- Colette Tinu (8/5): My 3-day stay was a pleasant experience. - Convenient location to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and other shops. The A/C unit worked well. 3 floor boards in front of the bathroom in room 401 need to be repaired. The back wall is stained and needs to be painted. The desk chair needs to be replaced.

- Patryk (9/5): Comfortable room for reasonable money - Great location – quiet, yet very close to the city center. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

- Nancy (4/5): Disappointed - The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself was not what I expected. The standards fell below expectations for me as hair (multiple) was found on the pillows and bed sheets - it was like as if the room was not thoroughly serviced and cleaned. Further, it was loud at night from the outside noise which made it hard for me to sleep.
- Aoibh (7/5): Good - Ideal for a short city break in Ho Chi Minh. My group stayed for two nights in two double rooms. Hotel in great location in District 1, located on a quiet street within a busier area. Lots of restaurant options a short walk away with a small 7 11 and circle k at the end of the road. Rooms were perfectly clean and air con was very strong. No street noise heard but could hear some noise from corridor/ next room - no issue with ear plugs. Staff were friendly.

- Laura (6/5): Great location for experiencing Saigon, however, a note to check room before paying for bad smells in the room. - Nicely decorated, aesthetic hotel room. The hotel is located on a relatively quiet road with a 7/11 nearby and great dining options nearby. I’m not sure what the other rooms would be like and whether we had bad luck (when we booked the room it was on a deal), but the room smelled really bad. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, eventually we figured out it was from the toilet (probably the plumbing?). We asked if we could move rooms on two different days, but nothing was available, which is understandable. On the second day of asking, one member of staff said a repair person would come and look at it, but never did. After this, we gave up asking for any help with this as no further efforts were made in changing this for us.

- Raymon (8/5): Nice hotel in a good location. - This hotel was good value for money and in a great location (15 min walk to city centre). There was lots of food and shops near the hotel too. The room was small but had all you needed for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh. The drinks from downstairs in the hotel fridge were insanely expensive! Paid around £9 for two bottle drinks - avoid!

- Hien (6/5): don’t judge a book by its cover - the location is not bad, it’s not THAT near the city centre, but it’s quiet and definitely nice to walk out not into a crowd… the hotel personnel is actually not bad.. similar to the rest of the reviews, the photos on booking are MUCH better than IRL. in real life, it’s so much more dated, and not the best maintained. my room also had no windows which made it very musty, and it was even located behind the bin storage area… no room cleaning, no conditioner, and i swear i saw an animal coming out of the sink. no fridge either. last thing.. the doors don’t lock automatically.. luckily nothing was stolen, but the card is useless. must use the key

- Nicola (9/5): Superb - Room was lovely, clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. Free coffees and tea in the morning in our room was a nice start to the day. The unassuming "cafe" across the road, even with no English was great for lunch. It was a little bit off the beaten track but with Booking. Com, taxis were simple to book and very reasonable.

Nice and clean hotel with quiet environment plus excellent staff and service at reception. I will return to this hotel again. Basement has nice massage rooms providing massage, wash hair, facial services. No restaurant in hotel.
- Dianne (4/5): Stay elsewhere. Very disappointing. - The room was clean air conditioner worked well and the bed was ok. The manager tried to get TV to work when we 1st arrived. He couldn’t, and compensated my husband with a beer. The property was nothing like the reviews. There was no safe, no soundproofing. 4 pillows on the bed, but no hand towel, or tissues. Netflix and YouTube were all that was available on TV if you had your own account. Both nights we stayed , Management wanted us to pay extra for dirty towels!!! We were so insulted by the accusations , we left 2 nights early.
