- Josue (6/5): Ok, mas não voltaria. - O ponto forte é a localização, ao lado da rua torta que dá acesso ao centrinho da cidade de Gramado. O condomínio é bem seguro, estacionamento interno incluso. Inflexibilidade para fazer check-in 1 hora mais cedo. O imóvel em si e os móveis são bem antigos. Louças guardadas sujas nos armários e não tinha como lavar pois não disponibilizam esponja e detergente. Muita poeira no chão do quarto e não encontrei vassoura para varrer. A rua é muito barulhenta, pois é uma subida e cada carro que passa faz bastante barulho. Não tem black-out nas janelas, então você tem que dormir com a luz do poste da rua iluminando o quarto.
