• Paul (1/5): Woke up to chainsaw, had trouble getting in, just a very low class facility for the money paid, never go back - Nothing Could not park my car

• Catherine (3/5): Not recommended - The bed was comfortable This unit is part of a complex with permanent and rental tenants. It's noisy and the residents can be very rude and territorial. There's only stairs, no lift/elevator so you'll carry your suitcases up the stairs. Parking is provided in very small carparks so doors are hard to open, get in and out of without hitting the car next to you and suitcases can only go on the boot as the car doors can't open wide enough due to space. There's no complimentary tea or coffee to get you started after a day of travelling. The wifi wasn't connected until day 3 so no wifi. Due to the residents behaviour I left on day 4 and found another place to stay.
• Lesley (8/5): Very good - The location from everything The balcony facing pool The dishes was not clean . Was oily . The sofa bed still had bed sheet on it that was dirty . The sofa pillows was still dirty. This was second time we went and was not clean like last time. Even had rubbish at front door.
• Rose (7/5): Nice Place .As long as you don't want to get into the room too early in the afternoon. - Very clean and comfortable. Great location. When we have stayed in Motels & Cabins there is ALWAYS Tea,Coffee, milk & a few biscuits in the room . This is the first time I have ever seen a place that could be so miserable as to not put this in the accommodation. Considering how much we paid for 2 nights / Friday & Saturday night ..
• Maryem (10/5): Exceptional - The views the place Someone was smoking next door and sometimes i would smell smoke in the bathroom. It would be gd if there was spare toilet paper, tissues etc

• Nerida (4/5): Over priced- not a retreat. - I have never stayed anywhere that doesn't have complementary coffee and tea sachets and a little milk. Also no little bathroom items like soap. Especially at this price. It's ridiculous that the key was in an office kilometres away. So many rules. A long list of threats that if the rules are broken ( not taking garbage out, not turning off air conditioning) it will cost you hundreds. Very unwelcoming. Not friendly to customers.

• Kamala (4/5): Will I make a booking again? May be NOT! - The swimming pool The fact that most of these apartments were own by the elderly individual and they prefer nice and quiet environment. I was NOT expecting someone to come up and complain that kids are making noise in the pool at 1730hrs. Also, expect to do your own grocery such as toilet rolls, tissue paper and garbage bags. We were left with two half used tissue rolls for 4 people for days booking.

• Stephanie (6/5): very pleasant and enjoyable for a last minute quick stay. - nice small family place, kids enjoyed the pool very well unfortunately during our stay we experienced a black out and it was not an easy time with 2 young children. the endless amount of emails and process of check in/check out was also very annoying.

• Ben (1/5): Bad - Crusty food and spew on the pillows and blankets .. ended up having to buy blankets and pillows just to get some sleep .. texted housekeeping as per via instructions for cleaners and go no reply .. my partner is a cleaner at a van park n she found it disgusting..

The 3 of us would not stay more than a couple of nights. - the pool is lovely. the apartment is small but as we were only there for two nights we managed, daughter slept on the sofa bed. The bathroom is the width of a shower tray with a low ceiling. luggage bags and clothes that don’t hang basically have to go in the hallway. the booking was for 3 people, only got two small towels which was very annoying. again we were only there for two nights so had to make do.
• Shernell (1/5): Bad - good location nice pool Sofa bed dirty sheets - black hair and food on sheets No wifi Bathroom smells so bad of cigarettes - unbearable had to keep door shut, that lead into the master bedroom. Saunas does not work.
