• Lin (9/5): - L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé avec le transport en commun, magasin, restaurants en proximité. L'appartement est propre et calme aussi. Il manque l'équipement comme les prises électriques dans les salles de bain, unecpoubelle et un fer à repasser. Nous n'avons pas rencontré de personnels mais ils restent actives on ligne et répond rapidement via Booking.com.

• Malkit (5/5): Mixed feelings - Loved the apartment and the rooms, beds were comfortable and enough towels for everyone. Location is near to restaurants and small grocery shop available at the corner - have to collect keys about 500m walk and the key didn’t not work, have to walk back again to get new set- was totally a hassle as I have a baby with me - washing machine door is locked, couldn’t use at all , saw in previous reviews as well, thought the owner might have repaired but unfortunately no

• Alaa (8/5): Very good - The location is so close to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious, nice, and has a great neighborhood. 1- The check in abd check out process. You have to leave your luggage and walk 6 minutes to a convenient store to pick up the keys, and also the same thing when you drop off the keys. A lockbox with code outside would solve the problem 2- The washer/dryer door got stuck locked and won't open. I reached out to the management company, and the first reaction was odd. He said, "Please send me a video. A video of what? Of me trying to open the door of the washing machine? It gets worse. I sent the video, and then later that day, they say we don't have a maintenance person available. Then, after I fight back, they say tomorrow at 10 am, but by then, we Google a solution, and we had to use a string to open it. I told them we solve it by still, please send someone so they can solve the problem for your next guests. I got an email around noon saying the maintenance guy came by, and there was nothing wrong, which didn't happen as we waited for someone to show up, and no one did. When I stated that by phone, they said sorry and they will investigate it. I told them I don't care anymore as we are not using the washer anymore, but they should fix it. The place could be much better if it has a different management company or this one get their act together as it seems there is no accountability

• Michelle (10/5): We had a wonderful few days and would definitely stay again. - A very spacious and beautiful apartment in a great location, much bigger than we expected and so comfortable. Your every need is catered for on all levels. Everything is within walking distance and it is a stones throw from the river. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Great in every respect.
• Fabienne (9/5): Perfect stay in Bermondsey - The apartment is very spacious and bright, it is located in the Bermondsey district. It was perfect for a peaceful stay in London. Very good bedding. Close ton London bridge and Tower bridge. Excellent restaurants near the apartment. The check-in and check-out instructions are well prepared, which is very pleasant. If you have any questions, the owners are available and respond quickly. Cleaning carpets in bedrooms
• Heather (10/5): The perfect place to stay and visit central London or explore the local area of Bermondsey. - The property is stylish, well positioned, spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable with high quality linen, toiletries were provided and there is a full kitchen if needed. However, they are many coffee shops and restaurants locally and Borough Market is within easy walking distance. There is public parking available on the road outside the property which can be pre booked. We didn’t do this but easily found a car park a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will return again and would most definitely recommend the apartment to others. Nothing
• Lowhouser (8/5): Very good - Very nice Apartment. Quiet at night. In vicinity to Tower and London Bridge. Great beds. Nice bathrooms. Huge kitchen and living room. Carpet would need a shampoo cleansing. Windows in the 2nd bedroom cannot be opened. Ventilator in 2nd bathroom is noisy and cannot be turned off.
