• Roseragnes (4/5): - El preu. L'espai no semblava gaire net i no van netejar durant l'estada cap de les zones comuns ni els lavabos. A això li sumem que la resta d'hostes ignoraven les recomanacions d'utilitzar les dutxes del seu pis i utilitzaven les que volien deixant-les brutes i plens de pèls. Vam enviar un missatge per Booking i ens van dir que l'endemà hi netejarien, però el bany va continuar brutíssim. La zona de cuina, només tenia un microones antiquat i no hi havia ni plats ni gots ni coberts, així que no et gaire útil.

• Emma (9/5): Suosittelen lämpimästi! - Huone oli iso ja sijainti erinomainen rauhallisella paikalla. Kauppa on majoitusta vastapäätä, mikä oli loistavaa. Aivan ihana työntekijä oli paikalla :) Aluksi meille oli annettu väärä huone, mutta saimme asian hoidettua vaivattomasti ja saimme lopulta oikein hyvän ja tilavan huoneen. Majoituspaikan henkilökunta ei puhunut englantia, mutta saimme sekaannuksen hoidettua kääntäjän avulla.

• Seungjoon (4/5): - 이전 투숙객이 남기고 간 음식인지는 모르겠지만 새 상태의 음식이 있었다. 방음에는 문제가 없는 듯 하다. 전체적으로 가격에 비해 방이 넓고 침대가 크다 방의 온도가 잠에 방해가 될 정도로 춥다. 침대와 배게에 머리카락이 있었고 전체적으로 먼지가 많았다. 문의내용에 대한 응답 시간이 상당히 늦었다.

• m (5/5): THE民泊　バッパショウタみたいで楽しかったね！ - 低価格でリーズナブルでした。 徒歩１０ｍに ・有料パーキング、日中最大１７００円、夜間最大３００円で ・ディスカウントスーパーBIGA　 ・コインランドリー があり、とても便利でした。 池袋駅まで徒歩30分で楽しめました。 共同のキッチンは綺麗でした。wifi環境が良くて快適でした。 決済時、謎の清掃代3,000円が上乗せされて意味不明でした。宿泊者分の歯磨きセットがない、タオルが収納されている箱が埃まみれで不衛生でバスアメニティが不十分、民泊ベースだったため、トイレやシャワー共同で、音が丸聞こえで息をひそめながら生活していました。エアコンが故障しており、暖房が使えず室内が寒く不快でした。清掃が行き届いてなく、ベッド下や収納に埃が溜まっており清掃しなおしました。室内や廊下の床も掃除し直しました。掃除機、フローリングシートなど掃除道具を置いておいてくれたら良かったです。

• Ying-Wen (5/5): - 車站離住宿走路不到十分鐘， 車站附近有很多商店。超市就在住宿的對面很方便。 我們是住三張雙人床的房型， 位在一樓。房間就正對著大門出入口， 晚上進進出出的人一直到半夜2點多， 而一大早六點多就又陸陸續有人起床出門了，很吵（腳步聲說話聲）。 如果你是怕吵的人要就不建議訂此房型。

• Jose Jonay (1/5): - La estancia está algo lejos de la estación más cercana, nada más llegar no teníamos llave y la encontramos tirada debajo de la cama, las imágenes engañan, la cocina y baños son compartidos y todo está bastante sucio, incluida las habitaciones, la calefacción no no servía habiendo 5 grados en ese momento, se escucha al resto de huéspedes y además nos tocó un cuarto piso sin ascensor, bastante incómodo si vas con bastante equipaje como era nuestro caso, nos encontramos comida de otras personas en la nevera de nuestro habitación y la dueña vino a los días se llevó la nevera sin avisar y dejó la comida en el pasillo, pelos por todas las habitación y en las sábanas. Nada recomendable y muy sucio.

• Lili (8/5): 温馨舒适，很不错的一间民宿！ - 房间有两部空调非常好，可以在炎热的夏天迅速把房间变凉。卫生良好，离地铁站不算很远，出行方便。 床上用品最好改用纯棉制品，我入住时床上枕头没有枕套，并且明显有污渍，所以我没有使用。

• Kaylee (9/5): Great stay in Tokyo! - Very cute building, the AC worked great, comfortable bed, and kind hosts! The upstairs bathroom did not have AC, but that was okay!
• Martin (10/5): Excellent quality/price ratio close to the center of Tokyo - This is a family house with 2 floors dedicated to host visitors. The rooms are stylish, with air conditioning and many electric plugs. There is a communal kitchen altough there is no cuttlery and just a microwave, but there is free hot and cold filtered water available at all times. The place is located 20 minute walking away from Ikebukuro and just 5-7 minute walking from Oyama station on the Tobu Line. There is a supermarket across the street and many places to eat close to Oyama station. There is a washing machine to use for free in case you need it. Maybe they can have some cuttlery and the chance to use a stove to make some light food.
• Martin (10/5): Amazing place close to Ikebukuro Yamanote Line - It is a family house where the 3rd and 4rd floor (2 rooms on each floor) are rented for guests. The toilets are very stylish and modern (as in most of places in Japan) with Toto WC's. The wifi works perfectly and the rooms are very comfortable and ample, with AC. There were guests on the other floor which were very noisy, but this was not the fault of the place.

• A (7/5): Good - The room itself was very spacious for three people. the bathrooms were outside the room. There was a small vanity with a small kitchen and kitchen appliances. The host provided plenty of amenities including tooth brushes and towels. There was an iron and two air conditioners. There was no elevator so it was difficult to carry luggage up. It was a little hard to locate and the location itself was a bit far away from our main tokyo destinations. It was close to a train line which would take you to most places so that was good.

• Pannathorn (7/5): Good - The room is pretty cozy and clean. Love the dining space, great for relaxation and hanging out. Wish there was an elevator. This place is not suitable for someone with heavy luggage if you stay on the upper floor.
• Telena (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable. - Easy check in and check out. The property is spacious and homely. Everything was clean and well maintained and the house had cute character. Carrying our heavy luggage up four flights of stairs, luckily my husband is strong. Also it would be great if there was a lock installed on the shower room door on the fourth floor and a lock on the front entrance of the building for added security and peace of mind for guests.

The wifi also worked well, and all the check-in instructions were clear. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had so many pieces of baggage to bring, while the stairs were quite cramped. It was just a bit unexpected for us.

• Isabella (10/5): Awesome and cozy place for big family. - Place was nice and cozy, very cofortable if you are travelling in a big group. My entire family rented out all 4 floors so it was comfortable for all of us. The location is a slight walk to Ōyama train station. However, we managed as a group of 9 (2 being children). It was just the late night returning from walking all day just to walk from station to bnb that was a littlw tiring.

The neighborhood felt super local, giving me a genuine taste of the area. There's a public bathhouse, a laundromat, and a convenience store all close by, which made everything really convenient. The staff were incredibly patient and gave me all the info I needed—from self-check-in tips to getting around. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off at a much cheaper rate than taxis. If you're looking for a comfortable, authentic stay that won't break the bank, I highly recommend here!
• Lujan (8/5): Overall, my stay was pleasant. - There was no breakfast provided. The location is in a convenient area. I did not like that there was no Wifi service beginning on the second to the last day and the staff was unable to restore it.
• Ahmad (7/5): Pleasant stay at Itabashi - Check-in instruction was easy. The room was clean, toilet is just next door, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was astonishing! All the amenities listed are as advertised. My room was at the 4th floor, there is no elevator. If you bring many and heavy luggages, a bit exhausted to bring them up & down with narrow and stiff staircase. Apart from that, the property is good. Recommended.
• Doreen (8/5): Very good - Nearest train station is Oyama (Tobu Tojo) line. If you can walk about 20mins, the nearest JR line is Ikebukuro station. There's a laundry area just beside our place of stay and also two convenience stores on the left and right of the apartment. The room I've got is shared for 5pax. It's a little small with the luggages.but you can deposit the luggage at level 2 corner if you like

• Law (7/5): is a cheap n convenient place with restaurant, laundry shop and mini mart.. - We like the dining area.. is so cosy n comfort.. we like to chill out at the table while the other guests r not in... The bed nearer to the door, we can feel the spring of the bed.. plus I think 3 of us got bitten by bed bugs, my hubby & daughter got many rashes on their legs (they sleep with short), I only got some rash at my angle cos i forget to wear sock for one night.. and the door is too low, my hubby got hit a few times while walking thru.. other than all r good..
