• Volker (10/5): Top Preis für Zürich, da kommt man gern in die Schweiz - Schönes kleines Appartement mit ausgezeichneten Preis Leistungsverhältnis!!! Danke für den fairen Preis von 100 SF dafür gibt es zusätzliche Punkte , obwohl wir in der Eurokrise wissen wie stark der Franken ist, hast du uns das nicht spüren lassen und das ist nicht überall in der schönen Schweiz der Fall. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Küche top ausgestattet. Kontakt zum Host jederzeit und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Kleinigkeiten die nicht der Rede wert sind.

• Bárbara (8/5): - O studio tem um ótimo espaço interno e boa estrutura. Com armários, ganchinhos, prateleiras, isso é ótimo. A cama é confortável. Os móveis são simples e poderiam ser mais modernos.

Konum olarak sakin ve şehir merkezine oldukça yakın. 7-8 dakikada yürüyerek merkeze( bizim için zürih hb) ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yürümek istemeyenler için önünde tramvay durağı var. Konut yerden ısıtmalı,24 saat sıcak sulu . Full mutfak , kullanışlı balkon. Biz iki kişi çok rahat ettik temizlik gayet iyi idi. Mutfak olunca Zürich gibi yerde makul şeyler bulunabiliyor. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklama yeri. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. First of all, we'd like to thank our hosts, who sent us messages both before and during our stay, ensuring we had a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is quiet and very close to the city center. You can reach the center (Zürich HB for us) in 7-8 minutes on foot. There's a tram stop in front for those who don't want to walk. The apartment has underfloor heating and 24-hour hot water. A full kitchen and a functional balcony. We were very comfortable as two people, and the cleaning was excellent. You can find decent things in a place like Zurich when it comes to kitchens. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything. Yok,none
• Günther (9/5): Top Appartement, etwas dunkel - Sehr nettes Appartement, sehr gute Ausstattung alles was man benötigt. Gute Lage und sehr gute Beschreibung wie man an den Schlüssel kommt. Es ist durch die Lage in den sehr schönen grünen Hof etwas dunkel. War bei uns jetzt kein Problem, da wir tagsüber eh unterwegs waren aber die Büsche und Bäume im Hof sind sehr groß und dicht gewachsen.

La rete Wi-fi non ha mai funzionato nell’appartamento e questo ci ha comportato notevoli costi per avere Internet a pagamento sul telefono. Inoltre le lenzuola non erano pulite: abbiamo trovato peli e capelli. Menomale che avevo portato con me le mie lenzuola personali.

• Richard (10/5): Clean, comfortable and central! - This was an excellent location for our visit to Zurich. It was a 12 minute walk from the railway station and very easy to get to. The facility was very clean, comfortable and central to everything we wanted to see.
• Antonie (6/5): Quiet and clean appartment for short business stay, but don't book during hot summer days - it's clean and quiet, internet works and certainly suited for a short business stay when it's not hot in Zurich Real negative was the fact there was no airco: - It was 35-36 degrees in the appartment without an airco. - You can open up the doors/windows only a little, which doesn't cool it down - Because it's on the 1st floor and the garden is next to it, opening more can not be done (burglar risk) - There was a large fan, but that makes too much noise, and I didn't bring a screwdriver to repair it. Minor things: - it's a 1km out of the active center (bu - no shampoo - no view (only trees) - cleaning lady came in at 10.05AM (when I was packing up), so I rushed and forgot my charger. Check-out should be at 11.

• Harold (9/5): Great place for two people in Zurich - N/A on the breakfast but a coffee pot at this location would nice. Location - fantastic. Tram stop across the street to have you at City Centre in minutes.
• Alex (8/5): Traveling on a budget? This is a good option. - Great price, location, and spacious. A little sparse.
• Heidi (8/5): Very good - Lovely place and very close to City. The Studio had all the necessities needed and has very good heating. It was a bit noisy in the mornings from the coffee shop kitchen which was on other side of Studio.
• Okan (6/5): Great location, average stay - Its location. The flat is next to a janitor's room. He starts working at 6am and is very noisy. If you are a light sleeper or not an early riser, then you shouldn't book this place. There does not appear to be any means to control the underfloor heating. I was ok with that as I like warm rooms. If you don't like to sleep in warm bedrooms, again don't bother booking the place. Lastly, although the walls and ceilings are solid structures, you could easily hear neighbors having a loud laugh or conversation or another neighbor printing things.
• Swan (8/5): Great location - Close proximity to the city centre, clean apartment with full size kitchen. Wifi was switched off when we arrived, I had to find the router and turn it on myself. Also couldn't find where we could adjust the heating, the apartment got very warm.
