• Sebastian (3/5): Poor - Very cooperative owner according to the check in times. There was a washing machine and dryer as well as a coffee maker. The neighbors played extremely loud music for hours. The place was not very clean and was moldy.

• Rudy (10/5): Small place with plenty of space in North Miami - 10 family members in town to attend my son's Graduation from Barry Medical School. Perfect location for our needs, and good area for anything in the North Miami area . Plenty of parking spaces and friendly neighborhood... There's nothing we didn't like about this place.
