Katrin (3/5): Aufgrund von Lärm, Geruchsbelästigung und maroder Ausstattung nicht zu empfehlen - Zentrale Lage, nur eine Minute zur Strandpromenade Schlechte Ausstattung, die Wohnung war bei Ankunft dreckig(nach Beschwerde vor Ort wurde uns direkt eine Reinigung angeboten), liegt an einer lauten Straße mit Anlieferungsverkehr und Gastronomie, Fenster musste man abends schließen, Wohnung sehr stickig, im Hausflur stinkt es nach Müll, die Duschkabine etc. Muss dringend erneuert werden!
