• Núria (9/5): - Amfitrió molt atent i molt amable. L'allotjament estava molt net i molt ben equipat. Zona molt tranquil·la i ben connectada amb transport públic amb el centre. L'aigua de la dutxa tenia molt poca pressió i es refredava molt ràpid.

• Federica (10/5): Il posto ideale per un weekend a Roma! - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo bellissimo appartamento, la posizione è il suo punto di forza: situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalle fermate metro Re di Roma e San Giovanni, in circa 10 minuti si raggiunge comodamente la stazione di Roma Termini. Nota molto positiva per chi viaggia in auto: c'è un garage a pagamento proprio nelle vicinanze, comodissimo per parcheggiare senza stress. L'alloggio è un seminterrato con cucina in comune, monitorata da una telecamera per la sicurezza. La nostra camera era della dimensione giusta, pulita e dotata di condizionatore e finestra. Il bagno è interno, funzionale e con ampia doccia ma privo di finestra. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Ferdinando davvero gentile e disponibile. Una soluzione pratica e sicura per esplorare Roma a piedi o con i mezzi!

• Paula Rocío (10/5): Confortable, limpio y espacioso - Impecable el lugar, super cómodo, limpio y moderno, con todas las comodidades. Excelente la ubicación. Lo único como constructivo y yendo muy al detalle, revisaría las almohadas, porque resultaron algo duras y altas, lo que las hacía incómodas para dormir.

• Esther (8/5): - La habitación es grande, limpia y cómoda. Cerca de transporte público: metro, autobuses, etc. Es una casa con dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y l a cocina compartida. Tiene todo lo indispensable. La presión de la ducha es tan escasa que el agua caliente sale apenas 5 segundos. No te puedes duchar con tranquilidad.

• Raquel (5/5): Fair shared flat in a good location - Well connected location, sits next to major bus and metro links. Good options for breakfast and dinner nearby. It was easy to arrive to the apartment and getting on was a breeze. The owner was flexible about paying the city tax the day after arrival. Bathroom sink was blocked from the beginning, and ventilation was very poor. We were told to not leave any electrics on which meant we couldn't leave the bathroom fan on, or the bedroom window. This meant the whole room felt constantly damp and with a mildew smell. There was a CCTV camera looking directly into the shared kitchen which made us feel very uncomfortable and under surveillance. One day we ran out of toilet paper, and had a look for some in the shared area, and were messaged by the owner immediately. Whilst the owner may have had good intentions for being attentive by asking if we needed anything, we felt it was an invasion of our privacy.

La posizione è perfetta per chi visita Roma, con due fermate della metropolitana (San Giovanni e Re di Roma) a meno di 300 metri. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Davvero consigliato! Aprtment is located on very good location which is good connected with other locations by public transport. We found it very easy. Apartment was clean and comfort with all things that you need for few days. All is good

• Adéla (9/5): Superb - Apartment was clean, nice just like in the picture. Location is excellent. Price was really good according to everything. Host was really friendly and nice. We could check in earlier without extra fee. Payment was via link and then self check in was made. I recommend it Just 2 things that surprise us, was pressure in the shower which was lower and kitchen which is shared with another room, which was unexpected. But at least we had private bathroom and that was more important.

Low water pressure, shower water temperature almost impossible to regulate, it's either hot or cold. The room has only Italian type electrical sockets. A microwave would be useful in the kitchen.
