• Tetiana (9/5): - good location, you can go not far by bus or tram. the apartment has air conditioning, which is very helpful in the heat. there is also a balcony, it is small, but you can sit. the apartment is clean and comfortable, lots of appliances and dishes. the washing machine didn't work, when we wrote to the owner of the apartment about it - there was no answer. this is the only negative
• Dutskinov (9/5): - The appartment is at a great location, a place that we loved and felt very well at. Very silent, comfortable. All that you would need. The washing machine wasn't working.
• Bartosz (8/5): Very good - Flat was very spacious and comfortable, with the great location close to the metro station, making it very easy to reach the city center and all possible points of interest. Check in instructions were very clear, we had no issues with accessing the apartment. When we entered the apartment, there was a distinct smell coming from the shower drain, so we were covering it with one of the spare towels, whenever shower was not used, which solved the problem. Another thing to bare in mind, the apartment is very poorly insulated from sounds coming from the apartment above. You can hear every little thing happening above you, including steps, conversations or closing cabinets etc. What was the worst part for me, and it might be the same for you, if you're light sleeper, in the room directly above the bedroom, there's a room in which upstairs neighbour is walking around it and talking, A LOT, either on the phone or in some online calls. For me that meant staying up until he goes to sleep, which could be 1 or 2 AM.

• Maxim (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment, All the facilities that are in the description are really there. The room was clean on arrival. There is an instruction book with all you need to know about the apartment. Big bedroom and living room. Modern shower and kitchen. There are big supermarkets nearby and also places to eat. Getting the key is little bit complicated. You need to find a locker on the street. There is a photos and instructions but still, when you just arrived to new country with your bags, its not convenient. The lifts not always easy to handle. There was a bad smell when I entered the room in the first time, but it gone when I opened the windows. Also a small table on the balcony would be nice. Currently, the nearest metro station is half an hour walk, or 10 minutes by bus, if you have luck and don't wait for it 20 minutes. It waisted a lot of my trip time. In Milan, being nearby to metro station is very important. Washington metro station should be open soon, and this problem will disappear.

• Oluic (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great, super neat and clean. Bed was comfy which is the most important thing for me. Location was nice, two metro lines are 10-15 minutes of walk away. Supermarket is also just a few minutes away. No complaints. I wish there were more condiments and maybe some olive oil because those are generaly not sold in small portions.

• Ruzi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is as it appears in the photos, the house is very clean, warm cozy and comfortable, full of light and with all the facilities,well equiped and everything necessary you will need, very comfortable and in an accessible area,has free wifi access. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our staying there. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled very good. The supermarket is only 10 minutes far by foot. The check in instructions were very clear. I would choose to stay there again. I recommend it 100%. It would be better if there were slippers and some more towels if you are going to stay more than 3 days
