• Francesco (6/5): Il proprietario Daniel gentile e disponibile. Location adatta per soggiorno senza grosse pretese. Nel complesso accettab - Struttura inserita in un complesso carino con aree verdi e cortile. Posizione comoda, ben collegata alle fermate dei bus e alla stazione di Trastevere. Bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Quartiere tranquillo. Dal vero la stanza è meno spaziosa e moderna di come appare in foto, ha deluso le nostre aspettative per pulizia generale e arredamento. Bagno molto piccolo, sprovvisto di bidet e prodotti per la doccia. Nota positiva la presenza del condizionatore.
• Mohamed Mehdi (1/5): Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The owner clearly does not care about basic hygi - Nothing. Unfortunately, the property did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. The room and property were extremely dirty and had a terrible smell. The photos were misleading and completely different from reality. It was impossible to relax or sleep comfortably, and the overall experience was unacceptable for the price paid.

• Karolina (6/5): Outstanding price with poor quality. - At the forst view the room appears bright and freshly decorated. The location was perfect as Trastevere is vibrant and lively area of Rome, withing walkable distamce to all importants points of Rome. The room was spacious, bright and with balcony. The kitchen was equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave with a few cups, plates and cutlery so it was easy to prepare a basic breakfast and make a cup of tea or coffee before heading out to explore the city. Daniele was very responsive and really nice to deal with. I'm always trying to see positives rather than negatives, and trying to consider all possible circumstances if things are not as expected. The broken door handle to the room was a slight inconvenience, I've made the host aware of this yet I am sure they knew, as it is impossible to not know as the handle stays in your hand when you're trying to open the door. Although, I thought it's a small issue which I can cope with, going further it was not so much fun though. The towels appeared to be washed but they were not fresh and clean. They seemed to be put on rinse and spin only, with no proper wash and detergent used, just smelled very much not fresh. Duvet on top of the bedsheet- turning it with the dark side on the top doesn't make it clean, honestly! It smelled and was full of stains on the other side. As a frequent traveller and former host of over 5 years, I know that fresh and clean sheets are a basic and a must in hospitality. The bathroom - shower head got its best time gone long ago, the water is splashing all over to the sides, just not where it supposed to. Bedside lamp shade being turned with its stains towards the wall is still dirty, just the stains are not in the view at first. The floor is very much worn with single panels coming completely off, you just need to be careful to not to trip over it. Inside the drawers there was some rubbish left and plenty of dust, as if no-one ever looked into it once previous guests checked out. Overall, of I'll be visiting Rome again, I will look for another accommodation.

El baño no tenía manpara y se llenaba de agua al ducharte el agua caliente tenía dos opciones o helarte o quemarte Fui a calentar agua y había como dos dedos de cal en el calentador el grifo de la cocina si se puede llamar cocina tiraba agua

Ni nam bila všeč čistoča - precej umazano, ne vzdrževano. Motil nas je tudi vonj po vlagi.

El suelo del baño siempre estaba lleno de agua. Las estufas no funcionaban. El agua de la ducha apenas salía caliente. La fregona que había estaba asquerosa y tiesa. Las vistas que prometen no se acercan a la realidad. Las sábanas y el colchón olían mal. Contraté transporte desde el alojamiento hasta el punto donde nos recogía el autobús para el aeropuerto y nos dijeron que no podían llevarnos, que cogiéramos un autobús nocturno, a las 3 de la mañana.

• GRIGORIOS (5/5): An affordable stay with a friendly host great for a few nights in Rome if you don’t mind shared spaces. - The area felt safe at night, and there was easy access to public transport. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The shared kitchen and fridge weren’t clearly mentioned in the listing. There was also a bit of noise from the road during the night.

Muy buena ubicación, sin ser tan comodo. - Sin duda lo mas destacable es la ubicación del lugar, la calle es bastate tranquila, al igual que el edificio. Finalmente el departamento cuenta con lo basico, aceptable. Que tenga aire acondicionado es destacable No me gusto en lo absoluto, las areas comunes del departamente, por algun motivo hay un olor tanto en el living como en la habitación que es muy desagradable. Cuenta con varias cosas, como nevera, fregador, lavadora, pero muy incomodo. La cama es de un colchon de mala calidad, junto con la ropa de cama. El baño funciona bien, sin embargo la ducha muy incomoda, es de cortina, muy pequeña, la cortina no contiene el agua, sin mencionar que el primer dia el drenaje se tapo por lo que hubo un dia que no pude gozar de la ducha.

W niedzielę pod blokiem fajny bazar z różnościami. Polecam wsiąść w autobus 115, który zawiezie nas na wzgórze Janikulum z niepowtarzalnym widokiem na Rzym. Zimna woda, ciepła tylko okazjonalnie, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, mała umywalka. Firany mogły być wyprane. Wifi niby dostępne, ale brak hasła. Klimatyzator chodzi głośno, przez co nie da się wyspać. Hałas od ulicy. Drzwi balkonowe ciężko się otwierają.

Everything (heating, water, microwave, television...) functioned well and I also liked the location, which was not too far away from the center of Rome. I especially enjoyed the balcony. The host was very nice and gave good tips for example restaurants nearby.

The bathroom small if ur a big person u wont fit in shower..The balcony was dirty n not comfortable no ashtray n I had asked if I could smoke .... Shared kitchen was a kettle shared fridge n microwave which I had trouble plugging in both . Very disappointing as nothing like photos on Booking.com .Didnt see anyone the 4 days I was there, so no cleaning or services at all. Rome was so hot ..n room not comfortable I left 2 days early n when down to Ostia ....seaside n better hotel .

I still have marks on my skin :( It's terribly itchy. We thought it was an allergy, but after returning to our homeland the doctor unequivocally determined that these were bedbug bite marks. The kitchen is poorly equipped, although at our request the owner provided the things we asked for. The view from the balcony is on the street, garages and trees. I didn't see the river from the balcony, as it was written in the offer.

Similarly, the property’s description suggested a private access to living room / kitchen, but it was shared with other people. The utilities were very primitives. Shower was not working properly: pressure issues and was cold half of our trip. The isolation was terrible. Could here neighbours, cars and whatever noise coming up from the streets.
• Ξενια (7/5): Convenient location - Convenient location. Every Sunday there is a flea market just under the apartment. We bought great vintage watches and leather wallets. There are a lot of Chinese things and plastic stuff you need to be patient to find quality products like jewellery, leather goods etc. You should visit it, it s huge. The owner answered in every question that we had. The place needs some additions . the bed was too hard, the handle of the bathroom door was broken so it kept falling down all the time. We went at the end of November and the weather was cold with strong winds. The second bed had only a sheet and we asked for a warmer blanket. The owner then suggested to turn on the air conditioner in order to get warmer. The weather outside was Max 11 degrees! The bathroom needs some hooks to hang the towels.

The shower was in a very poor condition, sink super small, it felt like a place was designed without any understanding what’s important for the guests. What’s more the AC sounded so loud in the night we had a trouble with sleeping. • Juraj (8/5): Very good - Minimalist apartment. If your accommodation is only for showering and sleeping, and you are on a budget, then this is the apartment for you. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station where you can take the train to the airport. A 2-minute walk away is a bus stop for buses that take you to all the sights, and you can get to them by foot as well because they are about 3 km away and you have the shade of trees all along the way. Communication with the host was very good. Needs a couple of hangers or shelves in the bathroom where things can be left. Neeeds curtains for balcony doors.

Swift communication with the owner, who was very kind and helpful. Self check-in and check-out are very handy. The leafy view from the room and a good flowery smell in the garden/entrance are definitely a bonus. The room was smaller than we thought from pictures. The bathroom was so tiny that there wasn't space to place our things. We couldn't open the bathroom window because it was broken (but the owner assured us that they will fix it soon).

The windows did not close tightly, so it was sometimes cold. The sound of the road was very disturbing. Old renovation. Very small sink, not comfortable shower cabin (water accumulated and did not pass through the drain). Due to the structure of the house, it was not convenient to use four keys every time
