• Chanelle (4/5): I wouldn't stay here again. - We loved the location. It was very close to the beach, and the pool was amazing. The house was spacious and pretty comfortable. The bbq and outdoor seating area were great, and we ate outside a lot. Unfortunately, the house was not clean and had a spider problem. We couldn't open the windows above the sink as there was a spider living in the window screen. There was spider webs everywhere, the floor was dirty when we came in. The kitchen area was dirty, especially the knives that were next to the stove on a magnetic rack. I had to spent 20 minutes cleaning the kitchen. The laundry is downstairs in the garage/basement which is fine but there was a massive leak coming from somewhere and it had created a huge puddle that smelled like urine so it was not a great environment to try to clean our clothes. The mop given to us to clean the floor was filthy, and we had to Scrub it before use. Also, the rug in the main living room smells so bad, like stale water gone moldy. We had to open all the windows because it was so strong a smell. The floor in all areas was so dirty we had to vacuum straight away. I wouldn't not pay $3800 for 5 nights to stay in this house again. It was very dirty and unfortunately cleanliness is a huge factor in our choice of where to stay.
• Vala (10/5): Relaxing! - I Loved the layout of the house. The view from back windows were breathtaking taking. We are a family of 8 & found the house was so spacious, we never felt that we were on top of each other during our week stay at Churchill. Everyone loved their beds it was soo comfortable. Also handy having extra toilet downstairs in laundry so 3 toilets was perfect for my big family. We also LOVED having the convenience of the pool & it was automatically cleaned every day. Walking distance to local cafe, One Mile Beach, Sand dunes & Club Forster was also a bonus. We can’t wait to go back. The glass around pool was dirty when we arrived & lots of cob webs under back patio pool area.
