• Dale (8/5): Lovely property for a family holiday. - Nicely presented holiday home. Good quality inclusions, equipment and furnishings. Centrally located, but a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the driveway in peak Christmas holiday traffic! We would have appreciated a basket or tub to carry wet washing, and a couple of airers to use on the back deck. The outside clothesline was damaged and covered in cobwebs. The pegs had been left out/on the line and many were dirty/broken - the mosquitoes were pretty nasty when we tried to put washing outside.

• Aaron (10/5): Great place to relax on a family holiday and close to all the Yamba tourist spots - Much more spacious than the photos indicate. There was a lockup remote garage for the car. Two toilets upstairs and kids bedroom shares access to one with master bedroom. Downstairs in nice shade all day so stays cool. Downstairs toilet and laundry. We saw a kangaroo from the window one afternoon. Liked it all

• Elmarie (9/5): We had a wonderful 4-night stay and the beautiful birds in the trees around the property was a bonus. Will definitely re - It’s even more spacious than what it looks like on photos. A lovely, cozy living area with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs. Everything we needed was there with a nice welcome gift too. We went in winter so the house was chilly inside BUT there are small heaters and nice warm blankets in every room.
• Melanie (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay. - This property is outstanding. The attention to detail was fantastic. Everything was so comfortable and convenient. It was quiet and peaceful but close to the main streets and restaurants. So spacious. The welcome gift was a lovely touch, and all communication I had with manager was helpful and enthusiastic. We really enjoyed staying there. Really nothing I didn’t like about it.
• Andrew (5/5): Disappointed that it was not as advertised. - Location was great. Everything seemed nice and clean. Welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was nice touch. Accommodation was definitely not as described. Booking.com advertises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We only had one bathroom between the two bedrooms with each bedroom leading into the bathroom, and no separate door accessible from hallway, which at least would have given us a little privacy. We were there as a couple and a guest from overseas, and were constantly worried about walking in on each other. We did note that there was another bedroom (possibly the master bedroom) and probably an ensuite in the apartment, but this was locked off. There was a separate toilet downstairs without it's own sink, so couldn't even be classified as a 1/2 bathroom. This meant hands had to be washed either in the kitchen sink or the laundry next to it, with no hand towels provided for sink in either laundry or kitchen. The parking area for the apartment was very dirty with a large pile of leaves and branches against the wall which meant climbing over this to reach the car.

Double parking spot was great-one garage and one car park Even with the blinds closed in the afternoon, it was still very warm. Some extra pedestal fans would have helped. Air conditioning would be great for the summer.

• Noreen (7/5): Good - This accommodation was spacious. Great kitchen. Plenty of space Location was good. The outdoor balcony was not clean furniture covered in cobwebs and debris. Out door area definitely let this place down. Bedlinen was torn.
