Guest Reviews
- Seu Chi (7/5): 生活機能非常方便,採買生活用品方便 - 地理位置方便,旁邊有7-11,life超市,廚房用具齊全 房間有灰塵,毛絮,浴室缺少置放衣服的置物架
- Bayalkoti (1/5): When I reached the location. They said that room in given to another consumer and want to cancel my - I lost a lot of money by train and bus as well as food according to location. my trip gone very bad because of hotel.i think I stayed hotel is more cheaper than I booked hotel
- Mark (10/5): My family enjoyed our stay. Will surely rebook this if we come again to Japan in the future. - Location is the best. Close to Uguisudani station, very close to Life Supermarket where you can buy almost everything. There are 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson stores nearby as well. Got nearby laundry house and lots of local restaurants nearby. Toilet got no bidet and not the usual japanese toilet. Bathtub is tumbling as well. Recommend to overhaul the whole toilet for better visitor experience.
- Thangam (8/5): Very good -
- Rajshekhar (4/5): Disappointing -
- Battumur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristina (5/5): Room so small for 4 but good is near to MRT. - Nearest to MRT Says good for 4 but definitely not. No space for 4 including the luggages
- Cheyenne (9/5): Cute little spot in Tokyo - It was super close to the station and the lady who rented us the place was super kind and helpful. She was still cleaning when we arrived, but we could drop our bags without any problems One of the beds was quite hard, so that was a little less. But that did not spoil the rest of it :)
- Efrat (9/5): Very small but nice - The location is s very good,
Less than 5 min walk from a subway with a lot of food choices
There is a supermarket 2 seconds from the house
The host is very nice.
The house has everything you need. We were 4 and for us it was very small
For 2 or even three it is small but ok.
The bath is tilted so the water stays inside
But overall we liked it
- Ranjith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastiano (8/5): Very pleasant stay, will definitely recommend. - The apartment is small but efficiently furnished and can house house 3 people relatively comfortably.
Big windows in the bedroom give plenty of light to the room in the morning and make it fast to refresh the air inside the apartment before going out.
The kitchen is well equipped and even has a fume hood that will suck away all cooking smells outside.
The washing machine is new, clean and easy to use (though all writings are in Japanese so we had to use a translator app)
There is a box near the entrance of the building where trash bags can be left, which I really appreciated because that way I could sort trash for recycling (usually impossible in a regular hotel).
On the map it seems much farther from the station than it actually is, we could easily get to the station in less than 4 minutes.
Just beside the apartment building there's a HottoMotto (Japanese bento fast food chain) and a supermarket that can help save a lot of money on meals.
There's also several restaurants nearby including a great ramen shop right on the other side of the road and a Wagyu focused yakiniku restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building.
We communicated with the host through Booking's chat, they were very friendly and always ready to help and answer questions regarding the apartment. The bathroom can get quite cold and since the window is small most of the water vapor will condensate on every surface after showering/bathing; we had to keep the bathroom window constantly open otherwise the walls would get moldy.
Neither the bathroom sink nor the bathtub have their own plumbing and the water is just dumped on the floor where it is then drained through a floor drain.
Which means the bathroom floor is constantly wet, and will get completely flooded when draining the bathtub after a bath.
