useful information including nearby restaurants and services, public transportation routes near the apartment and a map of the central area of Rome, which greatly added to our enjoyment of our stay. The property is located on a major street so one can expect to hear traffic at night and ambulances heading to a nearby hospital. Most nights the traffic sounds diminished significantly by midnight. For a light sleeper, earplugs come in very handy and allowed for a decent sleep at night. The building is old (to be expected in Rome) so sound proofing from nearby suites is not perfrect (we heard the neighbours talking a few times). Despite these minor inconveniences, we would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again if we travel to Rome.
- Bryn (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Terrific neighbourhood! Great apartment: Very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Responsive host.
- Aniket (10/5): Spacious place with a great view - The location, the facilities were better than expected. The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. The view from room was pretty cool as well. The antique looking lift gave the place a good vibe. The host Alessandro was very kind and and was in constant touch via messages. Nothing really. Exceeded expectations.
