• Winnie (3/5): Miserable - Room was shabby and old. Some cracks on the wall here and there. What worst is the hostility of the host, who repeatedly sending us messages to warn no shoes allowed, throw your own rubbish, make no noise or else they will throw you out from room if neighbours complaint. Any sign of shoes stepped in room, they will penalise you. Worst choice, many much better hotels nearby. Will definitely not return to this place again.

• Her Sheng (9/5): overall this place is really good for a family of 4 members to stay with the strategic location - The location is extremely convenient and is just 10 seconds as soon as you walk out from the namba station from exit 6. the surrounding area has a few convenient store (family mart) and the apartment is close to a lot of attraction like dotonburi street. the only bad thing if you ask me is the apartment during the night time has people shouting mainly due to drunk people as the apartment on level 2 has a ladies bar

• Shirley (9/5): Very happy with the accommodation for the rate per night. We stayed for3 nights. - The location was in the middle of a large city next to a major train station yet amazingly quiet at night. Shops and transportation nearby were a special plus.
• Romel (10/5): Exceptional - The room, bathroom, and shower room was big and clean, the beds and couch were soft, and it had a kitchen with plates and utensils. One of the handles of the kitchen drawer was breaking and we couldn't use it. There wasn't any extra blankets to use.

• Rc (10/5): Wonderful place - This place truly felt like home!!!! The owner is such a lovely who makes your time here even more memorable. The room is spacious, extremely clean, has a desk, a very comfortable bed and nice, good working aircon. Very close to Dotonbori ,convenience store and a station which the exits -
• Nor (10/5): Great Stay in Osaka! - Very close to Osaka Station. 4-5 mins walk. Have everything we need the most during our trip - iron with iron board, a lot of hanger, dryer, folding clothes rack, washing machine, kettle, toilet with bidet (our other hostel doesn’t have the water bidet spray). The space a bit small but great enough for 3-4 people with average size baggage. Walking distance to Dotonbori area and halal food shop for muslim. Very recommended with reasonable price. Maybe the lift a little bit small.
• Dominic (9/5): Superb - Very close to station exits on the Midosuji Line, multiple shopping streets, Dotonbori, and more. At the same time, far enough from the hustle and bustle to avoid much crowd noise. Didn't use it, as I rented one elsewhere, but I appreciated a pocket wifi unit being provided for use. Though it can accommodate four, space gets a little tight at that point.

• Gabriel (7/5): Very good location and comfortable if you are using the property just for rest. - The property was very well located in Namba downtown near the station, Dotombori area, Takashimaya, convenience stores, etc. The property is kind of small for our party of 4 but confortable enough for sleeping purposes. Please note that there is a adult bar in the same building.

• Janet (1/5): If it is just two persons then yes it is a good and simple unit to rest on. Location to Dontonburi is really near! - Location is really good. The lift can only accommodate two adults with two large luggages at any one time. There was a female holding a card sign at the entrance to the unit with many men drinking in stupor and loud. Unit is very cramp for 4 adults
• Juana (9/5): A homely stay - The room feel homely, as if it is our own home. Not that spacious, but accommodated my family of 3 comfortably. Sufficient facilities & amenities. Located in a strategic location and close to train station. The lift and the entrance to the house is too small. Cramped with just 3 of us :)
• Tanyalak (8/5): Good location smaller than i think but worth - location is the best very close to Namba the bathroom floor is very cold the bathroom is quite small and there are mirrors only on the toilet space is smaller than we think the image looks prettier the bed is a very good mattress location is amazing
