• Elisabeth (9/5): - This is a really nice flat on the 23rd floor of a high rise building near the lake. It’s very close to the exhibition centre and well connected with the streetcars (trams). The flat has everything you need and also gives access to a gym and swimming pool.

• Sabine (8/5): Die Aussicht war super aber leider kein Komfort. - Die Aussicht war grandios. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut. Die Couch war etwas unbequem und die Sitzkissen rutschten ständig raus. Die zwei Stühle waren auch nicht gemütlich und der eine Stuhl knarrte ziemlich. Auf dem Balkon fehlten die Sitzmöglichkeiten gänzlich. Kochen war auch nicht möglich da es nur einen Topf gab und der Wasserkocher müsste mal entkalkt werden.

The owner was very helpful and communicated with us promptly brilliantly. Ideal location, so easy to walk to the Toronto highlights. Nothing!
• christophe (9/5): Super appart avec vue sur le lac Ontario ! - Appartement au 23e étage d’une tour avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Ontario, possibilité de parking en souterrain. Petit balcon. Très belle prestation, literie confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle. Piscine et salle de sport au 3e étage. Système de clés pour le check-in très bien expliqué en photos et vidéos la veille par des messages du propriétaire, concierges très aimables à l’entrée de l’immeuble. Tram possible au pied de l’immeuble. Propriétaire très réactif Un petit problème en cuisine, il manquait une casserole, réglé très rapidement par le propriétaire dès le lendemain. Juste une petite table pour 2, on s’est adaptés pour manger à 4…..une plus grande table serait la bienvenue !

• Lum (9/5): Perfect spot for Enercare Center events! - Location is very close to the Enercare Center and train. Getting to the Enercare Center very early to line up for an all day event makes this the perfect location. The host was very responsive and provided extremely clear instructions with pictures and video. A lot of restaurants and other attractions are further in downtown. This was not a problem for me, but if you're not comfortable or confident in public transit, then a walk to Eaton Centre could take up to 1hr. However, there are plenty of restaurants within a 30min walk which was perfect.

• Sultan (10/5): The view was great and my family enjoyed it, transportation was near as well as tourist locations. It was a comfortable - Very safe, good location, good for family stay, professional host!
• Ashley (4/5): Good from far but far from good - Parking was included We initially got there and thought it was super cute, but.... For almost $700 for 2 nights (which includes a $90 cleaning fee) It was dirty! The coffee pot had not been cleaned out for an extended period of time and had moldy coffee in where the filter went. The pull out bed was unusable as it appeared that the sheet had never been changed and had cheesies or something crusted into it. If it weren't for the above, I wouldn't have even mentioned the rest. There were greasy hand marks all over the walls and hair behind the bathroom door. The toilet didn't work well. I drive a truck and almost couldn't park w/out blocking the surrounding vehicles.

• Cathy (8/5): A small apt close to city with views. - It was close to the water, had a great view. It had everything we needed. There was not enough linen for the property. We had to make do for 4 of us. The apartment is small but adequate for 4 people.
• Leigha (9/5): Superb - Host was great, loved the located, the view, little smaller than I expected but we loved it! Could have been better cleaned, pillows on the couch were deflated. I also had issues with the garagefab that meant we had to wait for other cars to let us in.
• Oksana (3/5): Absolutely not worth it price and we didn’t even completed our stay. - Good location and easy check in It’s old, worn out doesn’t look like on photos. Cabinets breaking apart and dirty dishes in cupboard. Appliances are old, gas stove covered with soiled foil paper. Floors were sticky, it’s dark and depressing place and definitely not fit for a family with kids. Be aware of deposit charge if you still choose to stay, I contacted the manager next day and still got no response when it will be returned.

• Zahra (7/5): Could be better - Everything was similar to the pictures they posted about the place. It is also great that you can cook in there for yourself because it has a kitchen. The check-in instructions are a bit confusing after a long ride/flight to get to toronto. The pillows and bed sheets were not that clean. There were makeup marks on the pillow and some hair on the sheet. Also, the towels were overused (but still clean). The coffee maker didn't work properly and they told me the dishwasher is broken too so I had to wash some dishes. Inside cabinets were not too clean and organized. Be careful about the exact location because if you search the property name on Google Maps there is another address assigned to it. The correct address is what you see on the app. There was no concierge for the condo that was assigned to me; the suite is in a tall residential building that has a concierge of its own. But they don't serve you if you book a suite in that building. I couldn't leave my luggage with them after checkout. Overall, it was okay, but there are things to improve for sure.
