• Joselina (9/5): I enjoyed my stay! truly a wonderful home, the just - The location was perfect. It was close to the biennale and so few bridges to cross!!! We also used the living room as a third bedroom And the housekeeper came as soon as to help me make the bed. Thank you for this!!! My bed in the second room was squeaky. While it need just some oil To stop the squeaking of the springs and I was tired most nights and slept asap when I got in— I would wake myself up with the springs’ noise!

Martino the host was knowledgeable and his recommendations were amazing. Having a teenage daughter the two bathrooms were essential! The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed

Nuestra estancia en Cà dei Pozzi ha sido sencillamente espectacular. Si estás buscando un lugar que combine la autenticidad veneciana con la comodidad de sentirse en casa, este es el sitio ideal. Lo que más nos gustó: La Hospitalidad: Los dueños son encantadores. Desde el primer momento nos recibieron con una amabilidad excepcional, dándonos consejos locales y asegurándose de que no nos faltara nada. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle con mucho cariño. La Casa: Es estupenda. Está decorada con mucho gusto, muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario. Es el refugio perfecto después de un largo día recorriendo los canales. Ubicación: Perfecta para explorar la ciudad, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar de maravilla. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir en nuestro próximo viaje a Venecia. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

• Carla (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto ampio, pulitissimo, silenzioso e ben attrezzato. La posizione è comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Mi aspettavo una buona situazione, avendo letto le varie recensioni, ma ha saputo superare le aspettative: decisamente consigliato. Il divano letto non è comodo, probabilmente ha fatto il suo tempo e sarebbe da sostituire, ma è una valutazione soggettiva

• Roberto (10/5): Simply exceptional. - Spacious, clean, great AC. Host Martino was amazing. He great us, explained everything, answer all our questions and even send us a list of recommended places to eat. Kitchen was stock with everything for us to prepare breakfast and dinner.

• Diane (10/5): Bel appartement bien agencé et bien placé - Nous avons aimé l’espace, l’organisation , l’aménagement, les équipements, la propreté, les 2 salles de bain, L’emplacement également la communication n’était pas très conviviale. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu, 20 h au lieu de 18 h. Nous avions prévenu mais cela n’arrangeait pas notre hôte.

• Vanessa (8/5): - A warm welcome from our host martino, who kindly offered help with bags up the stairs to the apartment and showed us around and also shared recommended restaurants (Ventika is excellent). The apartment is a great size with all facilities including coffee pods and a tv that you can use to access Netflix etc, or there is a chessboard. Good and quiet location away from the main crowds with some lovely local osteria and restaurants nearby. Great air con which was very effective. Its minor as they were fine but the bed in the second room is very creaky and the main bed is a firm mattress.

• Geunyoung (10/5): Feel at home in Venice! - The location is very good. It’s near from the highlights of Venice but in quiet residential area. The house is beautiful and spacious for us. Spotless clean and there is everything we needed. There are supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, cafes and some restaurants nearby. The owner is very kind although we couldn’t meet him. We could communicate through WhatsApp very smoothly. I won’t hesitate to stay here again for my next visit. Top choice in Venice!

• Jennifer (10/5): Would recommend this apartment - Lovely owners who met us on arrival and gave clear directions to reach the apartment. Central location, easy walking distance to major attractions and water bus station. Apartment was large enough for our party or six. We cooked in the apartment and made use of the available condiments and did laundry as there was a washing machine. The only reason I didn’t rank full marks on comfort was because my son slept on the sofa bed. He said it was not that comfortable. All other beds were fine.

Very clean with good air conditioning and a great little bar just outside the door. Martino was a great host, met us when we arrived and helped with advice during our stay. We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately every morning we could hear the ablutions of the people in the flat above!

A safe in the apartment would have been a good feature just to keep passports and money. Rest, everything was topnotch.

Martino was a very helpful & considerate host. Located away from the busy tourist areas but all within easy walking distance. Lovely restaurant in nearby piazza.
• Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Martino was super accommodating and easily accessible for contact! He waited even after we had a long travel delay with no issues and advised us on the best way to get to the apartment. He was very welcoming and also provided amenities such as coffee pods, still and sparkling water, washing pods, etc. Having an airconditioned apartment was also very helpful during the hot summer months. Even though we tried to keep the electricity usage low, when we put on the washing machine, the power went out. It's an easy fix since the breaker box is right there. But the next time we washed clothes, we shut everything else off (e.g. all the airco, tv, etc).
• Yuliia (9/5): Superb - The location is great! to any central point 10-15 minutes on foot. A supermarket is 4 minutes away. It is located almost in the center, but at the same time there are a minimum of tourists in this location, so it is not loud. The apartment is large and has everything we need. They even left us a bottle of water, coffee, tea, and some ingredients for cooking. There were also enough dishes. And the best thing was the air conditioners! After hot Venice, it was a pleasure to return to the apartment. Very pleasant hosts, friendly and ready to help. The interior was unusual and interesting! We like it all!

• Sm (10/5): A wonderful apartment, perfect for families, near the centre of Venice! - This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We have been to Venice a few times and stayed at different places, but none of them compare to this fabulous apartment. It's so clean, comfortable, has a great layout (a fun mezzanine), two bathrooms which is very handy when traveling with two families with kids, and it's actually very close to the center. But most important was the amazing friendliness and helpfulness of Martino himself. We will definitely come back soon! Thank you so so much Martino!
• Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional - Location was in residential area and provided a respite from the tourist areas. The apartment itself was really nice and modern. Martino was great to work with. We'll come back. It was a bit of a walk to some sites, but not bad.
• Rossitza (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment with an incredibly nice host! It is located in a quiet part of Venice near Arsenale and is a good place to stay for Bienale visitors. Though it is not in the main tourist routes, there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. If you prefer a dinner at home the kitchen is fully equipped to experiment with the local food.
