• Petra Rebeka (10/5): Everything was good💗 - Everything was super on this play, the location is the best your could wish. The toilet is really small, it werent a problem for us, but if you are a bigger person then size S or M, it wont be suitanle for you to sit down to the toilet. But for us was totally okay. No problem with it.
• sara (8/5): Ottimo per una coppia che vuole immergersi in uno dei più bei quartieri di Barcellona. - Ottima posizione, confortevole per due persone di statura media (sotto i 175 cm). arredamento funzionale, grazioso e in un contesto tipico con alcuni dettagli archietttonici coerenti con il palazzo non recente ma gradevoli. Pulito, presente tutto il necessario come indicato sulle caratteristche. Il bagno è un pò piccolo se si è alti o di corporatura robusta, ma ha tutto e la doccia è comoda. I dettagli sono curati ma piccole riparazioni un pò sommarie della porta e del pavimento non lo valorizzano. E' un terzo piano senza ascensore, non è stato un problema ma per chi ha esigenze specifche può essere un problema, il palazzo è un'archietttura in linea con quello che è il quartiere. gli scuri in legno possono sembrare vecchi o usurati ma sono molto caratteristici e donano un certo calore. Il prezzo probabilmente è in linea con la città ma forse qualcosina in meno sarebbe più coerente con qualche piccolo disagio con cui fare un compromesso.
• Camila (1/5): Horrivel - Localizacao A casa de banho e muito ma, nao tem espaco, lencois nao cabem na cama, ficamos com comichoes e a agua quente acabava rapido Ao fazer o checkin disseram para irmos embora porque ainda estava a ser limpo e ofereceram-nos late check out para sair as 15, no dia do check out queriamos descansar antes do voo e quando chegamos depois de almoco estava uma senhora a limpar em casa a dizer que ja tinha passado a hora de sairmos. Embora a senhora que nos fez o check in tenha sido simpatica e prestavel, o dono da casa que nos contactou mais tarde foi extremamente antipático e nao foi capaz de pedir desculpa pela falta de comunicação com a colega. Saimos de la cansados, com comichoes (talvez percevejos?) e com a certeza que não voltaremos. Não recomendo!

• Rainer Lenz (4/5): 12 Nächte für 1,896.80€ - ich habe deutlich mehr erwartet - Die Lage war super. Gracia ist ein schöner, alternativer Stadtteil. Ein Aldi ist um die Ecke und alles was man braucht innerhalb von maximal 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Die Küche ist mit guten Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Ich würde mehrfach nachts von Geschrei im Hausflur geweckt. Das Bett steht an einer ungedämmten Tür und einem Einglasfenster zum Hausflur. Auch wenn das Verhalten der anderen Bewohner im Haus nicht in der Hand der Vermieter liegt, so ist die Dämmung und das Arrangement der Einrichtung durchaus in seiner Hand. Auch die Fenster zur Straße sind ebenfalls Einglasfenster. Das passt nicht zum Preissegment der Unterkunft. Bei zum Teil weit über 100€ die Nacht erwarte ich mehr. Ebenfalls fällt die Diskrepanz zu Hotelpreisen auf, und jeder Service (late check in, Zwischenreinigung...) kostet extra. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht angemessen (Staub bin mind. 6 Wochen unterm Bett, fremder Haare, Teppich unsauber). Hier wurde mir eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung angeboten. Das Bad hatte einige Stockflecken und der Lack der Fliesen hat sich gelöst und klebte nach dem Duschen unter meinen Füßen. Insgesamt spiegeln die Bilder nicht den Zustand der Wohnung wieder. Ich habe sehr ausdauernd auf meine Unzufriedenheit hinweisen müssen. Letztendlich wurden mir 100€ (knapp 5% erlassen). Für mich ein klares "nie wieder".

• Beck (7/5): Schönes Appartement, mit einem engen, dunklen Treppenhaus. - Sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Alles war vorhanden. Fand es auch super, dass es Waschmittel vor Ort im Appartement gab. Enges, dunkles Treppenhaus. Ohne Aufzug ist es nicht so toll den Koffer in den dritten Stock hochzutragen.

• Renee (8/5): What we needed in an excellent area, but mind the bathroom space - The apartment is located in an excellent area, deserving of its own exploration; we were pleasantly surprised. We were still able to reach all Barcelona attractions within 30 minutes of walking and discovered many things along the way. The bedroom and lounge areas of the apartment are good, with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed some Netflix. It's three levels of steps up to the apartment, so keep that in mind and prepare your fitness! Despite the host communicating with us numerous times in the days before we checked in, the company/host still managed to mix up our keys so we couldn't check in upon arrival. We were exhausted after a full day of travelling including a delayed flight. With so many texts between us, we have no idea why you wouldn't double-check the key to make sure it works, if you've been at or near the accommodation all day! The bathroom is a strange shape and the shower is tiny, neither of us could manage to actually wash ourselves properly. The shower goes cold and stays cold if you flush the toilet at the same time. My 6 foot 3 inch tall husband found it difficult to fit into the toilet area? Basically, it's a very small bathroom space - it ends up being a wet room so just wipe down the whole room after a shower.
