• Barbara Maiomi (8/5): Retos inesperados en Roma!!!! - En general, creo que la situación ocasionado por el error de huéspedes dejó huella y al final refleja una incomodidad que es difícil de superar. Agradecidos porque en la vida todo tiene su valor, no precio. Aun en lo negativo, también cuenta. Gracias Roma Al inicio, me prejuzgaron por el error de los huéspedes y la actitud inicial fue desagradable. Estar frente a la penitenciaria que evitó conciliar el sueño por el ruido. Y algunos visitantes inesperados también. Gracias Roma!!!!!

• Rafał (9/5): - Kontakt z właścicielem, lokalizacja, czystość. Mieszkanie pomiędzy Colosseum a Watykanem. Za oknem więzienie, ale widać tylko mury. W nocy cisza, 500 m dalej kwitnie nocne życie. Łatwy dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej jeżeli chcemy wybrać się gdzieś dalej, ale większość atrakcji turystycznych można zwiedzać pieszo. Mieszkanie ogólnie wymaga małego remontu, ale za to cena jest w miarę atrakcyjna.
• Sara (4/5): - Le logement était plutôt bien situé accessible facilement. Personnel sympa. Ce n’était pas propre. Il y avait énormément de poussière. Les couettes n’étais pas propre non plus reste de cheveux etc..
• Anyta (9/5): - La ubicación, estaba cerca de las atracciones y había mucha variedad de restaurantes cerca. Las escaleras, el desayunador nos pareció chico para 5 personas y mejoraría la puerta del baño ya que se traba y no cierra correctamente.

• Jane (4/5): Agree not expensive but inform future people nowhere to sit 5 people - Location good. To have host meet us as specified. Would have saved us in such a short stay. No information whatsoever re local mini mart, transport etc etc. two elderly people six flights of stairs would not have booked if aware.
• Anna Maria (5/5): Não recomendo! - Localização do apartamento muito boa, anfitrião permitiu check out flexível Ao chegar em Roma após as 17h, e depois de ter pedido inúmeras vezes ao proprietário como seria feito o check in, fomos informados que o apartamento só estaria disponível após as 20:45h. Estávamos cansados, cheios de malas e não tínhamos onde ficar nesse tempo. Foi um imenso transtorno!!! Além disso, o aquecedor do apartamento não funcionou e pegamos uma semana de temperaturas muito baixas, chegando a 1 grau. Informei o anfitrião mais de uma vez, e ele nada fez para resolver e nem mesmo nos compensar. A água quente falhava muitas vezes, ficando fria no meio do banho, por exemplo. O chuveiro péssimo, saindo pouca água e espalhando em várias direções. A água do banho não descia, ficando o box todo empoçado. As camas tem os colchões super desconfortáveis. São MUITOS degraus para chegar ao apartamento, e com malas isso fica bem difícil. Não foi uma experiência positiva, e não recebemos nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas pelo atraso no check in e falha nos aquecedores.

• Yoliana (8/5): - On a quiet street in Trestevere, bus stop nearby the river, easy to walk to the Vatican and even central Rome attractions. Few cafes and restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment is in good condition, 2 bedrooms, high ceilings, A/C and central heating, big wardrobe, kitchen with everything in, on 3rd floor, no lift. The bathroom let it down with the noisy harmonica wooden door and tired shower.

• Maurizio (7/5): Good basic accommodation, ideally located for a short stay. - The location was good. It was less than a 5 minute walk to some excellent breakfast cafes. The apartment was not in a touristy location so it was never overly busy or crowded. You could easily walk into the heart of Trastevere and access lots of restaurants and bars. An ideal location for easily exploring Trastevere and surrounding locations. 60 odd steps to the apartment was a challenging climb with cases. There was a fair amount of conversational noise at night, but this did stop or fade at a reasonable time.

• Sandra (10/5): Fenomenalno iskustvo, srdačnost i pomoć domaćina, udobnost i kvalitet smeštaja. - Lokacija je fantastična i usluga i pristupačnost domaćina je odlična. Stan je prostran, čist, udoban i jako šarmantan. Mi smo uživali. Sve nam se dopalo, nemamo zamerki. Imamo samo divne uspomene i izuzetno srdačnog domaćina.

Posizione buona per spostarsi a piedi al centro e vicina al Vaticano.La casa carina, ben arredata Il bagno molto piccolo, doccia datata e scomoda. Condizionatori movibili da utilizzare con finestra aperta, quindi poco efficienti.

• Brendan (6/5): We had an enjoyable stay as the apartment met our needs of four adults and was conveniently close to Roma city centre. - Location was convenient to city and bus transport. Location was close to Trastevere night life area and Jewish ghetto dining precinct across river. Apartment is walking distance or scooter ride to city centre. There was only coffee for one cup. No tea was provided. There was no body soap in shower and no place to hang towels. The shower recess could do with an upgrade.

• Ivo (7/5): Lots of potential if there's a bit more investment into it - Good location, charming lil apartment with good beds and airco There was a good aircon, but you had to keep the window open for it to function. Would be better to instal it to make sure no window needs to be opened and energy and expenses wasted. Something to cool down the kitchen when you're cooking too, it was quite a sauna during warm weather and cooking
• Cyril (4/5): Stay was good, location was close to restaurants . - The property was nice but lots and lots of stairs specially if you family with lots of suitcases. The noise from prison across the street wake kids up early in the morning. The amount of stairs to get to unit and the noise in evening and early morning.
• Jeff (1/5): If you like BEDBUGS then this place is ideal - - Bedbugs all over the apartment as well as many many other creep crawlies, mould I the shower. Screaming at all hours from the prison opposite. Random pictures of alleged mess I'd left. Probably as I dared to mention the above major issues. Since writing my PERSONAL experience, I have been threatened with legal action unless I change my review. I have been told the Landlord "knows where I live" and will come and "pick me up". Odd cos my shared experiences are also experiences other guests have noted
• Nick (6/5): If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and nothing more then it is OK. If you plan on using the apartment for mor - Central location, inexpensive. It is adjacent to a prison. Constant noise throughout the day from prisoners including regular verbal abuse. This is an apartment in a block with many airbnb type properties (lockboxes on many doors) and there is (understandably) clearly tension between permanent residents and tourists regarding noise levels. Heavy doors and echo-chamber like stairwells make noise impossible to avoid. Whether you wish to support this type of commercialisation of residential accommodation is a personal choice.

The location is convenient, quick access to the city center and attractions The room is in very bad condition, the bathroom is impossible to use. It needs major renovation and repair.
• Adrian (7/5): Apartment in great location near Trastevere, close to great restaurants and bars and very good communication. - Great location and great host. Despite some issues in the apartment he reacted very quickly. It could be a little bit cleaner. We had some issues at the beginning with leaking ceiling and issue with heating, but the owner reacted immediately and removed issues.

• Dwayne (8/5): Well appointed basement suite outside of Florence. - Very nice basement apartment. Quite homey. Would be good for a longer stay as it has everything one would need for that. There is a decent restaurant across the street, the beds were pretty comfortable and there was lots of hot water and water pressure. We didn't use the fireplace, but I imagine that would be nice in the winter. The only real negative is the location. It is reasonably close to Florence, but you need a car to even get to the bus to catch into town (the owner is very helpful on how to do this, and there is free parking where you catch the bus). And if there is a bus strike, as there was when we were there, this is a big problem.

• Caroline (7/5): Convenient , comfy but not classy . - The beds were comfortable , the location very local to trastevere which we love . Microwave toaster kettle fridge etc , clean . Hosts responsive helpful Bathroom could do with an update on the door which you cannot open without waking everyone up . Throw some bleach in it to clean the grouting and it would be adequate as in Rome you don’t stop in your room .

• Lufuno (7/5): Perfect for a short stay in Rome - We absolutely loved the location, very convenient to walk everywhere, it's small but was the perfect size for us. Lovely that we had a few supplies like to make our own meals, we really appreciated that. For the price, the bathroom can definitely be renovated or improved, I don't think anyone is okay with paying to shower in a place with black mould.
