• Steve (9/5): Immer wieder gern! - War alles top! Nichts zu bemängeln!
• Harrie (1/5): - Niets. We zijn binnen geweest, er zouden 2 slaapkamers zijn maar bleek niet zo te zijn. Er is één slaapkamer, en een bed in de woonkamer. Dit vind ik niet normaal, we hebben een andere verblijf geboekt. De lokatie in een ongure straat.
• Marilia (9/5): Great stay - Location was great to visit Christmas market. Instructions clear, parking easy, house clean, all what we needed available (amenities in the bathroom and kitchen). Only negative point was the music in the building or neighbor (not sure) at 3am. Not super loud but a bit annoying.
• Mathias (10/5): Für ein Wochenende oder Konzert absolut empfehlenswert! - Für unseren Zweck (Konzert im Rosenhof)war die Lage perfekt.Das Auto parkt man abseits der gut befahrenen Straße im Innenhof,.Die Schlüssel bekommt man mit einem Code aus einer Schlüsselbox.Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kaffeepadmaschine,Spülmaschine und modernen Ceranfeld und Backofen. Die enge Einfahrt in den Innenhof ist schnell zu übersehen
• Wiebe (8/5): Prettig en ruim appartement, vriendelijk eigenaresse, maar veel geluidsoverlast (omgeving) - Het appartement op zichzelf, waar al het nodige aanwezig was (en meer) De locatie en wijk (lawaai en rumoerig)

• Milos (9/5): - Cozy, very good host. It was all the time online to solve the problem with heating.
• Peggy (1/5): Unser Aufenthalt betrug 20 Minuten, danach suchten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft. Möchte mich im Urlaub wohl und geborg - die Küche sah einladend aus Räume wirkten ungemütlich, waren klamm und kalt. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Lage im sozialen Brennpunkt. Wir fühlten uns nicht sicher, lag auch an der einfachen Eingangstür. Fenster waren kahl und schmutzig. Vermieter wenig kooperativ.

• Nielsen (9/5): - Fin lejlighed , pænt og rent🙂 Var lidt svær at finde da vi ankom sen aften og det var mørkt og vi skulle ind i en baggård.

• Leony (8/5): Saubere, zentrale Unterkunft mit moderner Einrichtung - Hell, moderne Einrichtung, Ablauf für den Check in gut organisiert und erklärt. Freundliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber, das fanden wir richtig toll! Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern, die rum krabbeln und alles anfassen. In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte (inkl. Pads für die Kaffeemaschine). Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, zentrale Lage (es ist aber eher Kiez Leben, uns persönlich hat das nicht gestört). Hinterhof und Treppenhaus waren nicht sauber, im Gegensatz zur Wohnung. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten langsam ein wenig Liebe brauchen (Sofa Bezug kaputt, Teppich könnte gereinigt werden, Garderobe im Flur locker). Aber das hat dem insgesamt positiven Eindruck keinen Abbruch getan. Anregung: Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer schaffen und vielleicht dimmbare Lampen :-)
• Susanne (8/5): Topp Unterkunft in lauter Umgebung. - Die Unterkunft an sich war super 👍 schön , modern, großzügig und sauber. Das Mileu, das gesamte Umfeld und die Geräusch- und Geruchsbelästigung ließen uns leider kein Auge zu machen. Sehr schade.

• Lena (8/5): Tolle Wohnung, super zentrumsnah in unangenehmer Nachbarschaft - Eine sehr gemütliche voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit gemütlichem Wohnbereich und nützlichen Drogerieartikeln im Bad. Die Nähe zur Altstadt war toll. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Straße die zumindest am Wochenende gegen Abend von männlichem Alkohol konsumierend Klientel dominiert wird, sodass sich Frauengruppen dort ehr unwohl fühlen. Zudem wurden wir am Wochenende zwei Nächte durchgehend von Bass lastiger Partymusik beschallt.

• Jan (9/5): Fantastische ruim appartement voor de tijd in Osnabrück - Appartement ligt op goede locatie om Osnabrück te bezoeken. Appartement is ruim, licht en goed ingericht. Enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat t 2e bed in de woonkamer staat en de gordijnen daar niet verduisterend zijn.
• Claire (9/5): Lovely comfortable apartment , spotlessly clean, with prompt responses from the owner- thank you - The property was large and bright and very comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Osnabruk. We could not locate an iron which we required as we had travelled from Australia for a family wedding and our clothes were creased. The owner immediately arranged for someone to drop an iron off at the apartment for us to use. There was only 1 key which can be problematic when you are travelling with other family members .

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is neat and organized warm and inviting in a convenient location where you can go shopping, and it also has a private parking area. They also promptly reply to emails. I'll undoubtedly return.

• Melanie (10/5): Very comfortable and cosy place! - I was there with my mom to enjoy the Christmas markets in Osnabrück. We loved the apartment from the first second; so beautiful, cosy and lots of attentive things for guests (such as cotton pads in the bathroom, all kinds of tea etc). The apartment is very spacious too! Steffi & Waldemar are great hosts, they responded quickly to any questions. I’d for sure recommend this place!
