- muyviajera (9/5): Muy buen departamento, excelente ubicación - El deprtamento es hermoso, nuevo, grande y muy calentito No había alguna alfombra para salida de las duchas que tienen mamparas pero parcial y se mojan el resto del baño, no había reposición de papel higiénico, ningún elemento tipo rejilla para la cocina y lo que menos me gustó es que no hay lavarropas, ni tender ni donde colgar lo mojado que es mucho por el tipo de excursiones en Ushuaia. Tampoco se entrega ningún tipo de Shampoo, Acondicionador ni jabón de tocador

- Flo (8/5): Recommend! - The spacious property is newly built and has kitchen facilities, and the location in Ushuaia is excellent. It makes everything very convenient—whether it’s sightseeing, dining out, shopping, or picking up groceries nearby to cook your own meals. Matias, who helped with the check-in, was great. They also offer free luggage storage for up to five days, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a good stay. The main area for improvement is maintenance. There were a few small issues during the stay, such as the oven handle, bedrooms door lock, lamp bulb, shower faucet handles, and charging panel. Nothing major on its own, but a bit inconvenient over time. If these were addressed, the experience would be great.

Matías, el chico que se encarga de administrarlo es muy muy amable y está siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Volveríamos sin duda! La posizione è perfetta, praticamente sulla via principale di Ushuaia, comodissima per muoversi a piedi e avere tutto a portata di mano. La comunicazione con l’host è stata eccellente: sempre tempestiva, chiara e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. - Claudio Daniel (10/5): Lindo lindo - Me pareció un lugar estéticamente muy agradable, tiene artefactos de muy buena calidad, tiene llave electrónica porque tanto la entrada al edificio como la entrada al depto por lo que te olvidas de depender de llevar llaves encima. Matias el dueño se portó de 10 con nosotros, todo claro las indicaciones de uso. Tiene calefacción central, la temperatura adentro es super confortable. La ducha es un 1000. Tiene los elementos básicos de cocina. La ubicación es muy buena. Más bien una sugerencia, le sumaría unas cortinas black out tal vez a la habitación o antifaz de cortesía,, pero porque en la época del año que vinimos hay muchas horas de luz y puede llegar a perturbar el descanso de algunas personas sensibles a luminosidad del ambiente.

Super hot water, really appreciated the extra blanket mainly because we could switch between the bedroom and the living during the night. Very good value for your money ! Extremely quiet, mainly if you are sleeping in the bedroom.

Le comenté al administrador mi situación y si consideraba algún reembolso por usar 2 días de los 7. Sé que es una cuestión de buena voluntad y no está obligado a reembolsarme pero creo que quizás hubiera sido buena una respuesta de parte de él ya sea negativa o positiva. Esas cosas creo son las que hacen la diferencia.

O quarto era muito quente, mesmo desligado o aquecedor continuava muito quente e a cortina quase não tampava a luz logo de manhã o quarto já estava bem claro. Também achei a cozinha com pouca coisa.

A washing machine is missing; the place is well thought out, but they didn't put one in. Water leaks from the showers. Basic kitchen utensils are missing; for example, the dishes they provide are a luxury, but they can't be put in the microwave. There's no coffee maker.

- Hugo (10/5): Séjour parfait. - L’emplacement du logement est proche de toutes les commodités, proche de la rue de la plus animée d’ushuaia, proche du port ainsi que de l’aéroport environ 5m de voiture. Sa localisation est parfaite. Le logement est dans une résidence de standing et bien sécurisé. Le logement est grand, spacieux, parfaitement équipé. Nous avons manqué de rien. - Carolina Alejandra (9/5): Increíble opción en ushuaia. - La ubicación increíble, prácticamente en la calle principal, el departamento amplio,cómodo, buena calefacción, cocina bien equipada, mi única crítica iría al baño tiene un diseño que prácticamente te bañas y queda todo mojado, es frío y tienen un basurero enano y no cuenta con secador de pelo que me parece importante dada las condiciones del clima, lo demás perfecto, muy recomendado.

- MARIE RODRIGUEZ LAGO (9/5): Ideal para visitar la ciudad - La ubicación. Lo grande que era la habitación y en general el apartamento muy espacioso y silencioso. Buena vista al glaciar y grandes ventanas .Buena calefacción y ducha agradable . No tenía cafetera. Creo q es un elemento básico para poder desayunar.
- Claudia (10/5): Alloggio bellissimo nel cuore di Ushuaia - Appartamento splendido, ampio e molto pulito, in un edificio signorile a pochi metri dalla via principale di Ushuaia. Alloggio e arredamento nuovissimi. Siamo stati benissimo, super consigliato!!! Consiglio di aggiungere uno specchio a figura intera e di chiudere meglio le due docce per evitare che si bagni il pavimento ma sono piccoli dettagli.

- Ck (10/5): The owner allowed my check out time to 2 pm as my cruise ship only can check in at 3 pm. - Convenient prime location in town centre. Just a minute walk to San Martin main street where you can find restaurants, cafes, pharmacy stores, tour guides, souvenir stores and supermarket. Also a few minutes to the seaside to see the sunken ship. Can provide more cloth hangers for a little cost.

- Francesco (9/5): We loved the location and the flat. Everything inside was great. Our stay was excellent, apart from - We really liked the location, the flat, and everything inside it. Our stay was great overall, aside from the electrical issue. Before going to sleep, we noticed static electricity in the bed or bedroom, likely from the bedsheets. When we plugged in the phone charger, the socket started sparking, possibly due to the static. One of the sockets already has burn marks, so it may have happened before. We just wanted to report it in case there’s an electrical issue. It would also help to check these details and use better-quality, less worn materials.
