• Katy (1/5): É stato un incubo - Nulla La casa non corrisponde affatto alla descrizione presente su Booking. Al nostro arrivo si è presentata come piccola, maleodorante e con forti segni di muffa. La rubinetteria è vecchia, incrostata di calcare e priva di manutenzione. Le condizioni igieniche sono gravemente carenti: abbiamo trovato capelli e peli nelle lenzuola, asciugamani e biancheria dall’odore sgradevole, cuscini vecchi, scomodi e deteriorati, assolutamente non idonei. L’ambiente è risultato insalubre: la presenza di insetti, come ragni, forficula auricularia, e acari della polvere. Mucchi di polvere, e muffa diffusa rende impossibile soggiornarvi. Il condizionatore, oltre ad essere estremamente rumoroso, diffonde un odore di muffa che peggiora ulteriormente la situazione. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto sfoghi cutanei alle caviglie, con ogni probabilità legati alla scarsa igiene e alla presenza di parassiti. Oltre ai problemi igienici, la casa è strutturalmente inadatta: mio marito, alto 1,90 m, non riusciva nemmeno a entrare nella doccia, mentre io, alta 1,50 m, non riuscivo ad aprire le gambe seduta sul WC perché la porta lo impediva. Si tratta di una struttura che non rispetta le più elementari norme igienico-sanitarie, da segnalare alle autorità competenti. Un’esperienza gravissima, assolutamente da evitare.

In zona centralissima - Piccolo monolocale ma curato nei dettagli, dal phon al microonde a delle coperte in più, perfino i tappi per le.orecchie che però non.è stato necessario utilizzare perché di notte nessun rumore. Zona centralissima, a due passi.dal murale di Maradona. Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Niente
• tullio (8/5): Fine anno coi maxibotti (siamo a Napoli! ) - Distacchi dai muri causati da umidità di risalita (in quanto piano terra ), da sistemare periodicamente. Spazio doccia stretto.

Hij gaf ons van te voren uitgebreid informatie, stond gelijk zodra we aankwamen klaar met de sleutels, was makkelijk om mee te communiceren en bood ons zelfs aan later uit te checken. Voor de rest was de locatie heel erg fijn en de kamer prima. Eigenlijk was alles naar behoren! Nu hebben we een paar dagen ook wat gekookt voor lunch, en daar zou een scherp schilmesje wel fijn bij zijn geweest. Die ontbrak nu.

• Natascia (5/5): Top Lage, aber das Zimmer ist unbewohnbar. - Die Lage war Super. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, leider ist viel Schimmel im Zimmer und daher sehr feucht. Ich konnte kaum schlafen durch den Geruch vom Schimmel und meine Schwester war die Tage krank, weil sie allergisch gegen Schimmel reagiert hat. Das Bett ist durch die Nässe kaputt. Alles was ich dabei hatte, hat schimmelig gerochen. Schade!

• Xènia (10/5): Molt agradable i còmode - Vam llegir comentaris sobre la humitat pero bo ha estat un problema! I el Paolo té un aparell que treu la humitat. A mes, l’aire que té refreda molt be. El llit es comode i tenen per fer cafe italia boníssim! La cuina ben equipada i et deixen sal sucre oli etc. Marxavem en ferry a la nit i el Paolo va muntar les neteges per tal que puguessim estar fins l’hora de marxar. L’allotjament monissim i el propietari molt atent i servicial!!! La dutxa era una mica petita
• Luiz Gustavo (4/5): Não gostei. - Localização. Quarto pequeno, apertado, sem local para colocar as malas. Banheiro extremamente pequeno (nas fotos não mostra o quanto é estreito. Não é possível dobrar o joelho dentro do box do chuveiro). O ar condicionado faz barulho, e os vizinhos reclamam muito, obrigando a desligar o aparelho. Foi uma experiência ruim no geral. Desconfortante

• Barbora (9/5): Superb - The accommodation has a great location, you can walk around all of the city from there. The owner Paolo was so kind to us, he helped us to get a taxi to the airport at night, a few hours before we should fly home. The accommodation is tiny and cozy but for staying just over a few nights is more than enough! Everything was clean and comfortable. We can just recommend it!
• Alex (9/5): Superb - Very central, potentially very loud but once the windows were closed it was surprisingly quiet. Paolo was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and even let us check in early.

• Giorgia (8/5): Very good - Great location - right in the heart of Napoli and walking distance to food, landmarks and shops. Paolo was very helpful and responsive to deal with and made the experience pleasant. Good for a short stay. Very dark with no natural light, can’t keep aircon during the night (however did have a fan) and didn’t have much ventilation (has a musky/ humid smell). The place was also quite loud some nights which made it hard to sleep as the location is in a popular / busy area (we were however supplied earplugs which was a nice gesture).

The host was super friendly and also offered us to stay longer than the check out time for free. The place is smaller than it looks in the pictures, however in it's space one could find everything you would need.
