• ursula (8/5): Mooi appartement, geweldige locatie - Zeer dichtbij alle hotspots in het centrum. Tram om de hoek. Alles in appartement aanwezig, ook extra’s als douchegel, koffie, thee etc. Zeer netjes en schoon, heerlijke bedden. De keuken is minimaal ingericht om echt te koken, maar om de hoek zit een fantastisch restaurant en spotgoedkoop dus waarom zou je koken 😜

• MICHELLE MARIE (8/5): Comfortable stay - Location , close to everything. Metro was just about less than 10 minutes away. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the apartment was cozy. The apartment had mostly what we needed. We overall had a good stay. Only had one outlet for the microwave and coffee maker. Could do with an extension cord. No chopping board , we had to buy one. water from the shower has a tendency to leak out but it was pretty minor.

Беше помислено за всеки малък детайл, за да има гостът максимално удобство. Липсата на тераса и външното изложение към улицата, което го прави доста шумен.

• Pedro (9/5): Ubicación ideal. - El apartamento destaca por su ubicación, excepcional. El tamaño es justo, una habitación de matrimonio, salón con cocina abierta que cuenta con una barra y un pequeño espacio de comedor. El baño también es reducido, pero cumple su cometido. Está renovado y todo es relativamente moderno, aunque para acceder hay que subir sin ascensor hasta la planta del apartamento. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, no tiene horno ni lavavajillas, cuenta con un pequeño fuego y un frigorífico pequeño… pero al estar en pleno centro mejor disfrutar de la ciudad!!!

• Lori (9/5): Geweldig verblijf op een top locatie! - De locatie is fantastisch! Overal dichtbij, echt de perfecte plek voor een stedentrip Sofia. Goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer, van alle gemakken voorzien! Hele fijne kussens, dus lekker geslapen. Het werd behoorlijk koud in de nacht en de radiatoren konden niet aan. Met de airco geprobeerd het warmer te krijgen, maar dat was een hele uitdaging met de tocht die door de enkele ramen heen kwam.

• John Jethi (9/5): Comfy apartment in a great location - It was a lovely apartment located minutes away from all major attractions. The apartment was comfortable with a small kitchenette and other basic amenities. Nothing really, except for the standing shower that was broken.

I love staying here 1st because is at great location, very close to the Vitosha Boulevard and also the apartment is very cozy and clean. Now they changed the check int to self check in and is even more convenient. - there is nothing I don't like.

The location of the house was in the centre, I was able to reach everywhere by walking and I can say that I never used public transportation while i am visiting the city. I stayed alone and had no problem in the neighbourhood

• Bruce (9/5): Really liked the fact it was basically downtown. - The location was great. The entrance, ie, the garden and the stairs to the apartment are unkempt and off-putting. The apartment itself was fine. As above. The entrance is off-putting. I think the bed was double as opposed to queen. The room didn't leave room to put suitcases etc. We put them in the living room. The light to the bathroom needs a sign as it's confusing just noting the hot water system. The entry lock is almost hidden with the "poster" of taxis.

Great hosts made everything easy and it was extremely clean. - Excellent location and very good communication with the staff which made it easy to access the apartment. The key system and good door locks made us feel extremely safe. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that was required to make our 3 night stay comfortable. Nice coffee machine with pods available, fridge with beer! There was also a washing machine and dishwasher which we didn’t use, but would be useful for a longer stay. Nicely furnished and homely with enough room for the 3 adults and one 13 year old. I would return and I definitely recommend. There was nothing I didn’t like. It suited us perfectly. Some people might prefer 2 bedrooms because my two sons slept on a sofa bed in the lounge which was already made up for them which was fantastic and they both slept very soundly!

• Krasi (9/5): Nice apartment in an excellent location - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Apartment 11! The location is perfect and easily accessible with the metro (there are several metro stations within walking distance but I used Serdika when I arrived from the central railway station). When you enter the building, it may seem a bit old, but the apartment itself is modern and tastefully decorated. Though I stayed in winter, it's been unusually warm so the apartment kept pretty warm even without me using the heater all the time. When I did use it, it was pretty warm for me. The bathroom may be small for some but it worked for me - there were shelves to put my toiletries and plenty of hot water. I enjoyed working from the table next to the window and appreciated that there was a variety of lighting options in the apartment. Overall, an excellent stay! The WiFi seemed to be unstable at times, not too bad to not let me work but during one of my Zoom meetings, the video kept freezing. The connection was worse in the bedroom, but I didn't need it much there so not a big problem. I was able to work from the living room with only a few interruptions during video calls. Getting the information on how to check in took some back and forth messages so you may need to be prepared to be able to communicate via phone. It turns out that I needed to send a photo of my ID, but the information about that was in the welcome package I received after I sent the ID. The host reached out to me, however, so I was able to send it to her and get the instructions before arriving.
