• Airi (1/5): 最悪の出来事でした - ないです まず部屋がある建物周辺の治安があまり良くなく身の危険を感じるほどでした。お部屋に入ると清掃がされておらず前泊者の退出後そのままでした。そのことを宿泊施設の方に伝えると、すぐに別のお部屋を案内してくださったのですが、そちらの鍵ボックスを開けるキーを間違って伝えられ、何度もやりとりをすることになり、約1時間ほどロスをしました。結局新しい鍵のボックスキーがわからず開けられなかったため、別のホテルをその場で予約し、こちらはキャンセルしました。返金をお願いしても先方が理解していただいているのかわからない反応で、現在困っています。
• ravid (7/5): פתרון סביר - פתרון טוב במחיר לא מאד יקר ליד התחנה המרכזית אך עדיין יקר ביחס לתמורה לדעתי. חדר פשוט מאד. הבעיה המרכזית שם היה רעש של המשתמשים בחדרים האחרים. סהכ מקום נח ופתרון טוב למי שמחפש במילאנו משהו יחסית לא יקר . ניקיון - בסדר , כן רואים שהשתדלו וחשבו על הפרטים הקטנים. היה לי שם לילה קצר ולא ישנתי הרבה לצערי .

• Giuseppina (9/5): Ottimo!! - La struttura è a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, e vicino alla metro. Quindi molto comoda. Il palazzo da fuori non è moderno, ma le stanze dentro sono tutte state ristrutturate.... Disponibile il proprietario, che siamo arrivate prima senza avvisare (mi ero dimenticata) e ci ha fatto comunque lasciare le borse e fatto preparare prima la camera. Molto preciso nel dare indicazioni sulle chiavi e i vari codici per entrare. È importantissimo..... materasso comodo... abbiamo dormito benissimo 😍 È andato tutto bene

• Sandra (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe - Das Zimmer war sauber. Es ist rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Milano Centrale entfernt. Es gibt einige Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über Mail (Check-in). Ich habe vor dem offiziellen Check-in meine Tasche dort abgeben können.

• Dan - Andrei (8/5): - Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna. Nu am avut probleme cu accesul in camera. Camera este in regula, putin cam mica, dar stiam asta dinainte. Un plus este smart tv-ul si faptul ca am putut folosi aparatul pentru cafea. Izolarea fonica nu este prea buna, se poate auzi din celelalte camera. In bloc si in zona sunt multi imigranti care in timpul serii se aduna in grupuri la intrarea in curtea in care se afla blocul.

• Raquel (8/5): - Localizado a 5 minutos a pé da estação de Milão Central, num bairro calmo. Quarto com tamanho ideal para uma noite, com cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. Iluminação no quarto muito gira. Ofereciam água, café e chá. Boa comunicação com o dono/a do espaço. Chegamos umas horas antes do check-in e o dono/a, assim como a senhora responsável pela limpeza do espaço, foram impecáveis em deixar-nos colocar as malas no futuro quarto e ficarmos logo com as chaves do mesmo. O wi-fi não funcionou durante toda a nossa estadia

• marguerite (7/5): good location for one night in transit - the building presented as scary with broken windows and sketchy ,people going in and out but we decided to try it. the room was very nice, clean, well kept and seemed new and modern. the concierge went out of her way to help us. it was good for one night after arriving from a long flight and heading off the next day. good location close to Stazione Centrale with many shops and food options sketchy building and occupants

• Ольга Задоренко (7/5): - Чисто, тихо, свежий ремонт, сантехника, белье. Хоть оплату за жилье списали заблаговременно, инструкции по заселению не были высланы. Мы извещали во сколько мы заселимся, но придя по адресу стояли у закрытых ворот дома более 1.5 часа. На звонки и сообщения никто не отвечал. Мы потратили дополнительные деньги, чтобы связаться с booking в роуминге. Только через время нам прислали инструкции, т.е. вовремя мы не заселились. Wifi также пришлось просить.

• Carosi (8/5): Stanza bella e funzionale, zona meno ma tutto facilmente raggiungibile - Stanza bella moderna e dotata di quasi tutti i confort utili per un soggiorno di un giorno Mancanza totale di contatti fisici e accoglienza con gli host, e del condizionatore. I fruitori non sono seguiti e controllati in quel che fanno.

• GAVRIELLA (9/5): - Estaba muy limpio y tranquilo. La cama era muy cómoda. Dispone de un sistema de cerradura muy seguro. Está a 10 minutos de la estación.
• Ilaria (6/5): Per una notte può andare - La stanza è carina e offre una buona alternativa per una notte a Milano senza spendere una follia. Mancando il condizionatore, viene fornito un indispensabile (specie in estate) ventilatore. Macchinetta del caffè a disposizione dei clienti della struttura. Purtroppo il punto dolente è la pulizia, a dir poco approssimativa: abbiamo trovato il lavandino e il relativo ripiano pieni di schizzi grigi e diversi capelli in giro per camera e bagno. La posizione, poi, non è delle migliori: la fermata della metro più vicina è a 700m,che non sono un problema col bel tempo, ma se si trova qualche giorno di pioggia diventa un po' lunghetta.
• Rosemary (7/5): Good location - The room was clean and comfortable. No kettle to boil for tea. Fridge not connected. Tile floor very slippery in bathroom when wet. We found on arrival no one around to show us where to go. We were fortunate to run into a cleaner who was happy to help show us where to go and access our room with explanation of the door coded etc.

Quando siamo arrivati il proprietario non sapeva in che camera eravamo alloggiati abbiamo dovuto cercare delle foto della nostra prenotazione per capire dove metterci ...una cosa assurda per non parlare che c'è voluta un ora per venirne a capo

• András (3/5): - HU Tiszta volt. ENG It was clean. HU - 5. szoba - 3/2 éjszaka nem tudtunk fürödni mert nem volt meleg víz. - A tulajdonos nem válaszol se az angol se az olasz nyelvű üzenetekre. A tulajdonost telefonon se lehet elérni. - Nem volt huzat a takarón - A zuhanytálca szigetelés alul rossz volt, így zuhanyzásnál hiába volt behúzva az ajtó, elázott az egész fürdő. - Az ablak a belső udvarra néz, ahol az összes szemetet gyűjtik (nem egy szép látvány), és a galambok is odaszoktak az ablakba. - A gipkarton falak miatt MINDEN áthallatszik a szomszéd szobákból. ENG - room nr.5 - We couldn't bathe for 3/2 nights because there was no hot water. - The owner does not responded to any messages I’ve sent, neither in English or Italian. The owner cannot be reached by phone either. - There was no draft on the blanket. - The shower tray’s insulation was bad at the bottom, so even if the door was closed when showering, the whole bathroom got soaked. - The window overlooks to the inner courtyard, where all the garbage is collected (not a pretty sight), and the pigeons are also used to the window. - Due to the plasterboard walls, EVERYTHING can be heard from the neighboring rooms.
• Veronika (8/5): - Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Elég közel van az állomáshoz, villamosmegállóhoz. Tiszta és rendezett. A bejutás elsőre bonyolultnak tűnik, de fotókkal ellátott részletes tájékoztatót kaptunk és gyorsan belejöttünk. Elég vékonyak a falak, elég nagy az áthallás. Valami furcsa szag volt a szobában, nem volt nagyon zavaró (inkább csak éjszaka) valószínűleg a csatornából jöhet.

• Marina (5/5): - New renovation, comfortable bed Dirty bedspread with huge stains on the bed. bedside table with traces similar to sexual lubricant. Looks like this room is being rented for dates. The decoration of the room and the light in the bathroom are appropriate. also a very bad area.

• Diana (6/5): Cómodo pero con problemas de wifi - La habitación es muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para la estancia, tal cual como aparece en la foto. La habitación es dentro de un apartamento, que está en un edificio de residencia familiar., te dejan las llaves en un candado afuera y te dan las instrucciones para ingresar. Es decir, no hay personal encargado presente. El wifi nunca funcionó y le escribimos al host de la página por todos los medios pero nunca respondió. Nunca conocimos al encargado para que nos solucionara lo del wifi. Se escuchan los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.
• camilla (10/5): - è davvero comodo perché trovi le chiavi già fuori e tramite dei codici che vengono inviati tramite e-mail riesci a gestirti in modo molto autonomo, sono stata solo una notte però è davvero pulito e per aver preso una stanza piccolina era davvero strutturata in modo moderno e super accogliente, ritornerò molto volentieri
