• Guest (9/5): Neat, quiet, clean a great value space to stay for a short stay 100% - Site information was detailed, getting the key form the lock box was easy once details were read properly. I even assisted another client with her room entry as she was finding that unit a little difficult. Property was located in a very quiet suburban area, room was clean, neat, all items as listed were there. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, water temperature was easily adjusted. Being 188cm (6'2") tall I would have liked a slightly larger shower/bath combo but this wasnt a big deal.

• ramgonz09 (5/5): - La ubicacion, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren para ir al aeropuerto de haneda. El apartamento era cómodo, aunque no para andar cocinando y comiendo en el. Es un hotel desatendido,desde el punto de vista que no hay nadie pendiente, eso hace que no puedas enviar las maletas o dejarlas antes de la hora de llegada para poder hacer turismo sin ellas. También nos hicieron estar casi una hora esperando hasta que nos enviaron los códigos de acceso a la habitación, y eso que desde el primer día te envían un montón de correos, pero no con el código de acceso. En las 2 habitaciones que estuvimos no tenían cortina de ducha.

• Olga (7/5): Bra för korta övernattningar, framförallt i samband med flyg från Haneda. - Hyfsat billigt och bara en kort promenad till stationen Lite för långt från stationen om man har många tunga väskor. De flesta gästerna bor korta övernattningar efter eller före flyg, och boendet kunde varit mer anpassat till det genom att skippa tvättmaskinen och tvn, just nu blire det väldigt trångt. Kunde varit billigare med tänke på att det ligger en bit från stationen och är väldigt litet. Det är inte riktigt tillräckligt billigt för att konkurrera med JALs hotell närmare stationen.

Avant la date prévue, l’hôte m’a envoyé de nombreux messages pour les documents et proposer des services. Soit. Mais depuis, c’est un calvaire. Chaque jour, un nouveau message pour exiger une note de 10. “Le 8 c’est pas bien.” “Mettez 10.” Jour après jour, sans s’arrêter. Une semaine entière. J’ouvre mon téléphone le matin et c’est là. Je l’attendais. Cette anxiété qui monte à chaque notification. Je ne voulais pas laisser d’avis, je n’étais même pas venu. Mais ces messages ont fini par me ronger de l’intérieur. Un hôte sérieux n’a pas besoin de mendier des notes. La qualité de son accueil parle d’elle-même. C’est du harcèlement, point. Évitez cet établissement.

• Sophie (8/5): Good budget stay - The room itself was comfortable. The bed was a very good level of comfort with extra pillows. The bathroom facilities were very nice. It made me quite uncomfortable having the inaccessible loft above (ladder pulled up), being unable to check the room was properly empty/safe as a solo traveller. The owner absolutely spammed me via message, sending over 20 irrelevant texts and (so far) 3 requests to give them an 8+ star rating. The kitchen facilities were very limited and no natural lighting due to the window being heavily frosted.

The shower wouldn't go hot for me i had a sink wash - it was 5am I didnt have time to msg or time to sort etc! Also the fan in the bathroom is so loud and is on 247 - i found a setting to make it quieter and could sleep through it.

Le hoste m'a ajoute du stress 24 avant a me rappeler de mon check out. Puis a 2AM du matin je me reveille avec quelquen qui es venu devant ma porte a faire des bruits, 2 heures plus tard je n'arrive pas a me rendormir avec le bruit de sac en plastique, quand j'ouvre la porte il y avait un grand sac a poubelle gonfle d'air que faisait plein de bruits avec le kit pour rangement de chambre après check out ...ca mas trop énervée ...j'ai flippe de peur. Tout.

Very satisfied! - Location was a bit difficult since there were similar buildings and my maps app kept taking me to the wrong building. But we found it eventually and it was about a ten min walk from the station so not bad. The key box was a little difficult to open at first.

Die Gegend ist super ruhig, perfekter Rückzugsort nach einer CityTour + nächste Bahnhof nur ca. 10 Min entfernt + Waschmaschine + bequemes Bett mit harter Matratze + diverse Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe + Airport Haneda direkt in der Nähe + kleine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle + sehr gutes PLV Vorweg: folgende Punkte würden mich nicht davon abhalten nochmal zu buchen, sie dienen nur als Hilfe für Interessenten und mögliche Verbesserungen - für eine Person schon fast zu klein, aber noch okay - für zwei Personen definitiv zu klein - kein wirklicher Stellplatz für Koffer (es gibt zwar einen Bereich der mit der Leiter erreichbar ist, aber einen Koffer würde ich da nicht raufschleppen wollen 😅 - kein wirklicher Ablageplatz/Kleiderschrank - Badewanne super klein (bin 1,77m und da war es schon sehr quetschend) - kein Duschvorhang - kein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen - keine Hausschuhe/Schlappen

• Martin (3/5): A convoluted check-in and poor cleanliness made this stay a frustrating, low-value experience. - Nothing much, location is not too bad as Haneda airport is close but the station to get there is 1km+ walk from the accommodation. Check-in Experience: The entry process is unnecessarily complicated. You are required to use an external website to provide ID, and the actual apartment number is hidden there rather than being clearly listed in the Booking.com app. Upon arrival, the key box touchscreen was unresponsive, and the instructions were difficult to follow. It took about 20 minutes to figure out how to enter. When I tried to call for help, I only reached an automated machine. I even encountered another guest outside who was just as confused and lost as I was. ​Room Condition & Value: For 9,600 per night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The room felt neglected. ​Bedding: There was a long hair and a noticeable stain on the sheets. ​Bathroom & Surfaces: I found black dust on the bathroom fixtures and a thick layer of dust/hair on the ledges and baseboards. ​Maintenance: The air vents are completely clogged with dust, and the electric kettle has significant limescale buildup. ​Final Thoughts: While the apartment is functional, the lack of basic cleaning and the "riddle-like" check-in process made for a stressful stay. Better maintenance and a more transparent check-in system are definitely needed. I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Nous avons tout à disposition, télé avec Netflix, couverts, assiettes, lave linge etc... Un super logement avant de prendre l'avion. Logement petit, il ne faut pas être trop chargé.

• René (8/5): Logement bien, accès pas facile - La relative proximité d’une gare et de l’aéroport d’Haneda La propreté Le prix est acceptable pour la banlieue de Tokyo L’identification du bon logement nécessite 2 étapes pour lire le descriptif précis d’accès au logement. C’est compliqué quand on est fatigués et chargés de bagages. L’ouverture du boîtier à clé automatique n’est pas très facile.

• Susan (6/5): Sour taste in my mouth over this deal, go elsewhere - It was a nice little unit, bed not very comfortable and needs more pillows. However it’s very far from anything exciting, close to the airport HND, just 2 stops. However I was not impressed with the management. We were coming back to Tokyo a day earlier, so I messaged to see if the property was available a day earlier, and yes it was. However the price was so high, it was the same that we paid for 4 nights. I said no thanks and went somewhere else. When we did get to the area, we could not find it, had to ask several locals. Management said we could store our luggage at the station, we assumed the station we got off to get to the property, Nope !! Then looked all around for a place to store it, Nope !! I texted them and they said at the station! Which one ?? We were not getting back on the subway to go store luggage and then come back!! So we found the property and sat outside literally for 4 hours !!!! They have cameras so I’m sure they knew we were there. I messaged them to see if we could get in sooner than 3, Nope !! Now check in was 4 , it was being cleaned. Well we were sitting right in front of the door so we knew NO ONE was there cleaning. We were extremely pissed off.. finally at 4pm we opened the door and the room was already set. Then we remembered that we had messaged them the day before !! So the property was empty, because he offered it a day earlier for over $36,000 yen for one night. When we paid $40,000 for 4 nights. I guess he would rather it sit empty than give us a deal. But knowing the room was empty and cleaned and that we sat outside for literally 4 hours pissed us off, and they would not let us cancel. On principle I would NOT stay here again The management had no respect, no compassion, and just down right lied to us. Out of all the places we stayed during our 3 weeks in Japan, this place had the worst manager/owner. These people were just money hungry greedy people.

• Kittinger (7/5): Nice place, but difficult to get into. - The room was conveniently located near the airport, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall pleasant. The address was apparently very confusing for the taxi driver and he couldn't find it using his navigation system. But it was okay using Google maps. Also, the room was a bit hard to find at first because there is an identical building next to it, with identical numbers on each floor. And on top of that, the key code to open the door wasn't very user-friendly. I punched in the code, but then nothing happened. I had to push some random buttons after the code to get it to work.

• 俊介 (1/5): 最悪　詐欺的施設 - 値段を安く見せるために、宿泊費5,500円、その他費用8,000円の様な表記をして、おとり広告的に誘導されて宿泊しまいました。ブッキングドットコム初心者を欺くような、値段設定はやめた方が良いです。 この宿泊施設は駅から遠く、無人で鍵はキーボックスで、パスポートの控えを送付しないと解除方法を教えてくれないなど、このサービスで合計13,500円はかなり割高です。有人で駅近くのJALホテル、アパホテルの方が値段が安いか同等なので、この宿泊施設は二度と利用しません。知人、友人にも告知しますし、SNSでも個人的見解としてアップしたいと思います。

• Grace (7/5): Overall a good place to crash, but has room for improvement. - We liked that it was walking distance to the train station, easy to get to the airport. It was mostly clean, and the host was very responsive! We appreciated the toiletries provided, though towel provided was tiny. It is located among residences/residential area and it sounded like the people in adjacent rooms were moving furniture all night, though maybe just doing normal activities and sound carries in the building; did not get good sleep. It was such a tight space that my husband and I could not even pass each other in the room. Also, while most of it was quite clean, there was quite a bit of hair on the floor.

It would have been great if one extra bed sheet was available incase used bed sheet had to be washed. I had to face this problem as I was staying for 17 nights, but there no any spare bed sheet available.

• Aia (1/5): Nice place but entering the apartment process is terrible - unfortunately a very bad experience. instructions on how to get into the apartment are incomplete. we arrived at the accommodation around 8 o'clock in the evening. we did everything according to the instructions. what I didn't find in the guide was the pin code to enter the apartment with. we only received a QR code and there was nothing to do with the machines on the doors of the apartment with this QR code. the guide only said something about a tab where the QR code must be entered (later we realized that this tab is inside the apartment!). well, very confusing so far. we sat by the door of the apartment. luckily, a local Japanese guy, who lived in these apartments kindly came to help us, because he said that people always have problems entering the apartments. he showed that there are padlocks on the gate behind the house, where it is possible to get the spare key to the apartment, and he helped us on the phone with the local customer service, speaking in Japanese. if it hadn't been for this lovely man, we would probably still be on the street. otherwise, the apartment itself is lovely, very small, suitable for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of time in the apartment. Very practical and everything is there. but - please complete your instructions on how to enter the apartment. we had some kind of system failure and the pin code was not generated. such a thing should be written in the guide. • Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient check-in and check-out procedure, the staff replied quickly to the messages, very comfortable bed, Android TV with Netflix, etc... I forgot a package inside the room and asked them to keep it and I would come back later to get it, which I thought it was a simple request, but they said they couldn't do it and they had to throw it away or I had to pay for them to ship it for me.
