• Andrew Palemene (8/5): Great Value for Money - great views from my side - east side of building - I loved the location and the views from my room excellent - the pool although i almost spazzed out that when i arrived the pool was ubder maintenance. The size of room awesome. Theres a really bad sewerage type smell coming from either the drains in the bathrooms which i let the reception know, i had to buy multiple room fresheners just to leave in bathrooms. Maybe being Air Bnb my room clean wasnt prioritised morning. I was always 5pm clean or around that time when i asked. One time i was told even though i had bookef 24hours in advance that they woyldnt be cleaning my room that day because theyre cleaning other rooms. My booking was for 5pm. And i wasnt told that until 4:30pm - i had guests coming that night so i was upset. Certain aesthetics - little tears in furniture - room service only made my bed not changed the sheets and pillow covers one time. So i asked to be replaced which they did straight away.

• Fibria (8/5): I really love the place with its modern and clean interior and the facilities provided - The accommodation is very spacious and clean. Also, it has modern, clean, an quite luxurious interior. We love the view from our room which is facing the Petronas Tower. The interior matches the photos. The place is great for relax, also for work in between our holiday. It accommodates everything. You can also use the swimming pool and the gym, but I didn't use it at that time. The 1-bed room is quite small, where it fits only a bed and cupboard (luggage must be opened outside due to the space). But the bed and room is comfortable though. In term of location, it is very close from KLCC Tower/Suria KLCC Mall (10 minutes walk) I wish the property would inform me that there is a shortcut from the subway station to the accommodation so that I did not take the longest route as shown in gmaps. Also, it would be great if there is microwave in the accommodation.

Apartment is well maintained and clean! Not noisy even it sitting in the most happening area at KL Hopefully can have convenient store nearby

Everything is so so good and I feel extremely comfortable living here for 6 business days. I will come back here when I am in KL. Thank you host for your very great assistance during the time, they try to help me everything I need even very late. Nothing because everything is perfect.

• Daan (5/5): Not graappeee - Locatie was prima, kamer ook schoon, bed was goed. Er waren ook meerdere airco’s was zeer prettig was. De foto’s van het gedeelde zwembad zijn erg misleidend. In werkelijkheid lijkt het wel een kinderspeeltuin. Het is totaal geen plek waar je even rustig aan het zwembad kunt liggen. Ontbijt boven is heel duur. Daarnaast voelt het hele gebouw inclusief de kamer heel sfeerloos, beetje een despressieve plek

• NATASHA (10/5): Loved it - After my booking was cancelled by another accomodation days before my christmas trip to KL, I was in a panic to book somewhere for 5 days. Thankfully I booked this accomodation because it was so child friendly and child focussed it was amazing. The communication via whatsapp with the staff was soo helpful. Prompt responses. We got an apartment on the 19th floor but it wasnt much of a view as loads and loads of high rises around. The pool, the soft play and the snow room were perfect for my kids aged 6 and 9. There were always lots of staff around and they were helpful. This residence is privately owned but located with the Wyndham suites. I understand they are usually very cheap but as I booked last minute I assumed I paid way more due to lasy minute as well as Christmas/new year. We wete very lucky as they had a new year rooftop party in tje snpw area. The kids played inside and my husband and I sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the patronas towers and the fireworks. It is an easy walk up and down the hilll. We didnt cook anything in the apartment as food was cheap abd easy tp order via grab. There is a space downstairs where grab orders are left but i usually met the drivers. Kl is mall heaven. We did all the malls and got great shopping at TRX and KLCC. We found the food amazing at Lot 10 fopd court. We did the Malaysia Museum which I highly reccomend. Twice the kids did batik classes at the central market. We got great food at Midvalley mall as well. We visited Thean Hou temple and did our horoscopes.all accessed via grab. We did try the MRT to bukit bintang from central market which was easy and straightforward. I did a massage with Thai Oddyssey and I highly reccomend. The air condition, water pressure, water quality etc in the apartment was great. Bedding very comfortable. There are 2 toilets and 1 shower with hot water. The lifts are very efficient. I think more dishes and cutlery can be provided. There was no pot. The washing machine didnt dry clothes properly so please do not do any last minute washing. Overall I was extremely pleased with the accomodation.
• Asuwini (6/5): Ok but could be better - The location of the place is great, right in the middle of KL with a mrt station nearby. The view is also really good, of klcc. The master room is really open and has a lot of space. The minute I opened the door, I smelled dampness. It smelled strongly of mold/damp air. It was coming from a bathroom there and it stunk so bad. The 'small' room was just a wardrobe size, nothing like the pictures, and the bed is literally the size of the room. Also, everything was dusty and dirty, like they didn't bother to clean properly! Gave me a flu! The cooking utensils at max can feed 2 people no more so beware! The pots are perfect for instant noodles for 1.

Cleanliness was excellent. 1.I would suggest providing soap and shampoo in the toilet at the living room. 2. Provide comfortable and extra pillows and blankets. • Edward (9/5): Wonderful start to our holiday, close to everything we needed - The property was in a fantastic location, close to all main attractions like Petronas Towers, Suria and KLCC Park. The apartment is in a quiet building and all people were friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic and the play centre was fantastic for the kids. The host was flexible with our check out time which was greatly appreciated when we needed to feed our 2 month old before we left
• Isabella (9/5): Great location, clean, no faults - The location of the apartment is great, close walking distance (20ish minutes to the petronas towers) with cafes and eateries close by. The room was great, it had everything you need for a very good price. Checking in and collecting the keys was all very self-explanatory, and the host was accommodating with late check out. The pool area was very geared towards children, so it's very family friendly - as a young, solo woman travelling I didn't really utilise the space as it was very concentrated with kids, but it was still a lovely place to stay.

Posiada łazienkę i dodatkowa toaletę. Kuchnia, pralko-suszarka, deska i żelazko. Chcieliśmy wrócić po kilku dniach ale się wyprzedało. Mattress had a spot that you could see through the linen. The whole room had a bad toilet odour. Building itself is weared out, like the flat, few scratches on the walls and doors. Breakfast is overpriced and not much filling. The host wasn’t much supportive when we raised concerns.
