• Yanira (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - Me gustó la tranquilidad que hay puesto que no se oye un solo ruido en la noche excepto los aviones que pasan pero nada que moleste mucho. Distancia al centro (Grand-Place) andando 45 minutos , muy llevable , tiendas altededor por si te apetece comprar comida o bebida. No me gustó por ejemplo que la calefacción solo se encendía durante cierto tiempo no puedes regularla tu; no te cambian las toallas en los días que estés allí...es un pequeño fallo
• José Iván (6/5): Precio asequible, confort justito - Precio asequible para Bruselas. La habitación estaba limpia y razonablemente bien equipada, aunque sin alardes. Igual faltó algún plato y alguna taza. Tiene estacionamiento y está al lado de la preciosa Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Laeken, que merece una visita. Las instrucciones para la recogida de la llave no son nada claras. No saben los anfitriones lo que ayuda a los huéspedes disponer de un vídeo explicativo. Además, las claves que nos pasó la anfitriona eran erróneas y tuvimos que entrar en contacto con ella. La luz que ilumina la entrada al edificio de los apartamentos está averiada; hay que abrir la puerta en medio de la más absoluta oscuridad. Los pasillos del edificio se perciben gastados y descuidados, aunque no hay suciedad. El sofá cama es un poco incómodo y el colchón de la cama principal es demasiado blando; a lo mejor está vencido.

• Twan (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een goede prijs - Goede locatie, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en een fijne privé parkeerplaats. De sloten van zowel de ingang van het gebouw, als de kamer waren slecht en hierdoor slecht te openen. Verder was er matige verlichting in de kamer en zat een glasplaat in de badkamer wat los.

Son sourire m'a poussé à changer d'avis négatif que j'avais au départ, et le petit moment qu'elle nous a accordé pour savoir comment le séjour s'est passé. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé, le fait de ne pas avoir respecté mon choix. J'avais choisi l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée car j'étais accompagnée des personnes qui ont des difficultés pour monter les escaliers Ma surprise, nous étions au premier étage. Aussi, je n'ai pas eu le numéro de la chambre ni le code pour recevoir les clés avant 18 h 40. J'ai reçu tous ces renseignements devant le portail, ce n'est pas du tout normal. On a dû attendre devant le portail, fatiguées de la longue journée que nous avions fait. Pendant ce temps j'ai essayé de contacter la responsable qui ne répondait pas. 30 minutes après , elle m'a appris qu'elle était occupée avec un client. Surtout que la veille je l'ai appelé et elle avait promis qu'elle m'enverrait tous les renseignements par sms, chose que je n'ai jamais reçue. Vous imaginez, on a dû se retenir car nous devions toutes aller aux toilettes

• Cara (6/5): The price reflected the venue. - The room size was generous. Very basic. No soap or anything in the bathroom. Bed sheets didn’t appear the cleanest and lack of them. And the curtains were broken and didn’t cover the window.

El primer apartamento tenía un gran ventanal sin cortinas.Tuve que reclamar,todo por whatsapp,para que nos cambiaran.El segundo apartamento sucio.Pipas por la habitación. Gomas del pelo debajo de la cama. Baño con olor a tubería espantoso.Sin calefacción, tuve que llamar para que la repararan.El vecino de al lado con la tv muy alta a la 23:30,se escuchaba el fútbol perfectamente y hablando por teléfono a las 01:45,08:30...no hemos pegado ojo. Se oía todo. La escalera para acceder súper empinada y casi sin pié,para niños,mayores y maletas,bastante incómodo. Toallas muy viejas,la verdad es que nos dio bastante asquito todo. Lo único bueno el parking. Menos mal que no venían niños pequeños.

• Noelia (7/5): Para un par de días bien - Todo bien. Limpio, nos dejaron café y unos detallitos de bienvenida. La calefacción bien y las camas cómodas. El chico nos lo cruzamos un minuto y muy majo. El primer día no iba bien el agua caliente y no había ni gel ni champú. La cortina estaba rota y no cubría todo el ventanal por lo que entraba toda la luz aunque fuera de noche por la luz de las farolas.

• Thérèse PETIDENT (8/5): Bruxelles en famille ! - Nous avons apprécié, le calme de la rue et le parking à l'interieur gratuit où notre véhicule était en sécurité et la propreté du logement. L'accès aux transports aussi à proximité pour nous deplacer en ville était top. Toutes les commodités marquées sur l'annonce y étaient. Les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécutité dans le parc situé detrière le logement.
• Murad (10/5): Clean and feels more home than hotel - Since I prefer residential areas I enjoyed this apartment, it’s 10 min walk to some bus and metro stations, uber is very easy and not that expensive Thin Walla you could hear the neighbours tv but it didn’t bother me
• Mariyana (8/5): Very nice and warm studio near Laeken cathedral - It is a nice small studio with comfortable bed and sofa and a tiny kitchenette (well equipped, however). It was warm, which was very important during the cold weekend we had. The parking is free in the inner yard and there is a playground across the street (my kids liked it a lot). Quiet area, there is a tram stop nearby (7 min on foot - 62 and 93). 5 min on foot to the Laeken cathedral. The metro station (line 6) is around 15 min away on foot. The internet signal was weak, and Netflix was. available only a day. The studio is quite dark (most probably due to the lack of enough lamps on the ceiling).

• Sebastian (8/5): great for a short stay - great place, safe free parking location is not central, you have to take the tram but the station is very close in you are in city centrum in 5 minutes

L’appartement est correctement équipé, le lit est très confortable. Notre hote était disponible et arrangeant ! Le parking privé et gratuit est un vrai +. Nous recommandons pour visiter Bruxelles en famille : bon rapport qualité-prix !

• Syed Muhammad (9/5): Recommend - A nice family apartment in the residential area. We stayed in a studio apartment which was comfortable and clean. Staff is really helful if you need assistance. Free and safe private parking is the biggest advantage. Few minutes walk to the nearest Tram stop which goes directly to PARC and from there few minutes walk to the center.

• InnaPeters (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Besonders gut gefiel mir, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und immer erreichbar. Ein großes Plus war der Parkplatz, der recht sicher wirkte. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, sodass man das Stadtzentrum in 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Die Wohnung hatte fast alles, was man brauchte. Hohe Hörbarkeit sowohl zwischen den Etagen als auch durch die Haustür. Aber wenn Sie ruhige Nachbarn haben, dann ist das kein Problem :)

• corina (9/5): A nice place, spacious room, close to the park. - It was a big, nice room, with a comfortable bad, at the first floor. The location was good, close to the park, on a quiet street. The parking place was safe. I have no reasons to complain.

• El Bouhlali (10/5): - J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux avec ma sœur à l’hôtel Cosy Place Brussels Expo 200. Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté impeccable et l’ambiance très agréable. L’endroit est aussi très proche de tout, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs !

Все чутно на коридорі і в сусідніх кімнатах - Сподолось розташування, всі зручності в готелі є Не сподобалось що прибирали інші номери після 22 години і був дуже великий шум від пилососа і стукав посуд. З 4 ранку сусіди дуже голосно розмовляли і пересовували меблі. Звукоізоляцію немає взагалі. Добре спати не вдалось

Die Räume waren insgesamt sauber Wenn man alle Lichter in dem Raum an gemacht hat, war es immer noch sehr dunkel. Die Dusche war voller Schimmel. Ein Fenster Vorhang fehlte. Die Betten haben sich durchgelegen angefühlt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut.

В самата сграда и в стаята миришеше доста неприятно! Стълбите бяха ужасно стръмни! Матрака беше все едно спиш на трамплин. Добре че си носим наши чаршафи. Не бихме посетили отново!
• Cinzia (5/5): Nonostante l'appartamento la visita a Bruxelles ci ha soddisfatto - Sicuramente la possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile. La vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici per poter raggiungere il centro città. L'annuncio descriveva un appartamento con camera da letto separata invece era un'unica stanza. Abbiamo fatto notare l'incongruenza a ci è stato risposto che lì ci sono solo monolocali. Abbiamo suggerito di correggere l'annuncio perchè non veritiero.

• Marcus (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and very secure parking. The key box isn't very well labeled so i had to ring to find its location. The host took over a day to send me the Wi-Fi password (I was only there 2 nights) over booking msg after me asking twice. She said to use WhatsApp, but I don't have it. Knowing you have guests staying there, messages should be checked constantly. Apart from that I would recommend, especially if you're driving there.
• Robert (8/5): Good place with free parking. - The room vas fine. Central between City center and the Atomium. The best with this place is the free and safe parking inside the premises. I don't even think a hotel that central in the City, can offer somthing like that. Difficult to get the wifi. They could have wrote a notification in the room or someting. They could have saved time, and they could have happier guests. The little freezer was completely packed with ice. No space for a waterbottle there. They could have defrosted it and saved electricity. And they then could have happier guests. The curtains didn't cover the window.

• Amin (8/5): Very good - Everything was good. We are a family of three who spent two nights here and were very satisfied. Everything was clean, tidy and adequate. Although we stayed in the smallest room, it was enough for us. The bathroom was a little clogged, but after informing the security guard, they quickly fixed the problem. Positive factors: Free parking in the courtyard, easy access to the city center, quick response from the owner. Factors to consider: Many stairs in the hallway, not suitable for elderly people, no window screens

• Francesca (6/5): Awesome bedroom located in a decadent building - Very roomy bedroom, close to a Villo station and in a nice position near a huge city park. Functional kitchen inside the apartment. We didn’t have a car but there’s a private parking lot for guests. The outside of the building - and also all the inside, except for the bedroom - appears very poorly mantained. The bathroom is really small and the shower doesn’t work properly for the first 2 days, then the host came and brought the missing piece so that was ok. The apartment’s floor wasn’t perfectly cleaned when we arrived. The room is also particularly hot during daytime, even if it’s not summer yet. I also wanna mention that the characteristics of the property didn’t properly match the description provided on airBnB, for example, there was no soap/shampo/dish soap - which is a problem for a guest like us who arrives by plane and cannot bring high amount of liquids. I also was not particoularly amused by the communication with the host, who showed up in the middle of our dinner without any advice on airbnb chat.

• Lorna (7/5): Good - For the location it was good. Great communication and friendly service. I would come back if I needed to be in this area again. Not sure this is ideal for more than 2 people as the space just isn't enough to roll out the small sofa chair.

• Erika (6/5): Ok for one night - It was okay for one night. Although small, it was comfortable enough. However, the most frustrating part was the poor communication. Instructions weren’t provided unless you asked for them, including the lockbox code, it was also confusing to get into the building because we couldn’t find the “mailbox” the host told us to look for. We also had to ask the host for the wifi password, I think it would be useful to have it at least printed somewhere in the apartment, instead of us having to ask for it. Another issue was that you could hear the neighbors, and all kinds of smells would get into the apartment even with the window closed (like perfume, food, and smoke from neighbors). One positive thing was the free private parking.
• Hanna (8/5): Very good despite a mix-up - Room was modern and comfortable. Parking is free on-site and convenient. Staff is available and responsive. Location is safe, quiet, and accessible with public transport nearby. Unfortunately there was a mix-up and we were assigned a different room than in the description on Booking.com, but we were able to reach a compromise with the host. Instructions for the stay were not readily available, at least not directly through the host.
