• Marco (8/5): Estadía corta pero acorde - Cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de colectivos, con una cocina bastante completa La ciudad te cobra 5 euros por persona por día, lo pagamos antes de ir a tomar el colectivo y tardaron en darnos el vuelto. Debería estar avisada la tarifa o en su defecto contar con cambio.

• László (8/5): Római látogatáshoz jó kis szállás - Központhoz közel metróval. A bejelentkezés zökkenőmentes volt. Segítőkész volt a személyzet. A szobák egyszerűek, de nagyon rendben voltak. Tisztaság volt, kellemes illat! A reggeli a közeli kávézóban volt. 1 cappucino és egy croissant. Rendben volt az is! A szállás egy csendes, de szemetes környéken van (persze Ők erről nem tehetnek) . A fürdő tiszta, és felszerelt volt, de oda egy kisebb felújítás elkelne! A csapvíznek valami furcsa szaga és íze volt, de az utcán rengeteg csap van! Az ágyon csak 2 személyes takarók voltak! A falak nem túl vastagok, lehet hallani a szomszédot!

• Tiko (4/5): - I spent last night at this hotel after booking it through Booking.com. Initially, the price was 88 euros without breakfast. After adding breakfast, it became 99 euros, hoping there would be breakfast. Unfortunately, I received a voucher for only 2.9 euros for breakfast (a cup of coffee with a croissant) at another place more than 50 meters away from the hotel. When receiving the room from the hotel owner, I paid 5 euros for the city tax. The room was on the ground floor and had no heating at all, even though we are in mid-November and the floor was very cold, with nothing to put on your feet. Overall, it was a very bad experience, especially for a room in a hotel at this price. Booking sites should re-evaluate these hotels. I have proof of this: the breakfast receipt (2.9 euros) and the hotel receipt (110.3 euros). Ho passato la scorsa notte in questo hotel dopo averlo prenotato tramite Booking.com. Inizialmente, il prezzo era di 88 euro senza colazione. Dopo aver aggiunto la colazione, è diventato 99 euro, con la speranza che ci sarebbe stata la colazione. Sfortunatamente, ho ricevuto un buono di soli 2,9 euro per la colazione (una tazza di caffè con un cornetto) in un altro posto a più di 50 metri dall'hotel. Al momento del check-in, il proprietario dell'hotel mi ha fatto pagare 5 euro per la tassa di soggiorno. La camera era al piano terra e non c'era alcun riscaldamento, anche se siamo a metà novembre e il pavimento era freddissimo, senza nemmeno un tappeto su cui appoggiare i piedi. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza molto negativa, specialmente per una camera in un hotel a questo prezzo. I siti di prenotazione dovrebbero rivalutare questi hotel. Ho le prove di tutto questo: lo scontrino della colazione (2,9 euro) e la ricevuta dell'hotel (110,3 euro).

• Simona (8/5): - Struttura comoda e accogliente. La cucina nella stanza è ottima per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli. La posizione è perfetta, vicina a Piazza Bologna e in una zona piena di servizi. Inoltre trovo che il cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno dia un punteggio in più alla struttura. Colazione al bar con solo un caffè e cornetto

• Débora (10/5): - The space is very comfortable, the room for three is quite spacious. The staff is super helpful, and they helped us with everything we needed. The location is very close to the Bologna metro which gives access to the center and there are bus lines nearby. The space is very clean and the staff even cleans the floor every day.

Le bruit la nuit par les personnes ou le matin, on frappe à votre porte à 8h45 pour faire le ménage des sifflements, le porte savon entièrement rouillé. Une taxe de séjour 5€/ nuit et / pers qui demande absolument en espèce pas autrement je trouve ça très moyen.

• Miir (7/5): - In der nahe gibt es Laden wo Lebensmittel gekauft werden könnten. Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich In zwei von drei Betten waren Bettwanzen. Nach dem zweiten Nacht waren wir ordentlich gestochen.

• Hemant (9/5): no frills B&B which offers great value for money - The B&B is located in a quiet location which is around 10 minutes walk from the metro and Tiburtina train station. We arrived at an early morning flight in Rome and we reached the hotel around 10. The room was being cleaned and it took an hour for it to ready. The stay was comfortable and and they also gave a voucher for breakfast from the nearby cafeteria (Croissant and coffee). We would recommend this place as it was value for money. There was some sound of fireworks in the night, which slightly disturbed our sleep.

• Vincent (5/5): The above was compensated by free breakfast which was appreciated - Location. Good size room. With the room of 3 beds we called when we booked to advise we only needed 2 beds. They removed the extra bed when we arrived as they thought we were 5 people not 4, even though we called to advise only 4 were coming. Booking.com was blamed for the error and we were advised by the manager that she couldn’t do anything.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing cabs etc. The breakfast vouchers are a very good idea. Nothing really. We were very happy with the location and accommodation.
• Rachael (8/5): Good stay - The property is a few minutes walk from the bologna metro station and a couple blocks from a supermarket. The host was very accommodating with check in. Offered 2 options for checking in after hours. I chose the option to get the key code and check in the next day. This worked pretty well. The host was also available for questions and recommendations anytime. Also received vouchers for free coffee and pastry at a cafe around the corner. Not really close to the major sites so need to take a few transfers (bus to bus/bus to metro).
• Anid (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It's placed in a nice area, both train and metro station is close, supermarket just a few minutes of walk. It was also quiet at nights there. The room was nice and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are served in a cafe place round the corner, so you can feel like a local, have a taste of the great Italian coffee and delicious fresh croissants.

• Noreen (5/5): Character accommodation which needs updating. - The staff were lovely. Friendly and accommodating but spoke very little English but Google translator helped. The room was small and dingy. The kitchenette needs upgrading the cupboard doors were falling off! There was a kettle and microwave. The bathroom was adequate. The room was cleaned daily. . Breakfast was not in the accommodation but we were given a voucher to have a coffee and croissant at a local bar. This is cheap accommodation in Rome and not far from the Metro. The area was quiet at night. Dingy room. Kitchenette was falling apart.
• Robert (9/5): A clean, comfortable, family run B&B nicely located just outside the hectic tourist zone - The family that runs the B&B are very friendly. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Room was basically equipped with microwave, kettle and little fridge. Table and chairs for having snacks etc. Location was out of the frantic center a little bit which we liked - 8 minute walk to Bologna Metro and about 11 minutes to Tiburtina train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a short stroll and Conad was across the street for our snack/drink needs. They easily accommodated our arrival later in the day by leaving keys in a lock box for us (combination provided in advance). The fresh pastry & coffee for breakfast was at Stendal bar - which is a minute away around the corner of the building. Large comfortable bed. Considering there is 6 or 7 rooms - it was quite a quiet stay.

I arrived and front desk was closed. had to call and wait about 5 minutes for someone to arrive. host did not have change for my city taxes and owed me €3. he said he would leave it under the door but never did, and I had an early checkout so didn’t get a chance to get my money. twin bed has a space between the wall which was inconvenient for my toddler. unable to reaccomodate it. it was noisy, you could hear everything outside and on the halls.
