Definitely my go to accommodation when visiting the Bundoora area. :)

- Phan (10/5): Charming 2 room 2 bath dfo apartment - We were met by Dmitry on arrival and d place was fantastic. Very near to all d amenities such as unihill and dfo outlets. Restaurants n grocery stores such as Coles are just at yr doorstep. Bus n tram stops is just a 3 mins walk to d front of dfo. Uber n Didi rides are just as convenient. Will definitely come back as it was only a 17min walk to rmit to visit my son who is studying there. Nil.
- Michael (8/5): We enjoyed staying there. - Very convenient location for what we needed. As we were in quite late we would have appreciated some milk for the coffee/tea.
The unit was a little bit too cluttered with the regular owner/occupiers personal toiletries etc.
- Kirthi (10/5): - Great location and great apartment
- Peta (8/5): Great location for shopping - Great location to shops and Dfo It needs a deep clean and some maintenance
- Jeremy (10/5): Comfortable and convenient. Perfect for what we needed. - Comfortable and in great location. Everything we needed. Nothing

- Andy (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Great location and very comfortable apartment, we only stayed one night but would happily stay there again.
- Melissa G (9/5): Comfortable and convenient home away from home. - Had everything we needed.
Great location for our visit!
Air conditioner eventually reaches all rooms.
We loved the fairy light tree and night light in the kitchen. Beds were a bit soft for our preference.
Some of the furnishings are damaged and could use repair or an update.
Car park is more challenging with a larger vehicle.
- rangasamy (10/5): - Location was comfortable Vessels are not clean enough
- Roth (8/5): - Lots of extra provided, like sun screen and lots of pots and pans.lots on f options and plenty of pillow options. TV is failing, not able to enjoy the movies due to the screen. The bedroom tv not able to be tuned to the stations or done reason..
Second set of keys would be nice as limited our movement.
- Michelle (10/5): - A very neat & clean accommodation with very well equipped kitchen and bathroom
- Transport (9/5): - A great 2 bedroom apartment that is walking distance the Uni Hill shopping precinct as well as public transport such as the 86 tram and multiple buses. Aprtment was spacious, comfortable and met all our needs during our stay. More than equipped for all walks of life who stay here in the future. Apartment was a tad dusty, but otherwise, no issues. :)

- Rianna (3/5): Disappointing, would not stay again - The location was convenient to La Trobe Bundoora campus. This place needs a deep clean and I don't think this is advertised accurately. The window tracks look like they've never been cleaned as they are full of dirt and bugs, everything is stained and very worn (including the bedding, couch, rug, towels), the couch is ripped, some areas had not been vacuumed, there were hairs on the bathroom vanity. This place will not suit you if you have allergies due to the dust everywhere, and lint all over the pillows.
It is a sign that the host knows that the level of cleanliness is going to be an issue when they send a message just before check in to say that once you arrive and choose to stay, this indicates you have accepted the state of the place and refunds will not be considered. 'Choosing to stay' as I need a roof over my head for the night is different to choosing to stay happily. I would expect much more for $188 per night.

- Kai (5/5): mid - good location. beds were soft, didn’t look like the pictures. furniture was ruined it smelled like smoke cars hooning up the street loudly and you’re close to the road so you can hear it
- Vasillios (8/5): -
- Tracey (10/5): - Great location, Dmitry was lovely very quick with communication. Very comfortable thanks for a lovely stay!
- Camille (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a convenient location - Central location. Close to shopping.
Off street parking The mattresses. One was very soft and sunken in. Ok for a single person.
- Brent (8/5): Would stay again happy all around - Location location location Over filled maybe a declutter
- Matthew (8/5): -
- Caroline (9/5): -
- Brahmachari (1/5): Disappointing - Location The manager was very rude on the call when I tried to get his help for check-in.
The bedrooms were not clean.
- Praveena (5/5): - The place was spacious. The carpets, bedding, and extra blankets were quite dirty and didn’t feel fresh, even though everything was neatly arranged. At first, we were delighted to see such a beautiful place, but we soon noticed that these things were not clean. The shower cabin also had mould.
- Rachel (9/5): Fantastic location! - The unit is in a fantastic location! We loved it! We felt very safe and hardly heard any noise for the week we were there. Close to great cafes, lots of multicultural eateries, shops, Plenty Gorge Park (which is huge and like being out in the bush!) We walked absolutely everywhere, it is just so easy to do!
The unit has a lovely balcony, lots of space, lots of amenities, which we really appreciated. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. You also get your own undercover secure parking space. As my daughter has just moved to the area from S.A, we will definitely be back to stay again!
- Jenna (10/5): Beds were like sleeping on clouds, clean comfortable and affordable. Would definitely recommend - Beautiful apartment, close to shops. Beds, amazingly comfortable. Host was amazing. Water pressure and heat from shower was non existent but that usually happens in apartment blocks.
- t (10/5): -
- James (1/5): We didn’t stay , it was to filthy. - The place needs a spring cleaning top to bottom.
- Geoff (6/5): My stay was ok, but definitely could have been better, with things updated and/or repaired. - I liked the location as my sister lives in a retirement village within walking distance of the property. I liked the secure undercover parking. Shopping and dining was also very convenient. The laundry was also handy. I didn't like the fact that the TV was faulty - it had whitish dots all over the screen, making it hard to watch. Also the bed for me was way too soft/ warn out. The bathroom was very cramped and the shower leaked badly where the hose went into the shower rose. The aircon seemed to struggle to heat the area compared to my Daikin aircon. Noise from the street was a factor as I am a light sleeper and having stayed at Quest next door a number of times where it was a fair bit quieter. I also wonder why there was so much clutter, particularly in the kitchen, with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookers, utensils, pots and pans, etc in excess. I also wonder how the aircon would cope in summer with the hot afternoon sun shining in from the west.

- Kym (10/5): An amazing venue to stay in Bundoora - What a beautiful apartment in a great location in Bundoora! A modern, clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need - including an easy-to-access secure car park. There is a full kitchen (with a supermarket within in an easy walk) if you wish to cook your own meals - and additionally an great selection of nearby venues to dine-in or get take-out/delivered food. The apartment was warm, bright and very quiet - we didn't hear any noise from the street nor from adjoining apartments. There is also a tram-stop within a five minute walk that takes you right into the Melbourne CBD ... so although we chose the apartment due to its closeness to a Thomastown business where we were working, the city was within easy reach without the need to use our vehicle. Highly recommended - an awesome self-contained apartment! Nothing ... it was the perfect venue for our stay in Bundoora.
- Monica (6/5): Pleasant - Close to everything Very poor water pressure.
- Tracey (10/5): Great location, will stay again - Close to shopping and good restaurants
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (10/5): It was in a great and convenient location, beautiful place and would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much! -
- Jessyca (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, cosy apartment in a great location.. Dmitry, the host is very friendly and easy to contact
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10!!! This was my second time staying at this beauty and I was just as happy the second time round ! Very comfortable and relaxed . The owner is a legend too ! I will definitely be back very soon!
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michaella (6/5): Pleasant -
- Torbyn (10/5): Exceptional - Clean convenient cosy & 5 star host !!
- Savann (9/5): Superb - Very clean comfortable and roomy, host was very helpful. Only thing was car park space was a bit tight for a large car
- Trish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yarrick (6/5): Pleasant - Carpet needs professional clean and pantry clean out. Too much bric a bracket decoration.
Smell of garbage.
Room otherwise comfortably and well located
- Leanne (6/5): Enjoyed my stay, however things could improve on the cleanliness aspect - Great location, close to shops. Good size and layout. Stained bath towels, bed sheets and tea towels. Bed looked like it had been slept in and just remade. Very screwed up sheets.
- Jacki (9/5): Great value, comfortable and secure - Great venue near where we needed to be. Secure parking behind locked gate
- Asoka (10/5): Excellent location for a short stay and the facilities are very good. - This location is very conveniently positioned next to the Uni Hill city centre. It was very easy to access restaurants, shopping etc. Also walking distance to the tram station and bus stand as well. There is a very nice walking path just next to this property and we enjoyed staying in this lovely place. Will definitely book again when we are in this area.
- Lyndel (5/5): Passable - Location No lift working on arrival, no internet, did message host on first day but no response, Main TV has dots thru the picture, main bedroom TV stuck on channel 31 only, not much water pressure when showering
- Noreen (9/5): Otherwise our stay was very good, it served us well for what we needed. - It served our purpose for what we were doing. The tiled floors were very sticky, I had to get down on my knees and completely wash them, whatever was used to clean them left a terrible sticky residue.
I used a few of the hand towels to do this and left them in the laundry cupboard.
- Brad (8/5): Great location for shopping, transport & eateries - The location meet our needs. Shopping was within walking distance along with restaurants & public transport. The apartment requires a deep clean. Most appliances were soiled so were never used. The 2 bathrooms need the most attention for cleaning.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loaded with cooking utensils N/A
- Huong (10/5): Best 2 rooms for short stay in Bundoora - The place was very spacious, clean and organized. The location was ideal, walking distance to shopping center and transportation. We were able to cook meals with all the utensils and equipments they had. Especially there was a mountains of pillows and blankets too. It would be nice to have another set of keys, but it was not that necessary, just more convenient.
- Jacqueline (4/5): Disappointing - Nice sized room, easy to check-in and access. Carpark included Room had an unpleasant odour and the bed was extremely low
- Cynthia (4/5): Bad - 20 mins to airport, close to coles and food.
Staff very nice! Really bad neatness, not tidy at all. First step into the kitchen floor(also first step into the apt coz the kitchen is beside the door)is sticky. Seems like too oily in kitchen and the owner didn‘t keep the floor clean. Most of the facility are dusty including bins and washing machine and dryer even the outdoorchair. And there is no water boiler which is ridiculous. Quite a lot of kichenwares, every draw is full with different sets of bowls or glasses or cups, and every single glass or cup is dirty, seems no one takes care of them. During the day we stayed there, we don’t even use any of the glass or cup or dish, too dirty makes me uncomfortable. Two different coffee machine and both of them are dirty. Also no one use any towels at all, they are colorful, looks old and dirty. Really funny when you open the microwave and found a facility for boil, and when you open the oven found it full of baking tools. And bedwares looks not neat too, they are dark and little bit smelly, we feel itchy when sleep on it, even when we are on the flight still itchy, that is really annoying. The sofa in living room got 4 different colors, they are not in one set too, quite wired. The corner of balcony is full of sundries wiz dust which looks messy and dirty. As said before, every draw is full with different sundries even in bedroom, it seems like quite different families lived in this apt for long term and left all things in the apt in hurry and the owner do not tidy them just leave them where they are. They do not even check or do the inspection before opening to customers. All-around the apt looks dirty and messy and feels bad staying in it surrounded with messy sundries .Really uncomfortable experience.
- Boqi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marilena (6/5): All that you need for a pleasant stay. - Location was good. Near a variety of food stores, restaurants etc. Apartment was well set out with cutlery pots pans, knives. Plenty of crockery and glasswear, airfryer, and lots of other cookwear you would need for a long stay. The air-conditioning made a huge difference in the hot weather. Bathroom had toiletries including shampoo and body wash. Well done 👏 Hand towels in the bathroom were not in good condition. Master suite bed was very soft. No black tea bags but plenty of asian teas but wasn't sure how long they had been sitting there. Jugs for the Coffee machine were dirty.
Tv in the lounge needs to be replaced as it has white spots all over the screen which affects watching TV.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (7/5): Good - It is literally a four minute walk to a Coles supermarket, green grocer, butcher, deli, take away, with a restaurant or two closer. Good base of operations if in the area. It's a two bedroom apartment, the inner bedroom was quiet at night whereas the outer one did get some road noise but not excessive amounts.
- Kidd (9/5): Superb - The unit was in a great location, Dmitry was so lovely and replies to your queries straight away. Places is homey and chill. Enjoyed patio area watching the world go by. Great price as well. I didn't understand the TV but that's because I'm not tech savvy but easy to work once I got my head around.
- Mohamed (7/5): Good -
- Brienna (10/5): It had everything we needed! Beautiful decor and bedding and super comfortable beds too! -
- Samaya (1/5): Bad - The apartment was not clean and the service was not good
- Natalie (7/5): Good for money we paid. - Create location, easy access to shops and tram and where we needed to go.
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geraldine (6/5): Good Location and nice size apartment - Location was great and the apartment was of a good size. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped. There were aspects of the apartment that werent really clean and it felt like it was someones home that we were in. The apartment was cluttered.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Stef (8/5): Short family staycation with dfo shopping - Location. 10 minutes from lots of restaurants. Dusty. Needs a deep clean.
- Paul (10/5): Overnight stay after airport arrival before journey north the next day - We only stayed for one night as we were travelling up to Mansfield the next day but the apartment was very good, 20mins from airport and easy to find. The amount of facilities inside was amazing, loads of plates, cups etc, air fryer and 5 irons!! Bread and milk was there for us even though we didn’t actually need it, also tea, coffee, sugar etc
Would definitely recommend this apartment for either a short or longer stay Nothing
- Jesse (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (10/5): We had an exceptional stay, we would stay there again. - No breakfast was included. The location was excellent The bed in the second bedroom was softer than I would have liked
- Jodi (7/5): Good - Close to everything
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great location in Bundoora. - Great apartment, well catered for a very comfortable stay.Secure parking, easy access, great location ,we will be back .
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Tracey (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (8/5): Great location and everything you need was included. - The extra amenities were a real surprise. The apartment itself was fabulous. Unfortunately, the apartment was a little grotty and could do with some time spent to clean it properly. I understand turn around times between guests is short, but that’s my honest opinion.
- Leith (10/5): Exceptional - Good location clean good safe parking
- Gandeep (6/5): Pleasant - Clean No one is there for checkin hard to find keys
- Wendy (6/5): Was acceptable for one night stay, location was great across from the shopping centre. - Location Water pressure was poor
The smell upon entering the property was over powering
Noticed the bedding had stains
