- Noemi (3/5): Decepcionante - O condomínio é organizado, piscina limpa. A dona precisa ser mais clara no anúncio, onde ela faz o checkin por vídeo, porém exige que no checkout ela esteja presente, exigindo a permanência da gente para ela fazer a verificação do apartamento, onde no momento do checkin os vídeos dela já eram suficientes, quando eu fiz vídeos para a mesma do checkout ela não gostou, informado que éramos obrigados a esperar, gravei os vídeos de cada detalhe do apartamento e onde deixava a chave, igual ela fez no checkin . Outro ponto o checkout termina às 8:00 acredito que pode melhorar,no diálogo e não um dia antes já informar da cobrança de uma taxa de 150 reais para qualquer hora a mais que a gente precisasse ficar no flat. Uma vez que quase em nenhum lugar a gente vê hóspedes tendo que sair às 8:00 da manhã. Pagamos a taxa e ficamos até as 11 horas. Pois estávamos com uma criança.
- Mônica Oliveira (9/5): - Localização de fácil acesso, tudo que foi prometido foi cumprido. Apto limpo, arrumado, com os itens citados todos em perfeito funcionamento. A piscina ficou 2 dias interditada. Não tinha garrafa de café, mas disseram que vão providenciar.
