• Sophia (9/5): Top Unterkunft mit medium Bett - Sehr gute Lage, gute Raumgröße für einen City Trip. Eigentlich wie ein Hotelzimmer mit Kochnische. Das Personal hat total schnell und zuverlässig reagiert. Das Bett war recht unbequem. Auf der einen Seite sehr durchgelegen auf der anderen Seite hart.

• Josip (8/5): Preis-Leistung und Lage Top - Es war sauber! Natürlich sind hier und da Gebrauchsspuren, Kleinigkeiten aber für den Preis wirklich sehr gut! Die Lage ist super, nahe des Taksimplatzes, des Galataturms, der Einkaufsstraße in Beyoglu und was mir persönlich gefallen hat auch nahe der katholischen St. Antonius Kirche. Wenn man aus der Unterkunft rauskommt geht es erstmal bergauf, aber in Istanbul ist das nunmal so wenn man läuft. Man kann alles super erreichen, die Metro ist in der Nähe und man fühlt sich sicher. Gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein Stadion, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat - unser Zimmer war auf der anderen Seite :) Wer nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen braucht und sonst auch nur unterwegs ist und Istanbul erkundet, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!

• Евгения (10/5): В общем аппарты хорошие. Номер был чистый при заселении. Расположение супер - Понравилось в первую очередь месторасположение и чистота. Апартаменты в 5 минутах от Истикляль, рядом остановка, все, что нужно-в шаговой доступности! Ну и сами апартаменты неплохие. Нас было две девушки и самый дискомфорт доставлял тусклый свет в ванной. Темно было краситься и тд. Очень советую администрации из розетки у зеркала сделать двойную и купить зеркало с подсветкой. Каждый день мучались, пока собирались. Так же с двух сторон еле держатся Бра, они прям тяжелой частью падали вниз, прокручивались. Мы все время боялись, что они отвалятся. За счёт того, что пространства мало, такие сильно выпирающие бра и люстра-залог постоянного ремонта. Потому что невольно ты можешь их задеть. Мы пару раз задевали люстру, просто потому что натягивали свитер. Это выходило случайно, но сам факт. Хорошо, что не упало нам на голову, тк она уже еле держится. Низкий потолок, нужно менять люстру. Иначе кому-нибудь точно свалится на голову! Ну и в общей комнате тоже очень темно. Самая главная претензия-освещенность номера везде и крепеж бра и люстры! Для нас это был ежедневный дискомфорт.
• Birgit (6/5): Decent appartment - The check-in worked well and the first impression of the room was very good. The kitchen was well equipped. Also the bathroom was big enough for two people and looked quite modern. The room was heated when we arrived, which was appreciated since it was quite cold in Istanbul during the night. It was very noisy. This seemed to come from an air-condition that was placed right outside the window next to the bed. It felt like sleeping next to a working washing machine. We texted the host and they confirmed that they will look into the matter and apologized. Unfortunately, we only had one night without noise. The last day we even had the noise during the day.

• María (10/5): Perfecto - Todo! El alojamiento está en una calle tranquila para el descanso y tiene tiendas de alimentación y supermercado cerca. Está unos 10 minutos andando de la Torre Galata y toda la zona de restaurantes y bares. Nosotros nos hemos movido pie a todas partes. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, la cama y almohadas eran muy confortables. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Además Irem estuvo muy atenta a cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta e incluso nos organizó el traslado al aeropuerto (os recomiendo que lo hagáis con ella) Otro bonito detalle es que nos tenían la calefacción puesta horas antes de llegar, en febrero hace bastante frío en Estambul y lo agradecimos mucho. La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas, es grande y está bien equipada con sillas y mesas. Para nosotros hacía mucho frío, pero con buen tiempo es perfecta para desayunar o cualquier comida del día. O copas. La televisión tiene opción para ver canales de todo el mundo, pudimos ver hasta un Betis -Sevilla 😁 En general nos ha encantado. Si volvemos a Estambul, ojalá, repetiremos alojamiento con toda seguridad. Nos gustó todo!

The location of the apartment was pretty good with bus stations around 300-500 meters away from the apartment. The staff was very helpful and easy to reach. In the process of the room booking the many different room options were confusing. The differences between the different room options could have been made clear better.
• Maria Paz (8/5): Nice apartments - The apartment was spotless and has basic things u need if you will stay 4-5 days (plates, cutlery, coffee machine, etc) and has a very good location. Check in was smooth. Walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noises I recommend bringing earplugs.

• Maksim (8/5): - When we arrived, the room was very clean, everything was intact. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, every question or problem that we had, they managed with no problem. We very liked the location. I personally think that this is the ideal location for tourists in Istanbul. 5 minutes from metro station, bus stops, ferry stops. Istiklal is also 5-10 minutes away, and on your way from very crowded and expensive Istiklal to this apartment, you will pass quiet and less expensive restaurants. Supermarkets are 2 minutes away. Also I liked the price. The view from the window was boring. We stayed in the studio, which is cheaper. I believe, if you choose more expensive room, the view would be good (according to the photos on booking com) Note, that room service is paid, but you can take fresh towels and toilet paper rolls by yourself in special locations for free.
• DAFNI (7/5): - One apartment was really clean and close to the centre and Pera palace The other apartment had a very intense smell of smoke. We couldn’t bear staying in. We spoke with the staff to come see it but couldn’t arrange to meet, they were absent. We wanted to change rooms but couldn’t.

L’appartement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement notamment les peintures des murs de la salle de bain, les meubles abîmé ou encore le manque de quelques équipements dans la cuisine comme un égouttoir pour la vaisselle ou encore une laverie dans l’immeuble pour les longs séjours serait plus pratique

The studio photo is AI edited and gives a much more favorable impression than it actually is. 2. The street is not quiet at all! on the 1st floor, it is noisy. it was impossible to work. 3. There is no tulle and it is uncomfortable. in the evening, everything is visible through the windows. 4. The light is very dim and uncomfortable. 5. The hairdryer is old and falling apart. 6. There is no bidet, although it is mentioned. 7. The pillow is terrible, like pieces of cotton inside
• Marie (6/5): Rapport qualité prix limite. - L'emplacement assez central et proche de tout. Facilité de check in. Salle de bain assez grande. Le bruit....ma chambre sur la rue était bruyante: voiture, piétons, et aussi voisins , car les murs sont des papiers a cigarette. Quand je suis arrivée à 14h30...pas de draps housses sur les oreillers. J'ai du demander. Et attendre une heure trente de plus. Je trouve que pour le prix c'est limite.

• Yanfei (10/5): 非常舒适可以好好休息的地方 - 我不经常写这么多评价，但我一定要给它好评，下次来伊斯坦布尔我会再来住更长时间！ 入住方便快捷，都可以使用手机完成，非常高效，工作人员也非常友善 房间虽然不大，但设施非常全，可以自己做饭 整理的非常干净，浴巾和床品都很干净，是我住过最干净的！ 窗户外是当地的球场，步行一分钟就有超市小卖部和早餐店，街道非常干净安全 家具和门把手等有一些使用痕迹，但这无伤大雅，因为保养的很干净

• Serena (8/5): - L'appartamento era esattamente come in foto, pulito, essenziale ma accogliente. Lontano dalle attrazioni ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, in una zona con molta scelta di ristoranti per cenare. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponible. A pochi passi dalla torre di Galata e Istikal Caddesi quindi comunque molto centrale Peccato per il tanto vento che non mi ha permesso di godere a pieno del terrazzo di sera.

We had almost reached a point that I had to look for another hotel and abandon the booking. Once the call happened. Everything fell in place, but I feel that there is a gap which needs to be addressed at your end.

• Colette (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful - couldn’t fault it, and very glad I stayed here! I had a sigh of relief when I arrived, nice decor and aesthetic, clean, with a view! Good location with public transport and walking distance to nice eateries, and shops, and Galeta Tower etc Double glazed windows keep out most of the noise. Excellent value for money considering location. I honestly could have stayed here for a month!

Also, there was no staff or reception available, so I had to give my own access code to another couple to help them enter the building, which felt a bit insecure

It was addressed to the landlord which she offered to fix and eventually being substantially reduced.

• Rune (10/5): Fantastic experience, immaculate vibe - I loved staying here so much. Whoever is setting the place up genuinely cares about the guest experience, there's all these details and niceties that just can't be faked. The sheets are soft and luxurious. The sofa in the lobby isn't just cute, it's also really comfy. The layout works well. Bed comfy, excellent mix of supportive and a bit squish. The room was so quiet that i didn't need earplugs to sleep (quieter than my own home!). The curtains glide beautifully. There are lighting options. It just feels really nice to be here, and I should know because I came for sinus surgery and spent most of my stay in the room - and would come back in a heartbeat! WiFi did cut out every so often, not good for calling or video calling. Microwave would have been great. TV remote was quite fiddly. Main source of heat is Aircon unit, so it gets extremely dry.

The room was lovely and clean and the building welcoming and secure. The area is very walkable, as long as you can manage hills. It's easy to get to İskelesi Street and to the Galata tower etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The property is in a great location and walking distance to a lot of attractions (but peaceful at night). The room was clean, modern and spacious with a great shower. Nothing. We loved the location but this part of Istanbul is fantastic but hilly so be prepared for that. But that would be the case no matter where you stayed in this area.
