Πολύ ήσυχο διαμέρισμα παρά την θέση δεν καταλαβαίνεις ότι είναι κέντρο Αθήνας ακόμα και Σάββατο βράδυ με δυνατή μουσική από τα μαγαζιά. Καθαριότητα και επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτήτη σε άψογο επίπεδο. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!!

• Mercedes (10/5): APARTAMENTO PERFECTAMENTE UBICADO SITUADO EN EL CENTRO DE ATENAS, PERO EN UN EDIFICIO TRANQUILO - La amabilidad de la persona que gestiona el apartamento, solicitamos poder dejar las maletas antes de las 15:00 h. que es la hora de entrada y no sólo nos permitió sino que pudimos alojarnos a las 11:30 horas, algo que valoramos porque pudimos aprovechar toda la mañana para visitar Atenas. Apartamento extremadamente limpio y en una ubicación perfecta para explorar todo el centro de Atenas, plaza Syntagma, Omonia, etc..., pero al mismo tiempo en un edificio sin ruidos. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos. Por decir algo negativo, las almohadas son muy altas y duras, tuvimos que dormir sobre los cojines.

• Marc (6/5): Not a bad place to stay when exploring Athens - The apartment was well located in the city, close to public transport, easy to and from airport, of sufficient size and spotlessly clean with mostly newer furnishings. Loved the pillows; got to get some for me. The owner was very nice. Allowed me a later check out due to it was raining. Over all, for most people it would deserve a high rating. The apartment is very hard to find given that Google maps don't show it's correct location or how to access it. The owner had to navigate me in after I texted him to confirm the location. Thankfully he was on property. I could not get a hot (thankfully at least it was warm) shower for more than a few seconds at a time and continuously had to adjust the temperature until it reached its maximum (still warm). This probably had to do with the water heater purposely shutting off when I left the apartment as I was instructed to push a button to start the heater each time I returned. And given the lateness of my returns, I could only allow about 30 minutes for the water to heat before showering. And after 25,000 steps each day exploring Athens, a shower was truly required. Personal quirk, I know, but you asked... Also, the mattress was far too soft and I woke up each morning with a bad back ache... So, both the beginning and end of my days there were less than pleasant. Otherwise, it was great!

Great location, safe neighbourhood , very comfortable for one or 2 persons and very good value for money. I was travelling alone and had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. • Matthew (9/5): Super apartment in central Athens - A great little apartment in central Athens, right next to Syntagma square and within easy walking distance of the main sites and Acropolis. Comfortable large bed, good shower and nice facilities. Snacks and coffee pods were provided and the owner's communication was very good. The only down side is the windows are of the back of office buildings etc but at least it is a light and airy apartment!

• Wiktoria (10/5): Amazing place to stay - The host was very kind - we had our flight delayed and he was on a line with us till 1AM when we finally arrived to apartment - it was seriously so much appreciated that we had that support. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed even to cook simple meal , breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Location is in my opinion best in Athens - so much great restaurant, caffee, bakeries around and walkable distance to all tourists attraction - despite it’s nearby bars the apartment itself is literally so quiet than nothing was disturbing our sleep. We also felt safe there. If I were again in Athens I would definitely stay there again :) Nothing

• Louise (8/5): Handy, reasonably priced room in the heart of the city - The location was 10/10 Fabulous for sightseeing. No need to use public transport, I walked everywhere. There's food and drink establishments everywhere for every budget. The apartment, despite being in the heart of downtown Athens was very very quiet. No noise at all whatsoever which was great. The bed was very comfy although had a very slight dip in the middle. There was a duvet provided but no duvet cover. The air con (heating and warming) was very efficient and quiet. The owners kindly offered me a late check out which I was grateful for. The shower head doesn't have a hook so you have to hold it which is awkward especially when you are washing hair. The cooking facilities are minimal. It's more set up for reheating, there's a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is a little pan heater but only one pan and minimal/basic cooking equipment, certainly isn't suitable to cook a meal.

We usually stay in the Plaka but were also very happy with this location as it was easier with luggage to & from the airport. Will definitely consider for future stays. Hand held shower was fine for us (good pressure & hot). A bracket for the shower head would be a good addition though.

Very central, you can walk everywhere. There was also a little elevator, very useful. The host was super kind, our flight was delayed but he waited for us. Highly recommended. Nothing negative. Small but ideal for a few days.

It was very clean, air-con was great and the host left some bottled water and coffee which was a nice touch. Even in the middle of the action very quiet, as the Appartement faces to the back of the house. We were welcomed by the host and offered free water and Café. Everything was well explained by the host and tips for sightseeing and restaurants were given. We can recommend. A picture from the house entrance could help to easier find the location.

• Ildiko (10/5): Sheer perfection - A little gem in the very heart of Athens. You are literally a stone throw away from Syntagma, yet, the flat itself is quiet and you can relax after a busy day in town. Food, drink, museums, everything is at your doorstep. The place itself is spotlessly clean, equipped with the necessary amenities. The owner is super responsive and is there for you at any hour of the day. I loved everything. The only thing I could not find was a hair dryer, but knowing the owner I'm sure he would have brought one if I had asked.
