- Gaylene (8/5): - Very clean. Hot showers and comfy beds good heating. In a reasonably quiet side street. A short walk to public bus, allow ten mins walk to tram. Tours can be picked up at Rydges South hotel within five min walk. Decor is a bit shabby. Some kitchen items missing electric kettle and toaster.
- Wolfie57 (8/5): Good location and clean well maintained property. - Spacious two bedroomed apartment with air con and kitchen/diner. Great property and no issues at all. Nothing negative to say other than the fact it was very expensive but I imagine it was because the Ashes was on.

- Hazel (4/5): Very disappointing - photos advertising the property online do not show the actual condition - Convenient to the city Layout of rooms - i.e small lounge at front of house with front door into. Carpets were worn, rippled, stained and dreadful. Lots of wires along the skirting boards for internet installation! Shower door incorrectly fitted and wouldn’t close tight!
