- Sherli (8/5): Lovely - Location and facilities -

- Gabrielle (6/5): Disappointed - We were allowed to check in early, close to Edgware Road station. I had high hopes for this place as the pictures looked so nice…There was a horrible sewage type smell that never went away in the bathroom and when you opened the kitchen cupboard. The owner mentioned about there being a cleaner when we asked to check in early but I honestly think they need a new one, the place was covered in dust, even the drinking glasses in the cupboard were filthy with dust. The rugs hadn’t been hoovered and we spotted someone’s dirty makeup brush on the floor in the bedroom. It really isn’t a sanitary place to stay with a baby. If there was more time spent making the place cleaner and modernising the bathroom then I think it would have potential.
- Mohamed Yusof (8/5): Perfect for short stay. - Spacious, Clean, Easy access to halal outlets and restaurants. Ceiling should be sound proof. Noise from toddlers running around from the floor above is unbearable.
- Ackela (10/5): - It was exactly as in the picture: clean, modern and picturesque. Eventhough my room was at the back which others complain would be nosiy from operations of the containers, I didnt even notice. I got a peaceful rest during my entire stay.
The instructions were super easy for the self checkin. The host responded to any questions or request. From toiletries to utensils, the flat was well equipped.
The location was perfect! Numerous shops, food outlets, pharmacy, clothing store, electronic stores and hardware store are downstairs in less than 5 mins.Bus stop right downstairs infront of property with the underground no more than 5 mins away. Very convenient. I enjoyed my stay. Nothing at allll!!!!!!!

- Richard (9/5): - Location was great! A little noisy at night but not really an issue! It didn't affect our stay but the washing machine door does need fixing

- Andrew (6/5): Nice modern apartment. Try and get an apartment facing Edgewere Road instead of the lane at the back of the building due - Nice and modern The lane behind the flat was very busy at night especially when trying to sleep. Cars and motorbikes, people yelling and talking loudly. Difficult to sleep and relax.
- David (1/5): 0 stars. Storage company out the back. Noise/workman/loud 18 hours a day. DO NOT BOOK THIS FLAT! - The flat itself was fine, clean and quite modern. Only 2 towels (no hand towels at all) but its like a sauna. As the flat has no air con, you expect in summer in London when its 35 Degrees there'd be a fan??. When told afterwards, we should of "got in contact" to arrange fan. Why should we go out of our way to arrange this? It was very obvious it was boiling in London in June. Surely there should be fans in the flat all summer.
And the brick wall they have installed on the balcony gives a new meaning to the term Brutalist. It's very similar to one you'd see on a building site which has 6 weeks work left. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT, YOU WILL THANK ME SO SO MUCH!!! Where do I start the advert was completely deceiving. When complaining about the noise after the stay, we were told "its a busy London street what do you expect". Street noise, traffic, not an issue. THERE IS LITERALLY A STORAGE COMPANY which operates behind the flat from 3am until 9pm/10pm until the next evening. Workman dragging 8ft trolleys, slamming the storage unit doors all night, shouting, talking. You are boiling hot in the property, so you are forced to open the windows, its torture like i've never known before. I've made dozens and dozens of bookings on booking.com and never once complained. But this was honestly the worst flat i've ever stayed in. We slept maybe 2hours in the full stay. And no compensation at all offered even when I had video proof of the issues. Infact given a very rude reply which was unfortunate. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT WHATEVER YOU DO!!! 0 STARS (sadly it will not let me add my videos to this review, but i've added stills best I could do) However tempted you are by the price, DO NOT DO IT.
- Hong (7/5): good, but could have been better - location is amazing, pretty much in the centre of London. USB wall sockets!!! the rugs in the bedroom and bathroom were really dirty and smelly. but the rest of the apartment was clean. washing machine was broken
- Indya (6/5): Overall was good value for money but things could have been improved. - Good property inside, bedroom and living areas clean- comfy bed- lots of storage. As it is next to a shop we found there was a meat smell in the corridors. Cot noted to be ‘free’ within the policies within booking.com but asked for £20 cash when we arrived and it wasn’t in the property on check in- we didn’t have any cash. Shower could do with a deep clean and mouldy/damp in/around the tiles. No door on the washing machine if we needed to use it.
- Szilvia (9/5): Superb - Close to several metro stations and shops. Communication with the host was smooth. He answered all questions immediately. The area is noisy in the morning due to the proximity of the market. A few kitchen accessories are missing, such as a cutting board and a baking sheet.
- Dianna (2/5): Bad practice, needs to be changed - Absolutely disgusted that we were asked for a copy of either a passport or driving licence whilst we were on the train with only 30 minutes to check in. If you are going to ask for ID make sure its a few days at least before guests are due to arrive. I purposely didn't take these items on a trip to London in case they were stolen, so if I had be travelling with my husband I would have been refused entry !!!!! I managed to call my husband who happened to be at home and get him to email a copy of my ID. This accommodation was booked months before and to find out minutes before check in that I would have to find other accommodation was very alarming, let alone the possibility of paying twice for our stay. If this is a prerequisite to staying why are guests given ample warning.
The flat is in serious need of a new bathroom, door to the washing machine and a coat of paint. Didn't sleep well due to noise during the night from someone using the shipping containers outside.
We were two ladies over one 60 and the other 78 years old and didn't feel safe in the area outside the property.
- Heidi (8/5): Lovely clean modern flat ideal for exploring london - Very nice, modern and clean No toilet roll was supplied
- Jorge (9/5): Superb -
- Fabio (9/5): A good stay in London - The apartment has one room, a bathroom and a open space with kitchen and living room. Clean, cozy and with all necessary.
The flat is in a busy location near Paddington station, with many shops and restaurants. It is well connected to the center with many bus stops in front of it, and with the underground station of Paddington.
- Tracey (7/5): Good - The kitchen was well set up and clean. The bathroom was clean Our expectation was met
- Riccardo (9/5): The flat has been the perfect refugee after intense days of walkthrough into London city. - Excellent location, superb flat with high-quality furniture Hand and tea towels were missing, as well as a toilet brush and a broom.
- Muhamad (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and cozy place to stay. - The location of the property is very convenient. Many shops, convenient stores and restaurants around the property.
Easy access to all public transports.
The room is very comfortable for small family (1 Queen bed and a sofa bed). Free WIFI is also provided. In house facilities are very good and looks new.
Hot shower is also provided and is good for all winter traveler in London. The person in charge at the property didn't response to our repeated calls. The person should have responded promptly as we were already at the front door of the property.
No parking space was offered. We need to locate any available parking space around the property.
- Victoria (3/5): Nice enough apartment, but the intimidating host left me feeling unsafe - The apartment is curnished and decorated really well. And whilst on a busy road, this particular flat is towards the back of the building with very good glazing and so I had a quiet night's sleep. The shower wasn't working well enough to actually wash.
More important though is the attitude of the host when I spoke to him. What turned out to be an issue with the messaging from Booking.com meant that I hadn't received a mnessage he had sent saying I needed id. So when I arrived to check in, I didn't have any. At this point we talked on the phone where he raised his voice and talked in a very aggressive and intimidating way, calling me a liar, a potential thief and threating to not let me in and leaving me on the street with nowhere to stay.
He ultimately agreed to let me in, but this left me feeling extremely unsafe and scared of staying there as a single female.
I would not recommend staying here.
- John (7/5): Property is very spacious and clean, but local area wouldn't be my normal choice - Location was handy for local subway Station and public transport links into city centre Very few local bar choices for my usual area
- Eirini (9/5): Spacious apartment in central London - Spacious apartment, renovated with all amenities. Excellent location. Very poor sound isolation, we could hear everything from the staircase and other apartments.
